~Drakes POV~

"Hey Drake." Zaid and Max say at almost the same time.

"Hi you two." I'm currently walking through the hallway to second period, on the arm of Jace.

"Oh. It's them." Jace sarcastically said, and I can just picture his eyes rolling.

"And what's that supposed to mean Jace?" I nudged him with a scowl. I feel Zaids presence next to me, but not his brothers. He must of wandered off. Maybe...

"You've never heard the rumors? Max is the biggest player here while his brother, is slowly following in his footsteps. Their nice-"

"I'm right here." Zaid piped in.

"-but they are total jerks."

I heaved a sigh. "Stop creating drama Jace..." We walked into class and Jace helped me get seated before walking to his seat.

Zaid had wandered off also... Dang it, I need someone to talk to, class is so boring, I can't really do anything.

"Drake. Please pay attention. I can tell your not even listening." The teacher snapped.

"Class hasn't even started yet." I frowned.

"It did five minutes ago, pay attention!"

"Sorry." I hang my head in shame as I listen to all the other kids laugh.

"I'm quitting school..." I hit my head on the lunch table. "Being blind and going to school do not mix."

"Awe baby." Violet started to reach for me but I stopped her.

"Don't touch me. I'm upset."

"We'll fine drama queen."

"What's the drama today?" Jace asked as he took his seat next to me, setting our lunches down.

"Its better you not ask Jace..." Violet chuckled.

"Laughing at my pain?! Ho-"

"Hi Drake, Violet and Jace." Zaid took his seat across from us. And is that a second lunch-

"Hello." Max said... Funny, he seems shy, I would of expected that from Zaid seeing as he's more... Feminine? No, more cheery? How would you explain it?

"Hi Zaid and Max." Jace and Violet said at almost the same time, but they were a little off.

"Hello." I replied sheepishly. "What are you two doing over here?"

"We decided to eat with guys today instead if all the other guys." I could picture Zaid shrugging as he said that.

"Ah..." I nodded. We all fell into a comfortable silence as we ate. Well, they did, I was trying to eat but kept failing so I gave up.

The bell rang and Jace helped me up before taking care of our trays. "Wait here and I'll take you to class all right?" Jace didn't wait for my answer before walking off to dispose of the trays.

"See you later Drake." Zaid ruffled my hair as he went by. letting me catch a glimpse at the lunch room before he dropped his hand and walked off. I sighed after he left, feeling alone as Violet probably left with Max...

Jace came back a minute later, grabbed my arm and heaved me up. "Okay. Class time." He stopped to let me grab my bag before he dropped me off at class.

I heaved a sigh as I stumbled to my seat. Students having to push me in the right direction if needed. When I sat down I couldn't even begin to explain the anger I felt toward this teacher. Already she was on my ass about how I was a minute late.

"-and this is why you should be in the special Ed program. You obviously can't function unless you have someone to help you at all times." The class didn't even breath after she said that. They all knew I was very fragile when it came to the fact I'm blind, its not like I choose this.

I felt my heart sink. She's been trying to get in me in the special Ed program since I started the school year. "Well... I'll... ah just take my leave now." I hadn't even sat down for five minutes and already I was feeling like shit. I stood back up and left the classroom. someone guiding me out. trying not to be noticed. But I did notice them.

I strolled down the hallway, using the wall as my guide.

"I hate that woman." Julian seethed. He flaming mad. He gripped my hand as any nice father would as his son cried. He was afraid to hug me as our relationship right now kind of sucked now that I'm in high school.

"We should transfer to him to anther class." Dominik shrugged. "I think that would solve the problem."

"That won't work." I mumbled wiping away my tears. "Than that teacher will say the same thing. All the teachers treat me this way. Acting as if I'm to incapable of things that I never do anything in class but sit there."

Julian rubbed my back. I looked up at him. "Can I quit school?"

"No."

It was worth a shot.

"Okay..." I ceased my crys and curled up to Julian.

Dominik watched us for a minute till he heard the front door bang open. He frowned and walked off to see just burst into our house.

School doesn't get out for anther half hour. (yes I left early)

We heard shouting and my dad getting very angry with his shouts.

"GET OUT OF MY HOUSE!" Dominik demanded.

Of course whoever he yelled at just continued with running through the house. And right up the stairs. Julian and I heard the steps approach with my angry fathers ones tailing after whoever was here.

The door banged open and a lone vampire stood there. He had charcoal colored hair and blue eyes that had a glint in them that made me shiver. He smiled widely at me than Julian. "Nice to see you boys."

"Carson." Julian seethed.

"Julian and Drake. Just the men I wanted to see." Carson purred, stepping into my room. Dominick followed Carson in with an angry expression.

"Who are you?" I felt a little confused on who this man was.

"Your bloody uncle!" Carson cheered. "anyway I need your guy's help."

"My uncle... well I can help."

"Can. But you won't." Julian scolded.

"But-"

"I said no."

Carson smiled. It creeped me out a little. "Actually. if you don't help me you could lose your precious son."
