"If I lose we will give you all the information you want" I continued on. That deal isn’t so big since I will win. For goodness sake I could bet my life or ours.....

I still can’t believe they actually made me work with a partner. Their son!

"Then you are allowed to kill us without a fight."

"What?!" he yelled turning to me with a look of horror. I smirked inwardly, his too easy.

"So?" I turned to three other shocked people.

The girl snapped out of it "Deal" she smirked. Getting cocky now are we.

"Shelly" the leader snapped at her. At least someone knows she doesn’t stand a chance.

"Too late old man" I smirked at him "deal is already made" I swear he paled a little. This will be fun.

"So how do you want to do it weapons, powers, hand in hand?" I turned to the girl.

"You’re seriously going on with this?" Chris asked me in disbelief.

"Of course" I answered without turning to him "so?" I asked the girl.

"Hand in hand" she answered confidently. Poor girl does she know what she's getting herself into?

I will show her soon enough.

"Alright then, come at me" I did a hand gesture and everyone stepped back. I won’t bother stripping from weapons, too much work. Even if she does cheat she'll lose.

She came at me with a punch aiming for my face. I easily moved to the left and did a round off kick making her crash to the ground.

"Is that all you’ve got?" I asked raising an eyebrow at her.

She got up and came at me again, each hit I dodged. She sent a kick and I jumped back. Now she looks angry and annoyed. Oh well.

She came at me again and I let her let out her anger and frustration.

Ok now I'm bored now. A punch right to her face made her fly back and land near the leader. Unconscious.

"Well that was a waste of time" I spoke to myself.

"Now" I walked over to the two man "Who are you working for?"

"All of you" I motioned to the dead bodies.

The other guy scowled at me but the leader answered.

"We are the conquerors" I raised an eyebrow at the name.

"Ok then" I looked towards Chris who was also raising an Eyebrow at the name.

"Next question" my face became emotionless again "how are you killing Level 3 and higher agents"

Both men smirked and the girl started moving. Great she’s waking up. "Weapons" the leader answered.

I narrowed my eyes at them "I already know that" their smirks faltered a little.

"Well?!" I yelled at them making them flinch. I swear if they won’t tell me I'll just read their minds making them suffer in the process.

"What’s going on?" great she's fully awake now.

"What kind of weapons are you using to kill high level agents?" I am getting impatient and once I lose it won’t be pretty.

"We made a liquid that once inside your bloodstream cancels out all powers." Imoossible, if they have something like that in their possessions-

"What else is there?" Chris spoke for the first time.

"What?" the leader looked flustered and panicked.

"We both know that there’s something you're not telling us." he narrowed his eyes.

"Well?" we both said as the leaders all looked tongue tied.

"We also made a poison that kills slowly and painfully." They couldn’t have made a poison to actually affect us.

"Mix those two up and you have promising results." the girl stated.

"Sick bastards, what do you hope on gaining by doing this?!" Chris spat out.

"You tell us." the other guy spoke smirking.

They have got to be kidding are they actually that dense.

"You’ve got to be kidding." I chuckled. "Do the human 'allies' even know of your true attentions"

"Hmm" the girl just shrugged.

"What are you talking about?" a confused Chris asked. I rolled my eyes at his lack of knowledge.

"Well were done talking here" I stated raising my guns at them.

"What are you doing?" the girl paled.

"Killing you" I stated in a duh tone.

"We had a deal" the leader yelled.

"Yes we did. ‘If I win I get what I want' and I wanted information" I spoke. They looked relieved.

"And now I want your dead body on that ground" I finished smirking a little by their paling faces. Now that is how you crush someone’s hope.

"By the way thanks for giving me back my things" I put away one of my guns only to take out the tracker and receiver.

"How did you-" the leader started but didn’t get to finish since I shot him.

"ah ah" I shot the other two as they reached for their guns.

“A shame they won’t live to see their plan succeed." I tisked.

"What is their plan exactly and what have you kept from me?" Chris stared in suspicion.

"I'll explain later for now we need to get out of here." I put my weapons away and made my way towards the back door Chris following.

We made our way toward the front which was deserted by now, we got in the car and started driving back towards base. A couple of miles later we saw cop cars going toward the club.

Seriously, anyone could have killed everyone at that club and gotten away while their taking their sweet time to get here.

We got to the society and went straight to the office ignoring the stares. Mostly shock I guess.

Seriously, did they really expect my partner to die on the first mission?

That was only once, or was it twice or was it-

You know what that doesn't really matter.

I walked into the office and went to sit on my chair. I relaxed instantly, what I can say that chair is comfy.

Chris sat across from me and stared right into my eyes.

"Explain."
