Cop: “2 years since you’ve both disappeared. I was honestly considering on going after you both. But luckily your sister managed to wound me.”

The cop moved his collar and tilts his head to the side to reveal a huge scar on the side of his neck. Neo chuckles and slowly stood up while looking at him. Her eyes were now Bright Pink and spat at his foot. 

Neo: “And I wish I could have returned to finish the job Rocky.”

She charged forward and went to punch him. But he Moved to the side and kicks her face… But upon impact she shattered. This made Rocky look around and get kicked in the face.

He fell to the ground as Neo picked Mint up. She tried running but Rocky was instantly in front of them and kneed her in the stomach.

Rocky: “You forgot about my Semblance.” 

Rocky is able to teleport up to A Mile away from his spot. He then started to teleport circles around the kids that were hunched over. While sometimes kicking them.

After a minute of him toying with the twins he then sighed and pulled his gun out. He cocked it and aimed at Mint’s head. 

Rocky: “I really wish you could have stayed home. Maybe I wouldn’t have to come to this.”

He said while his finger moved on the trigger. Neo saw this and tried moving but was to hurt. She reached out and tried to stop it. A bang could be heard… but it wasn’t from Rocky. 

The gun flew out his hand and he gripped his wrist. He looked around and saw someone. He lunged for the gun and the person shot it away, infact destroying it. This made Rocky look and see roman appear from the shadows.

Roman: “Step… Away… From… My Children.”

Roman growls and walked forward. He was actually pissed off and angry. The father of his adopted son is back to only abuse and kill them.

And with the fact he has adopted Mint he will definitely take care of Neo. This was the first time he was acting like an actual protective parent.

Rocky slowly got up and didn’t break eye contact. He didn’t say anything but his looks said everything. An ice cold glare that could leave a grimm frozen in fear and a Scowl that goes along with it. And without hesitation He teleports behind Roman and goes for a sidekick.

Roman smirks and dodged the kick. He knew Rocky would attempt to get behind him so he moved his body back and held his cane like a sword.

Rocky then pulled out his night stick and started swinging it. He would do a flurry of slashes, kicks, and shootings. But Roman would parry and dodge so fluidly. 

Meanwhile Mint was injured and twitching he was fading in and out of consciousness. He has never had damage like this so it was hard. His vision was blurry and his head was throbbing. He then groaned and tried to move but he was held back. He looked up at Neo and his eyes had a tired look. 

Neo: “Mint Don’t move. Here, take my aura. It’ll most likely break but at least you’ll heal up a little bit.”

She said while transferring the rest of her aura to him then it broke. Mint then started glowing and gasped when his muscles started to relax and his eyes started to heal up. Neo then crawled over and held him while watching Roman and Rocky Fight. 

Neo watched in awe at what was happening. He always heard that Roman was a criminal that was ruthless and would give people up to survive.

But seeing this now, he is actually a kind hearted soul.He is willing to take care of her brother for the two years she was gone, help Mint dig up her ex-dead body, and protect them from their father. 

Mint on the other hand was filled with rage. He has spent 2 years alone without any blood relatives. And the chance he has to get it… It’s taken away.

He was happy that Neo was back but filled with Hate at Rocky to stop then from reviving their mother. He was also worried for Roman since they were most likely going for a death battle. 

Mint: “Come on… Dad… Beat… Rocky.”

Roman: “Wow for a chief of police you’re really lacking in skill.” 

Roman then took the chance when Rocky went to shoot to whack the gun out his hands and then roundhouse kicks Rocky to the ground. He then goes to whack him in the head but Rocky sweep kicks Roman to the ground. He rolled on top of Roman and starts to punch Roman in the face. 

Rocky: “You're going to die here. I’ll be a hero of Vale for taking down the infamous criminal. And I’ll be torturing my children everyday. And it will be all your fault. And ill remind them every… single day.”

This was getting worse and worse. With each punch blood squirt out Roman’s mouth. He wasn’t used to getting beat up like this. And with no Aura he was actually getting damaged. 

Mint and Neo saw this and their eyes widened. Mint was trying to struggle out of Neo’s grasp. Neo was holding him back so he won’t get hurt. 

Mint: “Neo, let me go!”

Neo: “No! You're injured still. And I'm not risking you getting hurt!”

Neo hasn’t changed one bit. Being protective of her little brother no matter what. Mint growls and then looked at Neo. He had a ‘I’m sorry look’ then bit Neo’s hand.

She instantly let him go and Mint took the chance to escape then try and attack Rocky. Neo gasped and then chased after Mint. But she then got mentally ready to most likely fight.

Neo: “MINT WAIT!”

Rocky went to go for another punch. But Mint jumped onto his back and started punching him. He has come this far to bring back his sister.

And he wasn’t going to lose his own father figure. He bit Rocky’s ear and tore it off. Making Rocky scream in pain and slammed his back into the ground.

Rocky: “YOU LITTLE SH1T!” 

Rocky snarled and went to punch Mint but Neo then came up from behind and does a 'Full Nelson’. This gave Mint enough time to get up and went to stab Rocky in the chest. But Rocky moved and got stabbed in the shoulder. This made him snarl in pain and headbutt Mint and Mint flew back with the knife in hand.

And with his strength freed himself be swinging his arms down and Neo let go. He then grabbed her hair and tossed her back next to Mint. Neo and Mint were panting heavily. They slowly got up and they quietly started talking

Mint: “Neo. I think I can get him down. But I’ll need your help. His aura is broken now since he’s bleeding. Grab Roman’s Cane and start swinging at him. He will try to retreat and were not going to let him get away.”

Mint said while now gripping is knife and Neo nods. They then started sprinting at Rocky and split up. Rocky noticed this and started to try and get away.

But Mint lunged forward and slashed at his Calves making Rocky fall to one knee. But when Mint went for another strike, Rocky rolled out the way and kicked Mint. 

Neo then came up from behind and swung the cane and hit him on the head. Rocky then groaned and went to swing but Mint then tackled him and stabbed his stomach. He started to then repeatedly to continue it. He slowly started having a crazed look as blood started covered in blood. 

Mint: “THIS IS FOR MOM, NEO, HURTING MY REAL FATHER, AND I HOPE YOU BURN IN HELL!”

He shouts as he then started to break down and cry. He did it. He got revenge on the man who killed his family all those years ago. Neo stayed quiet and just kneeled down and hugged him. Roman then slowly got up and walked over to them. He also kneeled down and hugged them both. 

Roman: “Come on… Let's go home before anyone else comes.” 

He said while slowly getting up and so did the twins. Roman started walking to the car but the twins walked over to the grave and kneeled down. They had sad and grimm looks on their face. 

Mint: “I’m Sorry Mom… We couldn’t save you… But I promise if I have this ability again, I will come back and finish what I have started.”

He said while starting to push the dirt back into the hole they started. Neo then followed suit and started to sing while burying her. This song “This Will Be The Day” their mom sang when Mint was a baby and Neo was a child. After a few minutes they got up and walked to the car. They got in and before driving away Mint spat on his ex-father's body.

Finally… The Nightmare is over.
