A few friends of mine decided to make up our own CreepyPasta, we decided for some reason the creepiest thing we could think of is a polite and well mannered kid. So that was the basis for it.

The Golden Child, a child with golden hair and yellow gold eyes. They appear to usually older couples as a homeless or abandoned child. Once taken into the home they clean, cook if allowed or help cook, and otherwise do mostly whatever is asked of them. They act kind and polite, the perfect golden child. As they stay within the home they were slowly ask for more and more meat based foods. If they like the couple enough they may even move on before their hunger gets to them. But if not, they will begin to enter the second cycle of their feeding. After about a weeks time they will either spike the food with a substance that they produce from one of their tentacles in order to knock out their prey. Or they won't and instead will begin a hunt, a hunt will often begin at midnight. The Golden Child will walk into the couples room under the guise of having a nightmare. While explaining the nightmare in question, they will add details describing a beast, with 4-6 tentacle like limbs, razor sharp claws glowing golden eyes and needle or knife like teeth. All the while slowly transforming into the beast themselves, after sharing the final detail of the beast. The Child will look and them and say, "And the beast was me." Before attacking, killing, and devouring the couple. Usually they're victims are in an area where predatory animals are starving. Or are desperate enough to attack humans, or sneak into yards for pets. This plus the method of attack will usually lead police to look for a rogue animal of some kind. Now realizing a more supernatural entity is the cause, afterward the Golden Child leaves the area to go to another to start the cycle of feeding again.

The Golden Child appears to be 6-8 years of age and can be a boy or a girl. It has inhuman strength, speed and durability. Though it was the same levels of stamina as a child of the appropriate build and age. It's hair and eye color is always golden blonde and golden yellow. It has 6 tentacle like retractable limbs that can morph into various bladed, or piercing weapons. The tentacles can also act as shields and automatically react to any threats, and are capable of stopping nearly all non armor piercing rounds of ammunition, save for .50 Cal and 12 gauge slugs. The Golden Child also seems to be nearly indestructible, being able to regenerate lost limbs major organs and even their head or body. As long as a few cells survive they can regenerate from them eventually. They also seem immune to aging never being older than 8 or so in appearance. All and all a perfect predatory animal for devouring humans.

Though, when I published the story I never excepted to be killed because of it... or to wake up in another world.
