(2 months after Eira and her small group went to Arizona to live)

I ran towards the castle, holding my staff in my hand. My annoyance level was high, because I had gotten a call when I was just about to take a nap from an exhausting day of studying.

So, here I was, in Angesia, in only a tank top, short shorts, and flip flops, running towards the castle where I had been told the attack was happening. "Ralph, I'm gonna need you to make sure that everyone is out of the way," I said, causing the male to nod. "Also, make sure that everyone is safe, and remind me to kill Bane."

"You can't kill him just yet," Raphael said. "You need find everyone else and-"

"-and see who is going to be getting the Balance Stone. Ya, I know this Raphael," I said with a huff. I kicked off my flip flops and started to run faster than I had been. "Go and see if you can't be any assistance to the people that are healing from this attack," I instructed. "I'm going to kill this thing."

"Be careful," Raphael said, before running towards where crowds were gathered.

I bit back a scoff and rolled my eyes. I knew that no matter how much I tried to be careful, I would be in deep shit because my uncle hated me. No matter how many times he tried to kill me, I usually came back, and I was thinking that that was the reason as to why he hated me.

I heard screaming up ahead and picked up my pace, because I knew that I was close by. "Holy crap," I said, spying something that looked as if it was a bird, lion, and snake hybrid. "What the heck is that thing?"

The creature seemed to catch my scent and turned it's head towards me. It growled before shooting a ball of fire at me.

I quickly placed an ice shield around me and around the people that were close. After I made sure, that the people were going to be safe, I twirled my staff into sword and attacked the creature.

After some time and even being swallowed, I was able to kill the beast by using the sword.
