Ice

"Is everything ready?" I asked blankly staring at the giant wearhouse below.

"yes mam" One of the agents in my group answered.

"good" I nodded.

'Vanessa Chris its time' I linked them. they were incharge of indirect attack.

Right on cue two sinsitive bombs were shot throught the air on opposite sides hitting two of the opposite sides of the warehouse.

with that an alarm rang throught and I saw or felt many of their minds going either directions where the bomb hit.

'Lee Derek Claranda' I spoke.

Right on cue agents from two different sides attacked the opposite sides on where the bombs didn't hit. Barely anyone was there since they headed to where the bombs were fired making us able to corner them from two points, while Claranda's group stood on the outside where the bombs were hit and a fire was bazing also surrounding the building, blocking any exit.

I felt most of them being pushed on either side of the bombed sides of the factories, the agents pushed them back until Chris created rings of fire in front of them making both sides between his flames and the ones behind them from the bombs. totally cornered.

'Phil' I linked him. 'Derek be ready' I linked Derek before jumping out of the helicopter I was in.

I saw Phil and the other agent with enhanced strenght and anything relating to that jump out of the plane.

I saw Phil just ahead of me crash throught the roof just as one of Derek's shadow caught him. I steered towards the opening he made locking my arms and feet together diving straight in, Derek using his shadows in catching me just in time.

As soon as I hit the ground I went into action creating an Ice dome around all the agents nearby having to renew it as confused conquerers fired bullets at us, along with Derek who gathered every shadows around.

Soon enough the agents with enhanced strengh or powers concerning it that were falling throught the air crashed on the ceiling making it cave in.

I made my ice stronger as the debry crashed on to it while Derek bend his shadows to catch the falling agents along with some agents with kinetic powers.

I sighed as the last of the ceiling fell and collasped.

Do you know how hard it is to use Ice in Texas when a thousand pound ceiling is crashing on to it. Not to mention losing my Cytokinesis makes it harder.

"you alright" Derrek helped me stand straight when I was wavering. "I guess" I breathed hard looking around.

At least we got the conquerers who were under all this rubble. This was just too easy.

Sure I made a great plan but it just seems too easy, none of these people barely even fought back not even using their powers. Theres also something else bugging me but I cant figure it out.

" Help he's been shot" An agent shouted. I immediatly went into action tiredness forgotten.

"move" I ordered the panicking agent.

I looked and saw a man on the ground with a bullet hole on his shoulder. I made my nails longer with Ice and worked on getting the bullet out. The agent hissed but otherwise stayed still, the cold is probably numbing the pain anyway.

I finally took the bullet out and he looked fine surprisingly. I was about to throw the bullet when I caught a glance at it. It was different then the cyrum bullets since I've been experimenting with them I know what they look like but this looks like just a regular-

"when were you shot" I demanded the agent desperatly hoping my theory wasn't true.

"Maby about three minutes ago when I noticed my blood" He answered confused. thats way too long for the Cyrums not to act out yet.

This is a regular bullet. "shit" I cursed throwing the bullet snapping my long ice nails.

"whats wrong Ice." Chris asked me.

"this is a regular bullet they would have used the cyrum bullets unless they dont want to waste them" I started explaining.

"all of these conquerers were human" a woman spoke out.

"This isn't the real battle we've got to get out of here." I started toward the exit or hole in the walls. If this isn't a real battle then its a trap.

Immediatly as the agents took sense in my words they started toward the exits some flying out others teleporting and using their super speed. 'ICE!' Vanessa called into my mind. she stayed behind outside with her group to report anything unsual.

'what is it' I paused still near the wearhouse. suddenly I felt a weird shift in the air and chemical compounds.

'It just fired something towards the wearhouse!' she yelled frantically but I was still confused and even more when I felt the air shift in the air along with chemical compounds and a whistle in the wind of something.....falling?

'a jet just flew overhead its been here this whole time its cloacked and it just fired something towards the wearhouse. Get out of there!' she yelled desperately.

I looked up seeing a black dot growing bigger and bigger the chemical compounds coming from it as the air shifted around, my enhanced hearing picking up the noise in the wind.

damn I'm still too close to the wearhouse. I ran away faster than ever before. I dont know what that thing does but I do not want to find out.

I saw other agents running beside me trying to find shelter but this is a bloody desert!

I heard it come closer and closer as I spun around making a shield in front of me just as it collided.

I grunted from the force and heat making my ice stronger but it kept on cracking and I started feeling weak. "Cyrum" I weazed out in realissation before I was blown back my ice chattering by the wind and heat along with the cyrum released from the impact.

I was flying throught the air fighting myself to stay awake feeling a pain on my shoulder and stomach. I just kept flying throught the air. How didn't I impact yet?

The breeze is making it hard to stay awake and soon I felt the air shift and heard an engine before crashing hard on a hard metal surface.

I grunted as pain spiked from my shoulder and stomach.

"hello Crystalline" a familiar woman's voice sneered.

It cant be. I fought my eyes open staring at three blurry figures in front of me before I was struck. But it was too late I would recognize them anywhere even after so many years.

My brother sister and uncle.
