Our artists are now all out of danger and members tested positive for Covid were able to present a negative test this morning. Despite a long convalescence that await them, all members are now able to travel. They are ready to leave France and return tomorrow to South Korea where they will receive a continuation of adapted care.

      A week after the concert, Jungkook was no longer ill. As he got better, he was able to take a step back and blamed himself for not having had more benevolent words towards his fans. He was sure they regretted almost killing him unintentionally, so he'd have to fix that later.

      In addition, his anger at the young woman who had attacked them had eased somewhat because Jin had survived and now he almost felt bad for having denounced her knowing that she was young and that her life had been ruined. 

     After all, she had only fallen into this extreme state because she had clumsily attached herself to the group. Originally, it was real love that she bore them, he was sure of that.

     The young singer had never wanted this by becoming an artist: he only wanted to bring happiness in the hearts of his fans, not a crazy love of this dark nature. What would the world think when they discovered this hidden side of the kpop? 

       This dark side was already known to fans, but it was unknown to others who only saw the radiance of the kpop. Was this going to have a major impact on the deployment of the Korean and more globally Asian kpop and culture on a global scale? Would BTS remain famous in history for allowing this musical culture to develop, only to show its opposition and its dangers to Western culture?

     Jungkook had not wanted to reject all the fault of this young woman, he would have wanted to highlight the responsibility of his company, because he had only too much awareness of this part of responsibility that it occupied. 

     He had, however, not had the courage to do so and had obeyed the instructions. The company had too much to blame in this affair and if its own artists pointed fingers at them, it would self-destruct and could lead to the downfall of other companies and with them, all the innocent artists who worked so hard would be penalized and would have to say goodbye to their careers.

     South Korea had taken fifty years to build its economy after the war and the Kpop industry was a major part of that economy. A collapse of the kpop now would therefore also imply an economic collapse of the country. 

     It was probably an extreme nightmare scenario, but it had been considered, as Bang Si-Hyuk had said to Namjoon who had conveyed his private speech to the other members and had frightened them even more than they already were.

     It was therefore necessary to preserve the reputation of the company and to impute all responsibility to the management of the city of Paris and to the madness of some fans and anti-fans, madness which was not their responsibility. 

     However, investigators would eventually trace it back to online threats and highlight that responsibility. How would the company handle that?

     The umpteenth public announcement of the company soon arrived to set up the first stage of its campaign to rescue the shipwreck they were in danger of:

Following a confusion that has taken hold of the social networks and which has led to a certain uproar, the company wants to clarify one important thing: while it is true that each of them gets along very well, none of our artists is, however, engaged in a romantic relationship.

Each of them wants to focus on their career and they are not involved in any relationship, either between themselves or with an outside person. It was a mistake of some people.

These are fictions imagined by fans and in no case reality. Please think of our artists well-being and stop spreading false rumors: leave to fiction what belongs to fiction, to reality what belongs to reality. The artists are the artisans of your dreams, don't make them plunge into a nightmare in exchange for those dreams.

     Hoseok, who was alone with Jungkook in the room, suddenly turned to the maknae crying furiously over his phone.

     "What is it, JK?" he worried.

     "You were right, Hobi hyung," Jungkook cried, but there was as much anger as sadness in his voice. 

     He handed his screen to Hoseok so that he could read from afar. The latter frowned, tending to read Big Hit's announcement and then his face turned pale. He knew that the other one might fall back into his dark thoughts.

      "I'm really sorry, JK, but it was to be expected."

     "What am I supposed to do then?" Jungkook whined, more for himself, shaking his head in his hands, hopeless. "I'm all alone now, Jin hyung can't help me with this in his condition... What am I supposed to do..."

     Hoseok frowned hearing Jungkook's monologue as if he had suddenly forgotten his presence.

     "JK, why do you still think Jin hyung is the only one who can help you? Wouldn't that be forgetting about your other hyungs that have always been there for you?"

    Jungkook raised his head to cross the rapper's gaze. He had spent so much time trying to deal with all his problems alone or with Jin in secret that he didn't even think about asking his other hyungs for help. He blamed himself immediately because Hoseok seemed hurt by his behavior.

     "I'm sorry hyung."

      Hoseok softened up and said:

    "It's okay, don't worry. You're not alone so don't tell me what you are supposed to do, ask me what we are going to do."

     Jungkook was grateful but he didn't see how Hoseok could help him. There were still a lot of things he didn't know.

     "Okay, but you're gonna tell me to wait, right? You're going to tell me it's gonna be okay when we'll be all together right? You know, waiting hasn't solved a lot for me right now," he said.

     Hoseok sighed inwardly because, despite what he had just said to Jungkook, he felt in difficulty about this situation: why was he the one Jungkook confided in him? Why was it up to him to know how to handle this exceptional situation? What should he do? Contact Namjoon? 

      What if Namjoon preferred to follow the letter of the company's orders and refuses to hear Jungkook's feelings? He might hear Jin's if the eldest assured him that these feelings were mutual, but Jin didn't seem to feel the same way about the maknae since he woke up: he didn't even want to see or hear Jungkook. 

      And Hoseok, even though he didn't want to tell Jungkook, himself had serious doubts about this relationship. Even if it was obvious that he was not in his normal state, who would accept to think that the feelings between the two were romantic in nature when considering the current situation? 

     Moreover, Namjoon would seek to protect the two boys but especially the group. And to protect the group, it was necessary to protect the company, which meant, like them, denying the existence of any romantic relationship between them. That was the result of the equation and Hoseok understood that he would have to carry his burden alone for the time being.

     "Look, I know you're mad at the company, but despite everything, please don't make hasty decisions. We are still at the hospital, and we have so many urgent things to deal with at the moment, such as going home or, more importantly, making Jin hyung speak and smile again. What do you think, JK, isn't it more important?"

     Hoseok smiled cheerfully and Jungkook, smiling back, realized that the rapper was right.

     "Yes, it is." Jungkook seemed convinced that leaving the hospital and returning to South Korea would allow Jin to get better and that everything would soon be back in order.

     His new and sincere resolution reassured Hoseok : he had managed to gain time.

    "I can't wait to get home..." he whispered for himself, suddenly exhausted.
