Well this morning you all realized that Sensei was probably abducted since he never came back last night.

But today was it. Your first date with Zane. You were pretty nervous since it was just your first one. You didn't want to make a fool of yourself. But you didn't think anyone was more excited about you two than the ninja.

After breakfast Kai, Cole, and Lloyd took Zane in their room and got him ready, while Jay went with you in your room to get you ready.

"Jay! I'm perfectly capable of getting ready myself!" you protested as Jay mixed and matched outfits from your closet. "Just trust me on this!!" he said excitedly as he laid out his final piece on your bed. You were actually surprised by the sense of style he had.

He chose a light blue sweater, dark blue skinny jeans, a pair of your warm fuzzy knee high socks, a pair of knee high boots, and a yellow scarf to finish it off. Not too fancy but pretty casual. "Where'd you learn to put outfits together like that??" you asked him.

"My girlfriend, now go ahead and try it on!!" he says still excited. You take the clothes and go behind the screen divider and quickly change into the outfit. When you finished you came out and Jay was very pleased by his choice of clothing for you.

"Perfect! Now lets do your hair and makeup!" he says as you sit down in the chair and he grabs a brush. "Wait just one minute! You're not touching this hair!" you say taking the brush from him. "But I'm not gonna do anything crazy to it!!" "I'll just do it, alright Jay." you say as you pull it out of its ponytail and begin to work on it.

"Pfft fine. But can I at least do your makeup?!" You finished brushing and put it back up in a ponytail. "Why must i wear makeup?! I only wear it for work!" you say folding your arms and looking at him. "Because you'll be awesome! C'mon please!!" "I don't want you caking my face!" "I won't i swear! I learned how!"

You sigh and give in. Jay cheered yet again and began working lightly with the makeup to your face. He actually wasn't doing too bad. "Did your girlfriend teach you makeup too?" you asked him. He chuckles, "Nope! My makeup artist when i had my own show on TV!"

He gave you a natural look and when he was finishes you got up and looked at yourself in the body length mirror. "So?!" Jay says with excitement yet again. "Thank you Jay. You did a pretty good job, i am actually impressed at how you did this to me!" you say with a smile.

He cheers and you put on your light brown leather jacket and a cross body bag with your important things in it. "Jay?" you say and he stops cheering. "Yeah?" "I-i'm nervous. I've never been on a date before and I just don't want to...mess up you know."

He smiles and puts a hand on your shoulder. "Its okay to be nervous! Zane's probably nervous too! And even if you somehow manage to...mess up, it wouldn't matter because Zane will still like you for who you are. You'll do great just have fun and be yourself! Trust me! Trust Zane even!" You smile and then nod, "Alright then, i'm ready." you said and he walks with you out of your room.

Meanwhile with the other ninja, they just finished getting Zane ready. It was just a challenge of getting a nervous Zane to leave the room. "Am i physically ready?! Am i mentally prepared to cope with this challenge?! Can i handle the emotional involvement!?!" Zane asks himself in panic.

"Zane breathe! You'll shut down if you keep worrying yourself!" Lloyd says to calm him down. Zane breathes in and out, calming down. "You got this! Just keep your cool." Cole says and Kai scoffs. "Pun? Really?" "Not intended i swear!"

"I am ready." he says a determinate smile. The other 3 cheer and walk Zane out to the bridge. "Oh Zane one more thing, make sure your falcon is nearby so we can watch!" Kai says. "Well, alright." he says and quickly remotely turns on falcon in his head.

"We're here!" Cole says and you turn around and could feel the tingling in you again. Zane looked...wow. He wore a pair of light brown Timberland boots, khakis, a white button up shirt with a grey sweater vest with 3 snowflakes on it, a baby blue scarf and a grey trench coat.

"Ready to go?" Zane asked you with a smile. You smiled back and nodded as you both waved goodbye to the ninja and walked down the plank and onto the ground. "Bye!" "See you guys later!" "Have fun!" "My two best friends growing up so fast! Already on their first date!" you heard the ninja say and you were 99% sure the last comment came from Jay.

The ship was landed back on the ground hours ago somewhere in Ninjago city so you two could quickly go to the date spot and back on the ship. While walking next to Zane, you got curious as to where he was taking you. "Where are we going?"

He just smiled, "I'm sure you'll find out soon." he just says. Then in the distance you saw the Ninjago Museum of Science. "We're going there aren't we." you pointed. He chuckles and nods, "You're very clever Kirstin." "I know, I've got a high GPA to prove it!"

You both made it to the building and go inside. You both stood in the ticket line and stood and waited for your turn. "Have you been in here before?" Zane asks you. "Not since my junior high field trip. What about you?" you said as the line moved up.

"Well, two months ago. The ninja and I were only catching a crook. I didn't have time to stop and look." he said and you nodded.

