There was pain. Every nerve of his could feel it. But where was the scar which bled so harshly? There was no answer for this question. His throat made an unpleasant sound while the lump went down it. What was he even looking at? A sky as void as he was. Though there were stars and a half moon in it the sky still was nothing but vacuum. Though he was surrounded by his family always but he was nothing but just a broken man.
As the thoughts looked like they were subsiding he took a deep sharp breath to check if he was still alive in this world where he had nothing.
“Bhai” he felt Dev's comforting hand on his shoulder and quickly brought that smile to hide his pain and turned. “What are you doing here at this time?”
Dev was over the phone when he came to the terrace.
Sanskar stretched his lips and stood simply as he himself had no idea why was he there. “Hello” Dev spoke desperately when he heard the voice from the other side. “Jaan please listen to me” he spoke. Sanskar cocked his eyebrows looking at his younger brother who looked unusually sad. Though he wanted to reach his brother and check what happened to him; he stopped himself when he realized to whom Dev was speaking to. Suddenly her face made the blood vessels in his eyes prick and tears started to accumulate at the bay. He slightly rubbed his nose to control the tears from flowing.
“But Jaan” Dev pleaded. His shoulders dropped in as he looked at the disconnected call. “Why on earth the girl fell in love has to be so so so short tempered?” he still was looking at the phone as if it was a god who had all the answers which even google didn't know.
Sanskar smiled and nodded his head looking at the cute face of his brother. “You are smiling bro?” Dev walked to Sanskar as he turned to continue his staring business. Sanskar was silent. His brain wasn't able to form words. Dev left a sigh as the cool breeze touched him.
“You love her don't you?” Sanskar asked and Dev looked at him in confusion. “What do you mean? Of course I love her. In fact I can't even imagine any second of my life without her” he said smiling.
“Then why do you want an answer? You love her the way she is” Sanskar's words made Dev to smile weirdly.
“Aren't you trying to be a love expert though you never fell in love?” asked Dev. Sanskar's smile widened. “Oh my God. Oh my God” Dev screeched as he understood that smile.
“You are in love and you never felt it necessary to tell me bro? That's so unfair” he whined. “Oh really. What about you? You hid it from so many years and now complaining about me?” Sanskar asked to which Dev scratched the back of his neck and looked flushed.
“Okay. But I introduced her to you. But you” he crossed his arms. “Chote.. You did not introduce her. It was luck by chance that I met her and you had no option than introducing her” Sanskar narrowed his eyes. “You know me so well Bhai” Dev smiled.
“What about my bhabi? I want to meet her” Dev insisted. “When the time is right you will surely meet her” Sanskar walked from there and Dev stood confused.

Nitara was restlessly roaming around the garden. She had never been away from Sanskar for this long. She was worried if her Lambu had forgotten to have his food at times which he usually does when he is working. And if it wasn't for the fear of Nitara's silence he would remain same for a long time and spoil his health. She nodded her head feeling helpless.
“Nit” she turned to the orphanage building when she heard the warden calling. The warden signed her to come and she complied.
“Wait Sanskar” she heard the warden speak when they reached the office. Nitara's face lit up like the brightest star and she moved quickly past the warden in a hope that her Lambu might be sitting on the chair but she was surprised to see his face only on a screen which was of the computer. He was on a video call.
“Hey Sunshine” Nitara could not define how happy she felt when she heard his voice almost after a week which more looked like a lifetime. “Lambu” she emotionally moved towards the computer screen but then realized it was just his virtual image not exactly him.
Sanskar though was thousands of miles away from her could understand that she was terribly missing him. Whom else she had in her life other than him. “I'm sorry” he held his ears cutely and Nitara nodded her head wiping her face. “You are eating properly right?” she asked her usual question.
He chuckled slightly when he heard the sentence he missed so much. “I had warned you didn't I?” she asked and he made an innocent face. “See. I'm eating” he showed her the burger he was carrying in his hand. “Good” she spoke and he smiled widely.
“How are you managing when you don't have anyone who can take your anger down?” asked he and bit the burger. Nitara rolled her eyes. “You know when you aren't around I really have no reason to even get angry” she gave him a fake smile.
“Really? What about your toy breaker?” asked Sanskar. “Ahhh. Don't you dare take his name. I just hate him” she said throwing her hands in air. “Hate? Sunshine it's a huge word. Do you even know what it means?” asked he. “I know. Hate means. Superlative degree of anger and you don't share chocolate, toys and books with the person you hate. That's all” she said casually. Sanskar chuckled. “Thank god for your definition” he bowed his head and she chuckled.
