After four classes were over, Gracie was walking to the usual lunch spot to meet up with Amethyst, Bismuth, Jamie, and Loki for lunch to go over the party planning for everyone to bring their parents that was happening today and they had to finish up. 

Just as she was heading in the direction of Amethyst, Bismuth, Jamie, and Loki, she was stopped by Betelgeuse, her ghost friend. 

Gracie, The Devil, and King Dice were the only ones who could see him since Betelgeuse and her became friends and no one else can see him. 

"Hey, kid, are you sure you're going to be okay if Jerk Sentry is around in the school anywhere with his new girlfriend?" Betelgeuse asked with a little worry in his voice. 

"Yeah, I'm sure, BJ." Gracie responded calmly as she continued to walk over to Amethyst, Bismuth, Jamie, and Loki's direction. 

"I hope you're happy enough to have dumped that guy's butt to the curb." Betelgeuse said as a remark, which made Gracie laugh a little. 

"Or someone who wants to get back with her again." Flash Sentry said looking at Gracie with a fake loving look. 

Gracie and Betelgeuse gasped in shock to see him crawling back to Gracie. 

[Flash Sentry:] 

Whoa-ho-ho here I am 

"Flash Sentry!!!" Gracie said in annoyance. 

On my knees again 

"BJ!!!!" Gracie whisper-yelled to Betelgeuse in a whiny voice for help. 

I'll do anything 

"That's so romantic." Three girls said sighing to what Flash was saying.  

Just to make it right 

"Oh, I'm so onto your motive, buster." Gracie said with a little anger in her voice. 

Say you'll understand 

"Never!" Gracie said turning away from him and not even looking at him. 

Oh I know you can 

"Uh, no I can't!" Gracie said getting kind of peeved off. 

C'mon Gracie 

[Flash Sentry's Band Friends:] 

C'mon Gracie 

"You cheated on me, remember?" Gracie asked going up to him. 

"You left me alone to go to the party planning community meeting after school by myself, remember?" Flash Sentry asked pretending to be innocent in front of everyone. 

He then pretended to have a sword get stabbed where his heart was and he fell backwards as his band friends caught him. 

Then he opened his left eye and got up as he and his band friends started to dance. 

No matter what people say, it didn't happen that way
She was a passing fling and not a permanent thing 

"Oh, really?" Gracie asked not sounding convinced. 

So I hang my head, wish that I was dead 

"I can help with that." Gracie said somewhat sarcastically. 

C'mon Gracie 

"Hi, I'm Amy Rose, Flash Sentry's new girlfriend." Amy Rose said introducing herself to Gracie. 

"Come on, Gracie." Betelgeuse said placing his hand on Gracie's shoulder. 

C'mon 

Flash Sentry came up to Gracie as he wrapped his arms around her and tried to kiss her, but she pushed him off of her and walked away from him. 

Just say you can understand

My Gracie 

"Ugh, I'm not your anything." Gracie said in complete annoyance now. 

"Hey, one little mistake." Flash Sentry said trying to cover up what he did. 

"Little?! You got a lot of nerve walking in here." Gracie said walking up to Flash Sentry

Flash Sentry started to walk backwards. 

[Gracie:] 

You think you got the best of me
Think you had the last laugh 

"Ha, no." Flash Sentry said smirking. 

Bet you think that everything good is gone 

"Hold on there, darling." Flash Sentry said trying to explain himself. 

Think you left me broken down
Think that I'd come running back 

"Well. . ." Flash Sentry said shrugging his shoulders. 

Baby you don't know me, 'cause you're dead wrong 

"Okay, slow down there, Gracie." Flash Sentry said.

He continued to back away from Gracie.

Doesn't mean I'm lonely when I'm alone

"Watch the face, Gracie. Come on, I mean, seriously." Flash Sentry said.

He was a little worried about Gracie punching him. 

Footsteps even lighter

Flash Sentry started to pull people in front of him as he began to sing again. 

[Flash Sentry:] 

Whoa-ho-ho here I am 

"There you are." Gracie said annoyed. 

On my knees again 

"On your knees again." Gracie said rolling her eyes. 

I'll do anything just to make it right 

"Yeah, right." Gracie said very sarcastically. 

Say you'll understand 

"Only too well." Gracie said. 

Oh I know you can, c'mon Gracie 

[Gracie:] 

Didn't think that I'd come back 
I'd come back swinging 

"Buttercup." Flash Sentry said.

He ended up backing up into his friends who toppled over like dominoes and making him fall backwards between two of his friends. 

"Cheater, cheater, cheater." The three girls said.

The three girls walked up to him and bonked him on the head with their fists, causing him to get his vision focused on Gracie in front of him.

"Back up! Back up!" Flash Sentry said to some people who moved out of his way.

"Don't bruise the jewels." Flash Sentry said not wanting to be punched.

Flash Sentry went in circles around his new girlfriend, Amy Rose.

"What are you trying to say?" Flash Sentry asked. 

His back against the two school doors that led to the soccer field, but couldn't because of the two doors being stuck for him. 

Gracie blocking him by putting her hands by each side of his head. 

Well, now it's time to say goodbye

Gracie opened the two school doors that led to the soccer field, causing him to fall outside and get his jacket caught in the two doors after she closed them. 