Eventually you both got your ticket wristbands and enter the exhibit hall. "Where do you prefer to go first Kirstin?" Zane asked and you looked at every entrance. The one that caught your eye was the chemistry exhibit with a giant lava lamp at the entrance. "That one!!" you say with excitement and drag Zane to it.

He laughs, "Slow down Kirstin! Haha they will not be closing any time soon!" you both entered and it looked cool! There were periodic tables everywhere, screens that showed videos and pictures of different things chemicals do, interactive stations where you can mix safe chemicals, atomic structure models, and microscopes to see elements up close.

While you two were walking around and looking, you both exchanged different facts that you both new about chemicals. "Did you know that every living thing is mostly made of four elements?" you asked him with a grin and he nodded. "Carbon, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, and Oxygen!" Zane said.

"Yup!" "Although i believe i have, Tungsten for my light, Aluminum, Zinc, maybe nickel..." "And don't forget titanium!" you say knocking on his shoulder. He chuckles and nods, "Of course, Titanium."

After the chemistry exhibit, you both went into the anatomy exhibit. There was a giant heart where people (mostly children) could crawl through, a few skeletons around the room, pictures and videos on different screens that showed diagrams of the body, and even a neurology part of the exhibit, with models of the brain.

This exhibit seemed more crowded than the chemistry one, probably due to the many things that could be learned and done here. After walking around for some time, "We should go inside the giant heart!" Zane says with a grin on his face. "No thanks! I already know how it works and what arteries and veins are in it." you said folding your arms.

"But it looks rather fun!" "Nope." "Looks like i am not accepting no for an answer!" he says and brings you inside the heart. You had to admit, it was pretty fun! You both got stuck at some point but you both made it out okay!

Next was the earth exhibit. There was a big earth dome with a rotating satellite image of earth, a 'magma' tunnel for kids to crawl through, a carbon footprint station, a weather machine station, and real seismographs of earthquakes from ninjago.

"Did you know that the planet's atmosphere is made of 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, and 1% of other gases?" Zane says and you nod. "Yeah! And the atmosphere gets thinner and thinner as it reaches space, because of its five layers."

The last exhibit you both went to was probably now your favorite one, the space exhibit. There were models and pictures of planets, interactive stations, a gravity well where you could spin a ball and watch the centripetal force, and a real space rover!

You immediately went over to the rover to look at it. "After college, i'll be helping make one of these!" you tell Zane happily. "It would be an honor to use some of your tech then!" he said and you chuckled. After looking around the planet room there was more to the space exhibit.

There were 2 rooms, the galaxy room and the constellation room. You two went inside the galaxy room and were in awe by the beauty. It was dark and projections of galaxies covered the room one at a time. "Look there's the Canis Major!" you pointed out.

The next room was the constellation room. It was just like the galaxy room, dark and projection of all the stars and constellations. You and Zane look at it in awe. You pointed to ones you knew but you felt all this time, Zane was only looking at you.

You decided to shake it off and tell him a fact. "You know Zane, they say every atom in our bodies was once a part of a star." He smiles, "Then, you'd be my favorite." you blush and look down, you couldn't stop smiling.

You had a ton of fun at the museum but you two decided to leave since you both knew enough to build the museum. Zane wondered if you were hungry so he took you to lunch! It had snowed during lunch, and after lunch you both stepped out into the snow.

"So where are we off to now? The day is still young." you said. "Well, we're going to have a little more fun." he just tells you with a mysterious smile. You were even more curious as to where you both were walking to. You both then arrived in Ninjago Park where there was a ice skating rink open to the public.

Christmas music played through the speakers, christmas lights were ringed around trees and family, friends and couples were either ice skating, playing in the snow, or grabbing a hot drink at the hot chocolate and coffee shack.

"Ice skating? That's your idea of fun?" you say raising a brow with a slight laugh. "May i remind you i'm the Master of Ice?" he said with a smile. "Point taken. I haven't ice skated in awhile so i'll be pretty rusty." you say as you both go to the ticket booth.

After you two got your tickets, you both went to get ice skates. You two told the person your sizes and she gave you two the right skates. Of course Zane being a gentlemen again, "Here let me assist you with your skates." he said as you sat down on a bench and lift your foot so he could put your skates on.

When he finished he put on and tied his own, then you both were off on the ice. You almost fell when you got on but you quickly recovered. "Are you alright?!" Zane asks and you give him a smile and nod. "I got it now, thanks." you reassured him.

You two skated and you got the hang of it pretty well. You two talked about Zane's ice powers and how he's got a connection with it. Then at some point, you slipped. Zane was fast and he caught you in his arms. You blinked your eyes a couple times and stood back up.

"T-thank you." you said with a blush. "Your welcome, just be careful. How about we do this so you will not fall again." he says as he takes your hand in his. You blush harder and nod, "G-good idea." he smiles at you and you both slowly skate again. Having this physical connection with zane now, made your body tingle up again.

