I walked out of the hiding place jesus helps me out of the double doors negan has been searching for us tooth and nail the reason he doesn't find us is we keep moving around when he's at the hilltop we're at the kingdom and when he's at alexandria we're at hilltop and good thing paul grabbed one of the radio's from the trucks and the war was just now starting up and we scared them off negan knew me and daryl was alive and though we lost sasha she was always with me I know for sure I hear my bullet that I leave in my books thats hallowed out roll around when i'm not moving it I know you don't know it's her but I know and the face negan made when he realized king ezekiel had a pet tiger was priceless if I had a camcorder I would record his face it was funny.

Right now I was skinning a squirrel I caught but then I hear the gates open I grab my gun and I see it's daryl and glenn walking back in with two deers I gasp "nice game glenn" glenn smiles at me and daryl's eyes meet mine I have been giving him the silent treatment for a while now and I say "how's baby chinamen doin?".

Daryl snorts and glenn scoffs and smiles anyway "good maggie's been craving apples like apple pie apple with peanut butter or a plain apple" I snicker and I gasp "hold on glenn" I walk to the porch of the trailer I was in and grab him at least five apples from the basket I hand them in "there's a orchard out back behind the barrington house I go out there to write sometimes so here".

He smiles and I say "and tell maggie i'll cook her a apple pie later I've been cravin pecan pie" daryl laughs and he replies "I already found ya a pecan tree" I gasp and jump excitedly "you did? where's it at?" he smiles and laughs and says excitedly like I was "i'll take ya there I don't want ya gettin lost rick ill have my head if I let anythin happen to ya" I snicker and smile as I go to grab my knives and a gun just in case and one of my baskets to carry the pecans in and after glenn carries off the two deers and daryl says "come on".

He leads me over to a tunnel he lifts up the logs that was nailed to the top and he looks at me and says "after you" I blush and hop inside and he stands in front of me and leads me down the dark tunnel and out the other side and I follow behind him we stay in silence the whole way there and he says "see em?" I look up and see a giant pecan tree I giggle and he asks "need my help?".

I shake my head "I got it thanks though" I start to climb the tree but I slip he catches me his hands around my thighs and he asks "why don't you get on my shoulders just sit on em?" I look down at him and he puts me back on the ground and I say "ain't I to heavy?".

He scoffs and looks at me from the forest floor "no yer not yer the perfect size now get yer ass on my shoulders it's a one time offer" I snicker and feel my face burn up I sit down he grabs my thighs as I reach for the basket and I keep filling up the basket and not one walker disturbs us which is weird considering this is they're world now and when my basket was filled up to the top we start making our way back to hilltop and he helps me back inside and once I got back into my trailer him helping me with the apples and pecans and I say as he was about to leave.

"Hey daryl?" he turns around and looks at me "uh would you like to help me fix the apple pie for maggie? I could use some help" he cracks a tiny smile and his eyes unsure and he asks "are ya sure about that?" I smile with a nodd and I reply "yeah if I wasn't sure I wouldn't have asked ya".

He smiles at me and nodds "alrigh" I smile back at him and I say "oh uh I was gonna fix the pie over at maggie's trailer come on" I grab the apples and walk towards the trailer him trailing behind me but I don't know why he's walking so slow I turn to face him he looks absolutely happy in that moment and we make it inside and I look at enid and I ask "hey enid does maggie have any pie crusts in here?".

She nodds with a smile "she keeps it in case she wants to make a apple pie" I snicker and she asks "how many do you need lizzy?" I smile and stand in the kitchen "I need two" she passes me two of them and I sit the other one with the pecans and she gasps "are ya gonna make pecan pie?" I giggle with a nodd "we're gonna try to" I look in the old notebook I grabbed this is the only thing I have left of my mom and enid stands beside me "is this lori's?".

I nodd with a smile and I look at her "yeah she gave it to me right after she got pregnant with judith it's the only thing I have left of her" she smiles at me as I gather the ingredients and I say as I cut up the apples "she would have liked you enid" she cracks a tiny smile and she leans forward on the table "she would?" I nodd and I look at daryl and I say "she was ridiculed alot because" I didn't complete the sentence until she asks "because judith doesn't belong to rick right?".

I smile and nodd "yeah but I love judith as if she was my blood carl I think knows because one look at her and you'd know if you seen what her dad looks like" enid smiles and daryl says "she has lori's eyes though" I nodd with a smile and I say "but I never blamed moma because shane took advantage of a grieving widow she was led to believe that dad was dead because of shane carl was mad at moma for the longest time and with time carl grew cold the only people he would let near him was me and dad that was it he was twelve when he lost moma and I was twenty two there's a ten year difference between me and him".

