It's been 5 years..... Nolin and Isabella have been dating for those 5 years..

Both have graduated, gone to New England Tech and bought a house for themselves, Cody living nearby.

Julia has moved back to Woburn Massachusetts, while Isabella and Nolin still live in Scituate, Rhode Island.

Through these years Isabella has grown more and more depressed.

From her dog Sully dying, she's had Sully ever since she was 3 and he came with her until she graduated Highschool. The day she graduated highschool is when it all went down hill quickly.

*FLASHBACK*
June 27th, year:???
Time:10:30 AM

Isabella and Nolin were outside laying on the beach, Abby and Ava beside them.

The 2 couples, Abby and Ava and Isabella and Nolin, were watching Sully run and splash around in the setting sun in the water.

As they began to pack up and Isabella call Sully and grab his leash, Abby got a call.

A call from

Brooklyn.

Abby put it on speaker for everyone to hear.

"Brookie?" Isabella asked. "I'm sorry, but I have to do it. I can't live anymore!! Connor broke up with me, Devine acts like he's the boss of me.... I'm doing it.... goodbye."

"BROOKLYN WAIT!!" They all cried out, too late.... they heard the booming of a chair falling and hitting the floor.

Struggling to breath, gasping for air, then.... all went dead silent. The only sound heard was the gentle swing of the rope holding Brooklyn.

Isabella, Abby, Ava and Nolin broke down crying. They grabbed sully put him in the car and drove to Brooklyn's house. That's when Sully wouldn't get up, he looked so- depressed.... like he's ready to be in Heaven across the Rainbow Bridge.

"NO!! NOT YOU TOO SULLY NO NO NOOOO!!!!" Isabella screamed. Her screams shot through the neighborhood.

"Sully!!" Abby cried. "DONT FUCKING LEAVE ME TOO SULLY!!" Isabella screamed...

*cue song!!*

If only they had more time...

Nolin rubbed his girlfriend's back..

Abby sobbed but not as hard as Isabella.

Abby absolutely LOVED sully... but not compared to the strong love that Sully had for everyone. Especially Bella.

Isabella began to sing a song. Nolin got everyone in the car to drive to the vet.

As the drove Isabella sang...

"Even if we're apart we are joined at the heart...."

"I will always be with youuu I will be by your side whatever you do the memories may fade..." Nolin Sang along keeping his eyes on the road.

"I will always be with you, like a guardian angel constant and true..." everyone sang beautifully as they arrived at the vet. Isabella knew Sully was heavy, but at that moment, after everything has gone wrong, she felt little strength.... yet she managed to pick up Sully...

She didn't stop petting him... whispering loving things to him...

(Here's what my dog irl looks like. He is an old English bull dog and he's 8 years old. When he goes I will miss him so much. I said to my mom irl, when we lose Sully, we are not getting a what you want, I want another Bulldog. Because they have been in my family for generations and I love them...)

Isabella sobbed as she was saying her final goodbyes to her dog.

"I'm so sorry.... you were fine only a few hours ago... but once Brooklyn died.... you knew she was calling for someone other than her brother... someone she's known for ssoooo long..." Isabella sobbed.

Sully wagged his short short nubby tail.

"I'm gonna miss you Sully..... I will always be getting Bulldogs... old English ones too... only for you..." Sully shifted his dull gaze to Isabella, as if to say,

My sweet Bella.... I've been there so many times for you... you've been there when I hurt my hip.... I'll always ALWAYS be in your heart. I'm going to Nelson though.... Tigger and GG too... I know you'll never forget me... if you see Josh, tell him I love him... don't ever say goodbye, because I'm not leaving you... I'm staying here. Although my body may be gone, I'm not leaving you soul wise.
Stay with me, Abby, Ava, Nolin.... stay with me until my eyes and ears can no longer hear or see. I've had so many great years with you all... Brooklyn too... but Brooklyn is calling my name, I shall hurry, I shall not and take my time. I want to lick you but as I'm too weak and fragile... I will break...

Isabella could only cry and sob and scream from grief... her dog, her soulmate, her best friend, her little brother.... her wonderful companion.

"Ava?" Isabella asked as Ava looked as if she wanted to say something.

"Sully, I may have rarely saw you, but you are amazing, you've help my best friend through so much... don't give up on her.. don't give up on us... Abby?" Ava sniffles turning to Abby.

"Sully, I'm so sorry.... you've been there with me and Bella through many parties, many sleepovers.... many dumb things you did....Nolin?" Abby turned her attention to the male.

"Sully, you've helped my girlfriend through so much. You lived a long fulfilling life. Do not go to the light just yet...." Nolin turned to his pocket and grabbed something. He showed it to everyone.

NELSON'S OLD COLLAR

Nolin carefully lifted up Sully's fragile head and clipped it.

Isabella began to say the longest speech....

"Ready?" The vet asked. Everyone nodded and sobbed harder.

She pushed down slowly on the needle.

After the needle was pushed down all the way, she checked his heartbeat.

A few moments passed until she took her thing off and said the words Isabella has been dreading since 6th grade from Nelson's death.

"He's gone."

Everyone sobbed loudly.

"SULLY!!!!!!!!" Isabella screamed.

Sully's gone, forever...

*END OF FLASHBACK*

Isabella was seated on the couch, Cody and Nolin drank some beers.

"When are we picking them up?" Cody asked quietly.

"Tomorrow in Mass. Woburn animal shelter. Another Black Lab and Old English Bull Dog. Both looking like Nelson the Black Lab and Sully the old English Bulldog." Nolin said with a smirk taking a sip of his Amstel.
