Derek

I pressed the button on the radio to see the screen appear.

"About how much time do you think it'll take to get there?" I asked to no one in particular.

"At the speed you’re going, about 10 minutes" Vanessa answered looking at the screen.

"You okay there Phil?" she turned to Phil who was clutching his seat for dear life.

I chuckled at that. "What are you laughing at?" Phil growling.

"oh nothing" I shook my head "it’s just, if you're afraid when I'm driving, I'll imagine how you'll be when Ice is driving" I smirked.

He gulped when suddenly he gasped. "Lee!"

Chris

Okay, remember when I said her driving was crazy back there.

I was so wrong. I gulped holding on when suddenly the car made a sharp turn making me hit the door. Hard.

I looked over at Lee to see how she's doing.

Well she has it worst. She in the back seat and forgot to put on a sit belt. Basically she's like a Ping-Pong ball between the two doors.

"oow" I yelled as I crashed into the door again.

"Can you slow down, we've got to be going 300 miles per hour" I yelled at her still holding on.

"Do you think the conquerors will wait for us to get there and stop them from getting the only thing that can actually kill us?"  She asked sarcastically.

"Well they won’t have to if we die before we get there" Lee stated from the back seat before we both crashed to our doors.

"Oops" Ice stated sarcastically.

"Hey" Lee rubbed her shoulder.

"Seriously Ice that was immature" I rubbed my shoulder. Wow Ice was actually being immature, making progress.

"You think, I'm doing this on purpose? This ware house is much farther away than the other one" She rolled her eyes.

Cew sharp turn, and hurting shoulder. "Why did you pick this one to go to?" I asked curiously.

"Because I'm a better driver" I heard Lee scoff at that answer.

"Okay the faster and skilled driver" Ice rolled her eyes.

"What part of this is skill exactly" Lee scoffed again.

"Can you dodge cars, and make a sharp turn while going 300 miles per hour?" Ice raised an eyebrow.

I heard Lee huff.

"Why aren't you wearing your seatbelt anyway?" Ice asked.

"Well I didn't have time to since we hit the road right after we got in the car, and I've been trying ever since" Lee spoke in frustration

I couldn't help but chuckle at that.

"What about you Chris?" she asked me.

"Oh, I'm wearing my seatbelt" I rolled my eyes.

"Well take it off" she stopped the car.

Ice/Derek

"Were here."

Ice

I pulled up close the wear house but not too close.

'Are you guys there?' I asked

'Yep just arrived’ Derek answered

'Good, get ready, I want every electronics turned off. No distractions or anything to give us away.' I commanded and reached to the radio pressing a combination of numbers.

Soon enough every lights and electronics came off while my super computer was blocked from everything to avoid any distractions. We were left in the dark in the car.

'Done' Vanessa stated.

'Good, suit up. You know what to do' I took off my seat belt and checked to see if I had everything.

I got out of the car along with everyone else two of my guns ready with a silencer. I put on my sunglasses that also work at night.

For now we have to be stealthy and my Violet glowing eyes will not make it better. I'm serious, my eyes literally glow in the dark, it scares many people but it’s also a dead giveaway.

I kept along blending in with the shadows and stopped behind a bush. It looks quiet, too quiet.

'Lee do a quick run and see how many guards there are or any clues to tell us where the delivery is at' I spoke to her with my own power. She’ll probably think I'm using Vanessa's power anyway.

'On it' with that she disappeared with a blur.

A minute or so later she came back not even out of breath. ‘It looks deserted on the outside, but there’s a hatch on the roof'

Probably for the helicopter to land.

‘I looked inside one of the windows to see people guttered around a box like they were guarding it.'

 Bingo.

'ready your guns were going in kill some of the guards, be stealthy about it thought no telling if their already armed with their special weapons' I looked towards them as the nodded.

'Good spread out' I commanded creeping somewhere else.

I looked around and seeing no one nearby I flew on the roof and saw the hatch Lee spoke of.