"Bye bye." Gracie said.

Amy Rose went over to help him while everyone cheered and clapped for Gracie.

Gracie went over to her friends. 

Betelgeuse smirked and disappeared back to the house. 

As Gracie, Amethyst, Bismuth, Jamie, and Loki began to finish up on the planning on the party for everyone and their parents, the bell rang for lunch being over.

Gracie waved a "See you later" wave to Amethyst, Bismuth, Jamie, and Loki who walked into different directions to their next classes of the day. 

Once classes were over, Gracie was going to her locker to put some of her stuff in there and get her backpack from her locker to go home. 

As Gracie closed her locker, she turned around and bumped into a 6'3 foot tall man with a deep voice, short blonde hair, a beard stubble, and wore a dark green shirt, black coat hoodie, and blue jeans. 

She fell backwards as the 6'3 foot tall man grabbed her hand with his hand and they looked at each other, but saw their eyes. 

Gracie saw the blue eyes of the 6'3 foot tall man in front of her and the 6'3 foot tall man saw the brown eyes of Gracie in front of him. 

"I'm so sorry, miss. . ." He began to speak as he helped Gracie to her feet. 

"Gracie and it's really my fault not knowing you were there." Gracie said blushing deeply and looking to her right side as she rubbed her left arm bashfully. 

"No, it's okay. It was my fault for bumping into you anyway." He said smiling softly. 

"I never got your name." Gracie said looking back at the 6'3 foot tall man before her.

She was still blushing deeply. 

"Thor, Lady Gracie." Thor said.

Gracie smiled softly as well. 

"Cool beans. Are you going to the party tonight for everyone and their parents?" Gracie asked now walking with Thor.

Thor rubbed the back of his neck nervously. 

"Well, my father passed away before my adopted brother and I had to save our kingdom from my sister I didn't know about, but my sister-in-law suggested that I should sing a song for the party." Thor said.

Gracie felt bad for him loosing his dad. 

"Oh, Thor, I'm so sorry about that. Also, that is cool how your sister-in-law suggested you should sing a song for the party and you can join me and my two dads if you want to." Gracie said.

They continued walking towards where Gracie lived. 

"Thank you for the gratitude, Lady Gracie." Thor said looking at her and softly smiling at her, causing her to blush uncontrollably. 

"Y-your welcome, Thor." Gracie said stuttering a little bit.

She looked away in embarrassment. 

"I saw what happened during the lunch hour. Why did you break that guy's forgiveness to you? Did he do something wrong to you?" Thor asked.

Gracie looked down at the ground. 

"He cheated on me with another girl and I broke up with him after finding that out." Gracie said looking at Thor with tears coming into her brown eyes. 

"That's horrible." Thor said.

He and Gracie stopped walking right in front of the apartment building where Gracie lived and they looked at each other. 

"It's okay. I'm glad that I just told him off today at lunch-" Gracie said, but was stopped by Thor hugging her that took her by surprise. 

"I wouldn't treat you like if WE were together, Lady Gracie." Thor said almost muffled as his mouth was almost covered by the top of Gracie's head. 

This caused Gracie to blush very deeply when- 

"Gracie, come up! You need to get ready for the party at the school!!" The Devil shouted from Gracie's bedroom window.

Gracie was let go from the hug between her and Thor. 

"Coming. See you at the party, Thor." Gracie said.

She began walking up the steps to the apartment building and waved a goodbye to Thor who waved back. 

Thor then looked up to see the Devil looking at him, glaring at the god of thunder. 

He nervously waved to the Devil who scoffed at him and walked away from Gracie's bedroom window to get ready for the party at the school that same night. 

As King Dice helped Gracie with her dress and makeup, he and the Devil were discussing about Gracie walking and talking to another boy. 

"Look, it's her decision to be with another guy if she wants to be in another relationship after her first break up. Maybe she wants to start over another relationship with another guy." King Dice said as a suggestion to the Devil. 

The Devil looked away from his lover's gaze, "hmphed" angrily at what King Dice had said, and crossed his arms like a child would do if they didn't get what they wanted. 

(Author's Note: Yes, I ship the Devil and King Dice from Cuphead. Please, don't judge because I don't know who started the ship between the Devil and King Dice from Cuphead.) 

"But she is like our first child together and I don't want to lose her to another guy again. I love her as if she was our actual daughter, Dice." The Devil said sighing. 

King Dice fixed and adjusted the Devil's bow tie, dress shirt, and tux jacket from the Devil crossing his arms. 

"I'm ready. How do I look, guys?" Gracie asked coming out from her bedroom and gave them a quick twirl in her blue dress that somewhat hugged her form and curves. 

The Devil and King Dice looked at her in amazement.

Gracie looked at them and saw them looking at her in amazement as she smiled softly. 

"We have a party to get to at the school." Gracie said snapping them out of their trance and the three of them walked to the school. 

At the school, Thor was wearing a black tux and Loki and Jamie were wearing green matching party outfits, Loki wore a green tux and Jamie wore a green dress with a emerald necklace around her neck while Thor was waiting for Gracie. 

He wanted to surprise her with the song he was going to sing.
