"Do you know what you have done, Sasuke?" Fugaku's gruff, emotionless voice reached Sasuke. Itachi sent Sasuke a quick glare as he entered the area before made his way into the kitchen - today, Itachi had decided he wanted to make dinner to take his mind off his idiot brother and rid the thought about killing Sasuke for hurting his precious. Maybe he could put poison in his idiotic otouto's food... Nahh, Naruto wouldn't condone that sort of behaviour from Itachi. 

 Naruto had recovered enough that the blond was doing work from his hospital bed. The doctors suspect internal bleeding so they wanted to keep him in the hospital for a little longer to make sure that the blond was 100% okay. Every time Itachi went to visit Naruto in the hospital, he was always working on something, be it a stack of paperwork or typing furiously on his laptop regarding one report whilst in a conference call about another issue. When he shoots a look towards Naruto's bodyguard, they just let out a big sigh and shook their heads to let him know that they had tried to convince the blond to stop but the blond refused to comply. What could they do? Even if they are good friends with one another, Naruto is still their boss. 

Sasuke remained silent as his parents stared at him. They had to bail him out of jail because Naruto's bodyguards had dragged his sorry ass to the police and reported the assault. It is now up to Naruto on whether the blond would press charges or not. Seeing the rocky relationship between the blond heir and the young Uchiha... it does not seem likely that the blond would let him off so easily after being forgiving time and time again for cheating and being abusive when they were together. 

"Sasuke, you have to realize that you have made a very big mistake. I know that you and Naruto were friends but this is different. Naruto has announced that he is the head of two of the most important corporations currently in the market and quite possibly for a long time, jeopardizing the relationship with them would mean the downfall of our company." Mikoto said, trying to be as calm as she could; she could no longer let Sasuke do whatever he pleases if he has proven time and time again that the consequences of his actions are going to destroy the prospect of the corporation Mikoto and Fugaku had worked so hard into building to where they stand in the market now. They had started with nothing, Fugaku and Minato had both started a business together with their wives by their sides so that they earned enough for the both of them to start their own companies. The companies had now expanded to being the world's most important and influential corporations that the market had to depend on. 

"Naruto would never do anything, he is dating Itachi." Sasuke said smugly. Itachi appeared from the kitchen with food, almost slamming the plate down onto the table when he heard what Sasuke said but he refrained. Itachi was an Uchiha and he damn well is going to act like it, unlike his idiotic brother. 

"Naruto would never? You are clearly mistaken, foolish otouto. My Naruto may be the sweetest and kindest that one can ever meet but betray him and he will make you suffer. He may not collapse the company that tou-san and kaa-san had put so much effort into building up but he will make sure you are the one to go down, alone." Itachi said calmly before deciding that he should bring some food to his love and eat with him. "Tou-san, Kaa-san, I will not be eating with you guys. I am going to pack some food for Naruto to keep him company and to... discuss somethings." Itachi said, his eyes darting towards Sasuke to glare at him.

"Before you go, please give this to Naruto... I hope he is doing well." Mikoto muttered as she went to retrieve a box from her study. Itachi took the wrapped up gift and nodded. 

"Naruto is doing fine, he has been working non-stop ever since he woke from being attacked." 

"How is that doing fine!" Mikoto protested, making Itachi sigh. They have tried everything to get the blond to stop working but he had two corporations to run. But... there are employees for a reason. Sighhhhh.  Itachi knows that Naruto trusted his employees without a second thought and that him doing all those work instead of his worker is not to offend anyone. Naruto had told him once that he felt bad for making people do so much work. 

"I better get going before Naruto collapses again." Itachi said softly excusing himself, ignoring the questions. It had broke his heart when he had witnessed Naruto fainting from overexertion and starvation. He should be resting when in a hospital and yet he still manages to collapse from working too hard. Itachi had been working quietly next to Naruto in the hospital since the blond had refused to rest when it happened. The blond was typing away and Itachi was reading through paperwork, the typing on the keyboard was strangely melodic in the quiet room; the typing slowly came to a stop with no other sounds to fill the silence, usually, when the typing stops, there would be the sound of pen on paper. At first, Itachi didn't notice, it was only until he broke his concentration from his work to check his phone that he realised that the typing sound was gone. That made Itachi look up to see Naruto laying limp on his pillow that had been propped up for his comfort. Itachi frowned and got up to shake Naruto but the blond didn't respond in any way. 

Itachi shook his head, trying to forget the pain he felt from that. 'I miss you, Itachi. Wish you were here.' Itachi chuckled at the message from the blond when he was just down the hospital hall on the level that Naruto was on. 'I love you too.' Itachi sent before pushing the door open.
