I was shock to say the least. she has three powers, Cytokinesis, Telepathy, and Ice. and I thought having two powers was rare.

"but how is that possible, I never heard of anyone having two, much less three powers how did you get them." Lee asked flustered.

as Lee said that ice face was wiped of all emotions like her old self.

"I didn't get these powers, these powers are what got me here in the first place." Ice stated emotionlessly. I felt little emotions coming off her in waves as her aura grew darker.

there goes progress I sighed inwardly. But what she said got me curious.

"what do you-" I started

"drop it" she said coldly sending a harsh look. shut up instantly at that.

I saw Derek and Vanessa staring at her in sadness and worry.

Derek. for some reason I didn't like him touching Ice like that. it doesn't help that they 'do' each other. okay where did that thought come from? I blinked in surprise feeling the strange emotion calm down.

it feels like-

"Lets go, I want to know the reason for the traps last night" Ice stood up streching. oh right,  its five in the morning. as I realized that I  yawned following the others out the room.

I still cant believe she has her own personal lab. I played back to the conversation we just had.

why am I feeling guilty? right I didn't tell them I have two powers.

suddenly Vanessa's head snapped towards me.  What's with her?

"you have two powers?!" she asked surprised.

everyone stopped in their tracks all looking suprised but Ice was smirking.

I stared at her confused, why is she smirking?

"You didn't actually think I wouldn't have find out" she stated smirking.

"you knew?!" we all asked her.

she just rolled her eyes "telepathy remember" she pointed at her head.

"that is going to take getting use to" Lee muttered, Ice just chuckled.

great our own thoughts are no longer safe.

"always keep that in mind general Chris" she winked at me. She knows?!

"are you even supposed to even use your power in your current situation" I asked annoyed.

she just smirked annoying me even more.

"ok back to our conversation" Derek spoke.

"whats your other power?" he turned to me curiously.

"well I can see and feel peoples aura's" I answered.

"Meaning?" Phil asked.

"i can feel and see someone's true self like if you have many positive emotions your aura will be white or bright but if you have too many negative emotions your aura is black or dark." I glanced at Ice as I said the last part. " I can also tell how powerfull and sinister someone really is"

"thats cool" Phil fist bumped me.

"well now thats settled, lets get back to the matter at hand shall we" Ice walked toward her chair.

"anyone have any thoughts on what happened earlier." she asked folding her hands as we all sat down.

"they tried to kill us" Phil answered.

"really I thought they left the bombs there by accident" Lee stated sarcastically rolling her eyes." obviously they tried to kill us" she slapped him behind his head from where she was sitting on his lap.

"I can just drop you you know" he grumbled rubbing the back of his head.

"you wouldn't dare" Lee narrowed her eyes at him.

"you really need to get more chairs Ice" VAnessa sighed from Derek's lap. yeah I'm the one standing right now, I cant help but agree.

"yeah yeah" Ice waved her hand in an uncaring motion. "so?" she asked.

"well I read a one of the men's mind and he seemed to be the only one knowing what was really happening, both wearhouses were a trap that we would have never suspected" Vanessa stated.

"thats it?" Lee asked.

"thats all I heard" Vanessa nodded.

"another trap heh" Phil muttered.

"There has to be more to this, I mean they went to a big extent to try and kill us" Derek shook his head.

"true, plus they had some of the cyrum they really wanted us dead for good this time" I pointed out.

"he's right, for them to actually wait longer the real delivery and kill off their own followers, they must have really wanted us out of the way" Lee stated.

"out of the way for what thought?" Derek wondered out loud.

my eyes widenned in realization.

"the delivery" I told them in realization.

"what about it?" Vanessa asked.

"think about it, sure they tried to kill us but they used clueless inexperienced men and a bomb along with the cyrum in hopes of finishing us off" I tried explaning it to them.

"if they really wanted us dead they would have made better preperations" Ice stated.

"shit a distraction" Derek cursed out.

"wouldnt the computer been able to pick up other activities thought?" Phil asked in hope.

Ice grabbed the remote and pressed a button making the screen appear.

soon it turned on and sure enough there was a map of washington with three red dots flickering. two of them were the wearhouses we went two and the third one was far away from both wearhouses.

They were labeled with the time they appeared. both wearhouses were labeled midnight while the third one was labeled 12:45.

"thats a little after we turned off all electronics and blocked the computer to prevent distractions" Vanessa stated with widenned eyes.

"it was all planned out, the specific time, place and events" Ice spoke in disbelief. "by the time we found out wether sooner or later, they would be gone by then"

"its too late huh, they have what they needed"Lee said sadly.

"now theres no telling what they will do next" I spoke out my frustrating thought.

"watever they are planning, we need an antidote for those cyrums and fast" Ice pressed a button making the screen retreat into the wall.

"I can help you in the lab" Lee raised her hand. 

"good" Ice nodded. "Derek, you and Chris keep track of whats going on"

great I have to work with him.

"Vanessa, Phil" she glanced at both of them " I want you both to warn everyone in this building and come up with ways they can be safer than we are now"

"we'll do our best" Phil said with determination.

"good" she sighed turning her back to us staring at the wall.

"This isn't just a little mission anymore" she turned towards us eyes glowing violet. I felt chills run down my back at her stare.

"this is a matter of survival, of this agency and everyone in it"
