Jimin nods, eyes narrowing slightly when he takes Jungkook's name.

"You're the one who broke the curse, aren't you?"

He doesn't seem upset. He just seems curious, his brows furrowing slightly in thought.

"How'd you figure it out?"

God Namjoon smiles but it gradually disappears, "I've created him. He's lived by my side. I've seen how he leans on you, how he reaches out for you, how he trusts you. I saw it all. I saw you leave with him. It was merely a guess but your statement confirmed it for me."

"Why are you here? And like this? In this form?"

"When you believed Jungkook's words, you didn't just break the curse. It rebounded and struck me instead. For a mere human believed the words of a creation that a God did not."

"He didn't deserve what you put him through. He didn't deserve your curse, Namjoon," Jimin spat and the God was surprised at the lack of honorifics.

"I suppose not."

There's silence.

Jimin breathes in, "what is it that will break the curse?"

"Jungkook's forgiveness."

Jimin opened his mouth to speak but Namjoon cut him off.

"I wish to see him again when I am able to speak. Even if he has no forgiveness to offer me, that matters not to me. But I need to know what happened that day. I need to see it. I need to see him. And I need to make an apology."

Jimin seems to ponder over it, hesitant to say yes.

He sighs.

"I'll talk to him. Only if he is willing, then I'll bring him along with me tomorrow. If not, I won't force him."

"So be it," Namjoon smiles sadly.

To be continued . . .
