"get outta here spider dork" the man removed the gun from y/n's head and pointed it to the guy in red and blue spandex "its spider-MAN" the masked hero said, emphasizing the word 'man' as he webbed the gun and pulled it towards himself

"spider what? you're wearing red and blue tights" the man pulled out a knife, and Spider-Man, went down on to his knees

"no, no please not small knives, they're my biggest weakness"

the iron man masked guy chuckled

"yeah that right..."

Spider-Man quickly webbed his hands together, making him lose his grip on the knife. "you alright miss?" y/n nodded "th-thank you" he smiled. Or at least. She thought he smiled... she couldn't tell. "all in the days work.. some tips, don't use these dodgy ally ways as shortcuts." "yeah.. learned that the hard way" she mumbled, looking down and seeing her ripped backpack and all her belongings on the ground.

"uh..here, let me help.. 'lotta textbooks" the spider guy got down on to his knees and picked up more than half the stuff, as y/n picked up the rest

"yeah..erm. midtown" she hummed

"so.. your bag is kinda.. destroyed but maybe I can..." he began making some type of bag with his webs "there you go. that won't break.. uh.. unless it starts raining. but I doubt it will." he took the rest of the stuff from her hands and placed it in the web bag

"thanks."

he nodded in response "see you around maybe? I gotta go look out, see if anyone else needs help"

"right.. bye spider-man" he then flung himself to the top of a building, waving to her and made his way through the city

finally making it home, after a very long walk. y/n slumped on to my bed and groaned when my phone began to ring "hello N, J!"

"what happened to you?" Ned asked

"its nothing, I met Spider-Man though"

Ned smiled "well that's great. hey, you said that you might meet your soulmate.. did you?"

y/n gasped, as she almost completely forgotten about that today.. then ended up dropping the phone on my face "ouch.." she lifted up my sleeve and that's when she it.. she saw

"that doesn't make sense!" both Ned and Jess said "maybe its like..5 seconds of summer.. much longer than actual 5 seconds of summer.." Jess said, trying to lighten the mood, and it worked.

"you know maybe it's just frozen because of the shock, from earlier. it'll go back to normal tomorrow maybe" Ned sighed

it's been almost a week since the mugging and hertime still didn't move, not even backwards. "hello? earth to y/n" Ned waved his hand in front of her face "huh? sorry.. what were you saying?"

"I was wondering if you wanted to get ice cream with Jess and i after school"

" 'guys are lame" Michelle said from behind her book "oh but you love me Michelle. you can't deny that" y/n winked, as Michelle rolled her eyes then signaled to the desk next to hers "just sit down already" the other girl smiled then sat next to her.

"hey so. lunch with me and my dad?" Harry asked, turning to look at y/n

"we're not even dating and I'm already meeting your dad Harry? come on, baby steps"

he chuckled sarcastically "so is that a no?"

"no. that's a yes. and an invitation for you to ask me out already. my band is stuck at 5 seconds. besides, like you said. no harm in dating others whilst not meeting them yet"

"actually I'm going with Ned and Jes-- know what, I'm not third wheeling. Again"