At some point, you felt comfortable enough and you actually, intertwined your fingers with his. Zane seemed to not mind at all. Ice skating together felt, nice. Eventually you both finished skating for an hour and returned your skates for your boots again.

Zane was being a gentleman yet again and helped put your boots on. After that you both went for some hot chocolate. You got peppermint and Zane got the original hot chocolate. Since you both were in the park, you two decided to take a winter stroll.

Actually, you both were still holding hands. You liked it a lot. While walking and sipping your hot chocolate, you decided to ask Zane that question you've had for awhile. "Zane?" you started. "Yes Kirstin?" he said.

"Why did you, ask me out? On a...date?" he was quiet for a bit, then he answered. "I just thought we...try it. You're very intriguing and I...like that, about you." you looked down at your cup as you started to blush hard. "You're intriguing to me too.." "T-then maybe we should go on...more?" You leaned your head on his shoulder, "I'd like that very much."

Meanwhile back with the ninja, they were cheering as they saw the entire date on the screen through Zane's falcon that hid by them nearby. "THE SHIP HAS SAILED!!!" Jay yells and the others laugh and cheer for their two friends.

Just then there was a notification that popped up on the screen and only Kai seemed to take action when he saw it. "Alien sightings in Ninjago City!! I'll go catch them!" Kai says as he pulls his ninja mask over his head and runs and jumps off the bounty, landing on the ground.

The other ninja stop and run to the edge of the ship calling out for kai to stop. Kai couldn't hear them as he was already far inside the city. He searched around and heard a woman scream and run out of a street. Kai quickly ran to and down the street and saw the alien.

"Oig! Its one of you colorful miscreants again!" the alien scoffed and pulled out a gravity blaster. Kai felt ready now that he knew what it was. He glared, "And its another one of you green parasites!" he says as he ignites his elemental fire in his hands.

"Your race will be destroyed!!" the alien said as he started blasting the red ninja with Zero Point Energy balls. Kai dodged every single blow and threw fireballs at him. "Not today!" The alien dodge them as well but Kai was able to throw a super strong and hot fireball that hit the gun and melted it.

"Why you little!!" the alien said as he threw it on the ground, now useless. Kai wasn't taking his crap today, he immediately started to throw punches at him. The two did hand to hand combat for awhile, calling each other different things. Kai was then kicked so hard in the stomach, he collapsed to the ground, holding it in pain.

He pulled back his mask and made sure the alien saw just how much he hated him. "What did you guys do to my sister!" the alien smirked and then shapeshifted into Kai. Kai's eyes widen as he knew this was about to be bad. He tried to call base through his earpiece but the other Kai slapped him hard and took out his earpiece, throwing it into the snow.

The other Kai then bent down to the Master of Fire's level. "Why not you go join her?" he said with a smirk. He backed up as a beam of light surrounded Kai and he was abducted from the planet.

Back on the bounty, the ninja realized they had a missed message from Kai. They tried calling again but he wouldn't answer. "You don't think he got-" Lloyd started but stopped once they all see Kai on the radar heading back in the direction of the bounty. "Whew! He's alright. We should probably start putting the snow tarp up and shovel the snow off the deck." Cole said and they all nodded and headed for the deck.

You and Zane decided to head back to the bounty since the sun was setting. "I had fun today. Thank you." you said looking at Zane. "As did I. I'm, glad you had fun." you both just looked at each other pretty sincerely. You two were within kissing distance from each other but you didn't think of it.

"See you later Zane." you said giving him a hug then walking to below deck. The other ninja everything then went over to their brother. "Zane! You were right there! You were supposed to kiss her!" Cole says and Jay nods. "Kiss her?! B-but it was only the first date!" "Guy's c'mon! Look Zane don't rush the first kiss, just wait until you feel it's time." Lloyd says with a reassuring smile and zane relaxes.

"Fine. But since your here might need some help shoveling all this snow off the deck." Jay says handing him a shovel. "Alright. Where is Kai?" Zane asked. "Right here." 'Kai' says standing on the deck with a smile on his face. "Did you get the alien?" Lloyd asks and he shakes his head no. "He got away but I let him have it that's for sure!" "Don't run off without saying anything next time okay?" Cole says and he rolls his eyes.

"Yeah, yeah whatever. What are you guys doing?" "Uh what's it look like? Shoveling snow obviously! Grab a shovel and help out!" Jay says and he rolls his eyes yet again as he grabs a shovel. "Alright, alright sheesh." As the boys were at work, they continued to talk about how Zane's first date went.

And kai got himself abducted, oh boy. Wonder what the replacement is up to 😎
But yeah its been two weeks and i have been cRAZY busy. I woulda put it up but best if i put it up now ya know guys 😜
So how was everyone's halloween yesterday?! I had a TON of fun going with my friends this year and we went to this big neighborhood with a TON of candy! I was Zane this year tbh 😄 costume was spot on 👌