She nodds and she says "it's a touchy subject for him i'll ask but he just refuses to tell me what happened about how she died he just clams up whenever he talks about that" I bite my lower lip "just give him time he'll tell ya when he's ready".

She smiles and nodds as I continue to cut the apples and mix the flour,sugar and cinnamon and then all of a sudden the door opens and I see dad and michonne and I ask "where's judy? I haven't seen er in a while" dad laughs and points outside I run outside and see carl helping our little sister out of the car they drove up here in I smile when she squeals "sissy".

I giggle when she runs out of carls arms I get down low as she tackles me to the ground in a hug I laugh "hi my baby" she kisses me on the cheek I stand up as all of us walk inside and I see everyone here and judy giggles "dare" he smiles at her and he says "hi my lil asskicker".

I snicker as he stands behind me and he says "where's my hug?" she goes straight to him and hugs her tiny arms around his neck I continue to make the pie and when all of us was here I slide the apple pie in the oven to bake I look around the room and smile at my family and maggie walks in and she says "hi guys" she takes a deep breath and she looks at me "is that apple pie?".

I laugh and nodd "yes it is homemade" she clobbers me in a hug and she says "I have been craving apples" I nodd and I say "glenn told me you was" I continue to cook and crack open the pecans for the pecan pie and carl asks from the bed "where did you find pecans sissy?" I smile and look at daryl and I say "daryl showed me".

He smiles at me and I say "and besides he wouldn't let me go alone said daddy would kill him if something happened to me" carl laughs and dad says "that's about right so how ya been bells?" I turn around with my bowl in hand that had my mixture with the pecans in it "i've been good been helping maggie garden and keeping an eye on her to make sure she don't overexert herself".

She smiles at me and I say "that's my nephew in there woman" she grabs my hand and daryl says "she hasn't been doin anything dangerous either me and glenn and bella have been taking the hard jobs so she don't have ta" I smile and she says "I feel worthless" I kick her leg and tell her sternly "no mam yer not ya got little one inside ya now ya can't be just thinkin bout yaself anymore leave the heavy and hard jobs to us".

Dad smiles at me so does daryl and I say "if you guys wanna know now i'm ready" dad shakes his head "I don't need to know i'll probably go on a killin spree when I hear what happened" I bite my lower lip and I look at carl and glenn says "thank you" I raise a eyebrow at him and he says "for saving my life with negan he would had killed me if it weren't for you".

I smile "it's what ya do for family" he smiles and maggie asks "when ya was there did anyone mess with ya?" I take a deep breath and I say "there was that one guy that uh that messed with enid he kept giving me the creeps and negan put the iron to him because he kept giving me bedroom eyes" just thinkin about it makes my skin crawl I touch my arm and carl looks at me and he asks "when I was there uh why did you sit in his lap?".

I bite my lower lip "I wanted him to think I was on his side when I was playing both I needed to make it look real and he blackmailed me" I see anger in daryl's eyes and I put my hand on his forearm he relaxes afterwards and daryl asks "that day when I caught ya and him kissing was he telling the truth or was he lying?".

I see my dad posture change and I say "he was lying when he kissed me that was the first time he ever did it he threatened me with you daryl he said he'd kill you" I see tears rolling down his cheeks and he punches the door and walks out I sniffle as I hear the rain coming down and I say "i'll be right back".

I walk out and the rain comes down on top of me and I see him walking towards his trailer and I scream "daryl wait" he stops and he yells over the sound of the rain and I flinch when the lightning strikes "go back inside elizabella" I start to cry "daryl it meant nothing to me if I could take it back I would but I can't".

I see his shoulders start to sag I walk towards him and stand behind him "I had to do it dare" I sob my voice dying alittle at the end and he turns to face me and he says his voice dying to "why are ya out here? ya hate lightning and thunder" I sniffle and hit his shoulder "yeah I do".

His lips purse as the rain soaks both of our bodies as he stands directly in front of me and he asks "are ya scared?" I sniffle as I feel the tears cascade down my cheeks and I say "there's something i'm more scared of daryl" he looks down at me as I put my hands around his neck and his forehead meets mine and I sob "i'm scared when i'm not with you" I look down at my feet as his arms fit around my waist.

He chest tightens and he says "oh baby that will never happen" he lifts my chin to meet his eyes and his lips crash onto mine I push my hands through his hair and I kiss him back we break away and I giggle "that's cliche kissin in the rain" he laughs and picks me up and lifts me off the ground I giggle when he wraps my legs around him and kisses me on the mouth again I hear all sorts of whistles from the windows and the door and I hear rosita scream "get it bells".

I giggle and we break the kiss and I look back and see everyone at the windows dad is laughing and glenn screams from the other window "it's about damn time redneck" I snicker when daryl screams back.