Before they could continue Sanskar felt a push and his phone crashed on the floor making the parts to fly away and the one half of the phone was crushed on the escalator and disappeared behind the machine. Sanskar frowned and looked behind him to find someone with their back.
“Are you blind?” he asked furious.
Ragini turned hearing a familiar voice. Her frown disappeared and horror covered her face. 'Damn. Again Dev's brother. Why I have to meet him in such situations only?' she thought and looked at him. He looked equally horrified. 'Mr. Perfect. This is all due to you. If you weren't so damn punctual I wouldn't have to see this creep's face. Gosh what is his problem? Why does he stare so intimidating?' she kept thinking.
“I....” she struggled to form words out of her confusion. “It's fine” he walked from there when he got his mind back. He left a deep breath and closed his eyes. He has been trying to avoid her so damn hard all these days.
But was it even possible to do? “Hey” Ragini called but he just kept walking. “I did not even apologize. If Dev came to know he is gonna be hell angry. I better stop him from interpreting it to Dev” she spoke to herself and walked behind Sanskar.
He stopped at a shop and walked inside it. He paid some money and walked to the empty monitor. He logged into his skype account and dialed the orphanage id. “Hello Sanskar just a moment” the warden spoke and let Nitara in front of the monitor again.
“Thank God. You are okay” she spoke leaving a breath of relief. “Of course I am. What did you thought?” he asked her. “I thought that toy breaker has appeared from nowhere and in the process he broke your one or two bones” she nodded her head which made Sanskar laugh. “The toy breaker has got a collider now and he won't be around me. Don't worry” he remembered Ragini.
“What?” Nitara asked confused. “Nothing Sunshine. I just called back...” “Lambu” Nitara interrupted him and signed him to look back and he turned over his shoulder. He yelped a bit when he saw Ragini standing just behind him. He closed his eyes annoyed. “I'm sorry I did not intended to scare you. I just came to apologize” she said fiddling with the strap of her bag.
“Who is she Lambu?” he turned to the monitor. “Your toy breaker's Ms. Collider” he showed his hand towards Ragini. Ragini who was all smiles waving at Nitara stopped hearing him and the confusion on her face was clearly visible. “Toy breaker?” Ragini turned to him and her face was just an inch away from his. He hesitated a bit and cocked his head back.
“Dev” he smiled weakly. “Don't you tell his name”
Instead of one voice two voice tuned and it sounded like echo. Nitara on the one side stood crossing her arms and Ragini who was on the other side of the screen stood in the same pose. Sanskar first looked at Ragini and then at Nitara.
“You hate him too?” Nitara asked excited. “Sadly for this moment. Yes I do hate him” she pouted. “High Five” Nitara moved her hand towards the screen but stopped. But Ragini looked too excited to stop. As Sanskar guessed from her clumsy nature she will surely hit the screen held her hand.
Ragini turned sharply to look at him. “Okay. I know you both are too excited to hate my brother. But let me tell you I'm here and I'm listening your hate speech for my brother” he said moving Ragini's hand away slowly.
Nitara looked at the screen and smiled seeing Ragini and Sanskar. There was something which was invisible between them but it gave her cuteness vibe. “Sorry” Ragini cutely shrank her eyes and Sanskar nodded his head and turned towards the monitor.
“Okay sunshine. I will call you once I get myself new phone and you take care of yourself okay?” he smiled at Nitara.
She was surprised. The smile on Sanskar's face had a unique crispness this time. She had not seen it. It looked like he was really smiling out of happiness. Not just for the sake of smiling. She gave him a sweet smile while the screen went blank.
Sanskar turned to Ragini with a serious face. He had a question on his face. “I'm sorry” she said looking down. “I said right it's okay” he got up from his seat.
“You did. But I had not apologized na. So thought of doing so. And I was feeling guilty about what I did. I shouldn't have back walked” she looked up at him with puppy eyes.
Sanskar's lips stretched and he bit his upper lip in to maintain the expressions of his face. He could feel his breath rate increasing. “Okay” he closed his eyes.
“Now you apologized. I accepted even before you spoke. So can I leave?” he asked her and she looked at him.
“Yeah” she said and moved away. Sanskar sighed and walked from there. “Isn't he so weird? What is his problem with me?” she spoke to herself.
“Who?” she heard a voice and her face turned red with anger. She turned fuming. “Where were you Mr. Right time?” she held her waist.
“I.. traffic Jaan. You know I had to take a longer route to reach here” he said gulping in. “Damn. Why do I love you more than I hate you?” she looked up frustrated.
“That's because” he cupped her face placing a soft kiss on her forehead.
“You love me” he looked into her eyes.
Mr. Perfect with his perfect smile. What else she needed for her perfect life? Ragini smiled embracing him warmly
