Ice

After that little talk, I agreed that Vanessa and Derek could help with our mission. Let me rephrase that I gave up changing their minds when they 'insisted ' helping with our mission.

We also talked to the advisers and they sent out a warning to all agencies. Now they’re all trying to come up with a cure to cancel out the conqueror’s cyrum, both of them.

But they still need a samples. I also need a sample to create a cure. Try at least but nothing is impossible, I'll take on the challenge.

I'm getting tired of all the traps the conquerors’ are setting for us, but we still walk right in to it so we don’t miss any clues or leads. So far their all fake.

On the bright side I get to kill them and watch their leads get frustrated they can’t kill us.

They were smart enough to delay the delivery. Planning a way to get it here without us interfering no doubt. Nothing sneaks pass me with my super computer.

It identifies everything and out of the states belonging to us. Heck if identifies people without any ID and every packages and deliveries coming in and out and I only put it to run at 50% imagine 100%

Either way I know deliveries coming up but nothing to identify what we want.

I also monitor everyone coming in and out and found something interesting. Seems like the conquerors have their mark. I saw it on the ones who tried to trap us and some of the people coming in and out of states.

Made sure they didn't get far. So whatever Conquerors in our states are trapped and cannot get out and no conquerors can come in. not only is my computer monitoring but I 'asked' the administrators to put agents around any entrance or exit in out states.

I played here on my bed. Yeah I went back home I couldn't stand being at the agency building any longer. I must say that was the longest I ever stayed there.

But I need my space. And now I'm thinking of staying in bed all day. No missions, alerts traps or clues.

I relaxed into my soft pillows and bed relaxing. I was this close to sleep and most of all peace.

"Wake up sleepy head “my eyes snapped open at Vanessa's voice. She burst through the room her brown eyes twinkling in excitement. 

"What by the-" I didn't get to finish when she came and pushed me off the bed.

"We are going to the amusement park in town for the week today now come on get ready" she tried pushing me into the bathroom.  I simply didn't budge.  She just interrupted me of the first most peaceful relaxed day since I was give this mission.

I felt the room grow cold murderous thoughts going through my head. When I say murderous I mean torture murderous.

I think she read my mind and saw the intensity in them and started stepping back.

I turned to her, I bet my eyes were glowing violet and darker as I looked at her. As soon as she saw that she dashed out the room.

I followed her predatory steps the hallway freezing in my path.

"Derek I may have pushed her to the max but I swear I didn't mean to I barely did a thing" I heard her talk frantically.

"Whoa slow down" Derek spoke, he paused for a second probably seeing Vanessa panicked. "How much to the max are we talking about" he spoke uncertainty.

"Is it me or is I getting colder" I heard a voice that I recognized as Chris.  I heard two different gulps then two more. Others are here too but I'm way too pissed to try and find out who.

I finally made it to the living room where they all were. I stepped inside and soon enough it was freezing.  Literally the walls and furniture near me were freezing. Everyone who I saw were Chris, Derek, Vanessa, Lee and Phil stared frightened color drained from their face.

It must have been a sight to see. My eyes glowing murderously dark and bright, I was still wearing my white silky night gown and walls everything freezing beside me.

I can feel all the stress from the mission come I pushed away come crashing back. I needed to calm down before I killed everyone in this room.

I took a deep breath looking at everyone in that room. Frozen not literally but not moving an inch. Smart if they did I would have already lashed out.

"Leave" I ordered the room covered half in ice shaking. They didn't need to be told twice one minute they were there gone new the next the door slamming behind them.

Deep breaths Ice deep breath. I thought walking back to my room trying to calm down and making the ice disappeared everything returning to normal.

Deep breaths. Oh this isn't working, I need another way calming down........other than a killing massacre.

My Jacuzzi. Thralls help. I passed my room ad headed towards my balcony which was closed off because it was winter so for now it was an inside balcony.

I took off my nightgown and got in. it felt nice but it didn't really calm me or relieve the stress. See this is why I go on a killing massacre or spree call it whatever you want, a time like this. Its way better in taking out my frustrations and way faster to calm down.

Judge all you want that's just who I am.

Derek

It happened again. I sighed.

"Come on this is going to take a while" I walked towards my car.

"Where are we going?" the girl I think her name was Lee.

"Out" Vanessa answered following me.

"Wasn’t Ice coming with us?" Chris asked.

Vanessa and I both stayed silent and continued on. I'm hoping they will just stop asking questions and go with it

"It has something with what happened in there doesn't it" I stopped midway from opening the door.

"Yes" I answered.  No point in lying there.

"What happened exactly?" Phil Lee's twin asked.

I've told Ice blocking you emotions even simple feelings isn't good for her yet she doesn't listen. She’s determined not to feel a thing but emotions will always leek out and when it comes it comes out full force.

She’s been blocking her frustrations for the past month. She was on the edge and Vanessa's simple action was the tipping point.

Now she has to deal with her frustrations she blocked for the past month full force.

It just proves how unstable she can be.

"Leave it" I demanded.

I'm worried for her.

I stared back and saw Chris staring back with suspicion and a bit of understanding.

Someday she won’t be able to stop all her emotions coming through.

I turned my back to them opening the door getting in the driver’s seat.

And with all the emotions she's blocked off for all those years.

I turned to the passenger seat staring at Vanessa who had a sad look in her eyes and unshed tears. She’s in my mind but I know we were both thinking the same thing.

A single tear came down from her glassy eye as I thought my next thought.

Crystalline is a ticking time bomb.

Chris

I knew something was wrong the moment Ice stepped in the room.

Other than the dropping temperature and freezing surfaces.

The moment she stepped in her aura held a large amount of frustration, I could even see it and I didn't even use my special sight.

I was wondering how she wasn't even a bit frustrated f do r the past month.   Just found my answer.

She blocked it off and by the looks of it she blew.

This is what I'm afraid of yet surprise it hasn't happened yet.

All these emotions she's been blocking off over the years, the thick darkness surrounding her and her heart.

I have my s suspicions her friends know.

I looked over at Derek seeing him tense clutching the steering wheel. And Vanessa who looked sadden yet just as stiff staring straight ahead.

I sighed knowing I'm right looking out the window.

When she blows she will most likely hurt everyone even herself.

I don’t know why but the thought of her getting hurt doesn't sit well. Well we did kind off become friends the past month I guess that’s why.

Either way I hope I hope I donjon see the day when she blows.

Ice

I played in the Jacuzzi trying to calm down all of my frustrations.

I couldn't help but feel other emotions creeping to the surface.

I'm trying to block them off but it’s harder by the second.

I felt the temperature drop. I opened my eyes which I didn't know I closed.

I saw the balcony frozen. I stared wide eyed. I didn't even know I did that.

I focused on reigning everything in.

My emotions and powers.

What was that? I closed my eyes.

Whatever that was it won’t happen again.
