Alfred/America POV

'Chad! You've got to be kidding me! He's also a new country! I have so many questions, going through my head right now I just don't know how to say them!'

'Questions like:
How is a full-grown man?
And why is he like one or two inches taller than me! Guess that's how Arthur feels.
Where's his country and why wasn't I informed about it? I know I may act like I don't care but I do!'

"Cool dude!" Was all I managed to say. With fake excitement and a big Hollywood smile.

"My country name is Tarrb Ofrus." 'What is the name of hole fuck is that name! How do you say that! I'm so confused!' I was so confused that I didn't notice the fight going on

"Everyone calm down!" Germany's voice echoed throw the."Now sit in your chairs so we can start the meeting!"

As soon as Germany said that everyone rushed to their seats including me. I was thinking that Chad would have to find a chair but instead of that everyone already pulled up a temporary chair for Chad.

While everyone was busy paying attention to what Germany was talking about, I was looking at what he but I wasn't paying attention at all. Right now I was busy thinking about Chad. 'Is nobody else suspicious of this guy? Am I the only one who has a bad feeling about this guy? I'll ask them later. Now, what's Germany saying?'

"Now does anyone have any ideas on how to solve global warming?" Germany asked well more like yelled then asked but still. Germany wasn't even giving me a second look! How rude! Well, it's not like it want to yell at everyone just to tell them a dumb idea. Plus I was out of stupid things to say. So I just sat there silently and listened to all of the country's ideas.

Nobody even noticed they were all too interested in chaaaddd.

"Chad I mean Tarrb Ofrus since your a new country why don't you go," Germany said that was the thing to snap me out of my trance.

'How can Germany say whatever his name is and I can't even understand what his name means!?'

Chad standup and walks over to the podium and says"Well I think.."

'Well, I think you should shut the fuck up! Chaaaaddd!'

"We should reduce, reuse, and recycle." Everyone claps at that. But I was just sitting there stunned. Why you may ask well for two reasons.

One being that sounds like something you got off the internet and two beings I suggested that idea last meeting and everyone ignored it and called me stupid!?

Before I know it the meeting was over. I was packing up my things and  I was thinking...' Why did everyone clap at what he said when I literally suggested the idea last meeting!?'

Out of the corner of my eye, I see Chad saying goodbye to everyone and leaving along with a bunch of other country's.

I then see my brother Canada so I walk up to him. And I was going to ask if he felt the same thing about Chad.

"So Matthew what do you think of the new country?" I said as smooth as possible while using his real name. The reason I'm asking Matthew is that I trust him! He's my brother.

It's the reason why I make sure he stays invisible so he doesn't have to feel the hate that I do.

"Oh, what I think him?" He says In a quiet voice." I think his nice, kind, and remembers me. 'Okay rude much! I understand that I'm an attention hog, but you don't have to go rubbing it in my face. Guess you don't appreciate what I do for you!'

"Don't you feel like there's something wrong with him?" I ask him curiously."No. Do you?" " Yeah." "Maybe you're jealous." 'He had to say that out of all the things he could have said he said that!' "W..what!?" "Yeah. It happens to the best of us."

"Oh, I've got to go! I'll see you tomorrow bye!"

He left me there clueless.