I found a window and looked through it. I saw man and some woman, around a huge boss like you see on ships. Good enough.

Did I forget to mention I brought my machine gun with me?

I set it up and pointed towards the group.

Let the games begin.

I pulled the trigger.

Derek

Following Ice's instructions, Vanessa Turned off all electronics and blocked off the super computer.

'Done' I heard her tell Ice.

Good, suit up. You know what to do’ she told us.

I took off my seat belt and got my guns ready.

'Let’s go' I mind linked Vanessa and Phil.

We stepped out of the car and went towards the wear house.

I went up a tree took in the view.

‘No guards' I spoke climbing down the tree.

'Strange' Phil spoke

'Vanessa' I turned to her.

'On it' she turned towards the ware house and focused. After a minute or so she turned back to us.

‘They’re all in the ware house with the package' she spoke

'Alright let’s head in' I started getting up from my crouched position.

‘Wait before you go in, I found something strange' she grabbed me pulling me back down.

‘What is it?' Phil asked her.

‘their thoughts, it’s not making any since.' she put her finger on her chin thinking.

‘How so?"' I asked her.

'They were asked to attend the delivery and protect it, but not to open it. They also seem clueless on what to do next.' I frowned at what she said. That is strange.

'well we'll just have to find out what’s going on' I stood readying my gun, Vanessa her sword while Phil put on some brass knuckles, with spikes, sharp ok you get it.

'Let’s go' I walked up to the building and used my powers to make the inside dark as night. I put a silencer on my guns and walked in shooting a man.

I hear many bodies falling to the ground.

"What’s going on?" I heard one of the man ask.

"What the-" he was cut off and I heard another body hit the ground.

"Someone’s in here" another man spoke.

Soon I heard gun shots firing. Idiots, all they will do is take out their own.

Soon enough the gun shots were diminishing so I used the opportunity to make the shadows disappear making the ware house lights work again.

There were bodies everywhere, most dead some dying. I looked around to see Phil snapping a guy’s head and Vanessa dissipating one with her sword. Trust me when I say, when Vanessa says heads will roll, heads will literally roll.

"That was easy" she spoke out loud swishing her sword trying to get the blood off.

"I guess" I answered making my way towards the box.

I try to open it by hand but it didn’t open. "Vanessa" I pointed towards the box.

She rolled her eyes and swung her sword cutting the box in half like butter.

"What the" she stared at the box wide eyed.

I looked at it to see what she was looking at. "Crap" I heard Phil mutter as he saw what we were looking at.

I heard a chuckle somewhere and looked towards the direction of where it came from.

I saw a man lying on the ground blood coming out of a bullet wound.

"You’re all done for" he chuckled but coughed as blood came out of his mouth.

"No" Vanessa stared at him to the helicopter behind the box wide eyed.

"We’ve got to get out of here" she told us running towards the exit.

"Why?!" I asked her following her.

'Ice!' I heard her call frantically in the link.

Ice

"What the heck is this?!" I grabbed a man who looks about half dead to look at the empty insides of the box.

We pretty much killed everyone here, if they didn't die then they are close to it.

We opened the box to find nothing in it. Nada.

"What the hell is this?!" I yelled at the man shaking him with one hand and pointing at the empty box with the other.

“I-I don’t know" he stuttered. I read his mind to see it swimming with confusion and pain.

"Useless" I hissed and snapped his neck dropping him to the ground. To say I am pissed is an understatement.

"Why were they sent to protect an empty box?" Chris asked thinking it over.

"We could ask them, oh wait someone killed the last one able to speak" Lee stated sarcastically. I sent her a glare and his eyes were wide in fear.

Oh yeah, not the time to mess with me now.

"He didn't know a thing, he was just as confused as us" I spoke frustrated.

"How did you know that?" Chris asked curious.

"I-" I was cut off by a frantic Vanesa.

'Ice!' She called frantically.

'It’s a trap, both of them are. They’re going to blow up both wear houses!'
