Braver: Sorry for the late update this week.

Hazard: We were spending time with a friend who just got out of the hospital, he was in a car accident.

Braver: Luckily no one was injured to badly they just had to be in the er for a few days.

Hazard: We have volunteered to help him out while he recovers since he has a broken leg.

Braver: So after this chapter we won't be updating while our friend recovers.

(Y/N) pov

Lucy and I woke up to the sound of power tools.

(Y/N): Why are people using power tools at-

Lucy and I look to the clock which says 8:53 and panic.

Lucy/(Y/N): WE OVERSLEPT!

We quickly rush to get dressed which only took about 2 minutes, on our way out of the dorm we each grab a protein bar since that's the only quick snack we have at the moment and haul ass to class. When we run past team RWBY's dorm they also rush out and haul ass as well. After we get about half-way to class we also see team JNPR hauling ass to class. When we get to class we're all out of breath but are just barely on time.

Port: Well teams RWBY, JNPR, and ROSA looks like you're here. Please don't be this late next time.

We head to our seats, and sit down, Lucy and I are next to Team RWBY while Team JNPR are a couple rows back. Port starts his "lecture" which is just him telling stories of his childhood. While he's telling his stories Ruby is scribbling something and giggling. We look to see what RWBY is giggling at and see that she drew a simple drawing of Port labeled "Professor Poop" all of us besides Weiss Try to suppress our laughter which causes Port to clear his throat. After we calm down he continues his stories. He ends it off with saying how a Huntsman should embody certain traits. 

Port: Alright who thinks they have these traits.

Weiss and I raise our hands, I know Lucy would of if she was awake but she fell asleep from the stories. Weiss and I head to get our gear. On the way to get our gear and back we decide to talk well more like whisper about what we should do for our date. We decide to head to a cafe for it since it's a first date and we don't want too many people knowing about it. When we get back to class Weiss has her Rapier and decided to just use my Gun Slungrosse, I'm using Slungrosse despite the fact that I have better guns because it's a favorite of Hunters from Rosa. Weiss was the first to fight a Grimm. She takes her battle stance Port Breaks the lock on the cage releasing a Boarbatusk.

Yang: WEISS KICK IT'S BUTT!

Blake is just holding up a little flag that says "RWBY" on it.

Ruby: YEAH WEISS SHOW IT WHO'S BOSS!

Weiss: Trying to focus here Ruby.

Ruby looked defeated. I looked towards Weiss thinking about why she's like this right now. The Boarbatusk charges at Weiss who in turn blocks it to the best of her abilities, while she's fighting Ruby is cheering her on which surprisingly made Weiss look angry. Weiss's Rapier is knocked out of her hand so she dodges the Boarbatusk's next attack and grabs her Rapier.

Ruby: WEISS GO FOR THE BELLY IT HAS NO ARMOR-

Weiss: DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO!

Weiss uses her glyphs to launch the Boarbatusk into the air and stabs it in the belly with her Rapier killing it.

Port: Wonderful you got the blood of a true Huntress in you.

Weiss walks to side so I head to the "arena" which is just the front of the class and I grab my gun and fire one shot at the ground to make sure it's functioning do to the fact that I've had this gun since I was a kid. The Gunshot woke Lucy up and she glares at me for a second before realizing I was just making sure Slungrosse still worked.

(Y/N): Alright, Slungrosse works so I'm ready.

Port Broke the lock on the new cage and once again a Boarbatusk exits the cage.

(Y/N): Alright One Mag, One Kill.

Everyone besides Lucy looks at me confused since I already have one less bullet in the mag. The Boarbatusk Rolls at me so I unloaded my gun into it with all of the shots hitting it's belly. The Boarbatusk drops dead a couple of feet in front of me.

(Y/N): Phew, all of the practice against beasts has paid off.

Port: Well looks like you also have the blood of a true Huntsman in you. Alright Class dismissed.

Weiss storms out of the class with Ruby following close behind. We quickly follow them and hear Weiss.

Weiss: WELL I THINK OZPIN MADE A MISTAKE!

Weiss stormed off and I ran after her. After a few minutes I find Weiss at a balcony.

(Y/N): Hey Weiss what's the matter.

Weiss: Well I think I should of been the leader of team RWBY.

(Y/N): Well think about like this the leader isn't the most important.

Weiss: What do you mean?

(Y/N): A leader would be nothing without followers so if you focus to much about not being the leader you'll lose sight of what's important. Also don't forget Ruby may be young but she's learned rather quickly that a leader isn't the most important.

Weiss: I guess you're right, thanks for the talk.

Weiss and I continued to chat for a few minutes then went to our next class. After the final class of the day we head to the library and work on our homework, after we finish our homework we head to our dorms and part ways when I drop Weiss off at her dorm. When I get back to my dorm I see Lucy out cold face first on the desk with her homework almost completed. I lightly shake her shoulder and she wakes up tired.

Lucy: Ugh what is it.

(Y/N): You should probably finish your homework real quick.

Lucy: My homework?

She looks at the desk and realizes she isn't done yet.

Lucy: Oh thanks for reminding me.

(Y/N): Alright, Night.

Lucy: Night.

I head to the bathroom and change into my sweats and t-shirt then lay down on my bed.
