I will always love you chapter: 33 Michael POV

Before she said anything she yawned and stretched her arms out. She looked really tired, but I wanted her to still tell me.

"I'm tired..." She whispered.

"Are you going to finish?" I asked with a slight tone of urgency, still curious and concerned.

"It's gonna be too much to talk about tonight... I'm going to go to sleep."

"Okay..."

"Here..." She said. She got ready to toss the walkie talkie back.

"No, you keep it. I don't have a use for two." I say, hoping to continue this conversation soon.

"Okay... Well, goodnight. See you Saturday?"

"Goodnight, see you Saturday." At least I could still look forward to the movie this weekend. She waved, and I watched as she turned around, walked inside, and turned out the light. I then sighed. I can't have normal conversations like that with just anyone. It's hard to find people outside of family (and sometimes not even them) that I can trust with my thoughts. It's like finding a needle in a field of hay. But when I do... I hang on to every minute.

I turned away from the window to go to sleep finally, but then I saw Joseph sitting on my bed.
