"brendon why are you parents literally never home?" josh laughed, setting his bag down next to everyone else's. tyler walked in behind him, followed by max.

"i'm home alone all the time bro. it's normal. they're always working making that bank." brendon replied. ryan was sitting backwards in his lap, facing away from him.

"i guess it's cause i always have my siblings home. i'm rarely home alone." he said. he sat down on brendon's bed next to him, max sitting beside him and tyler across from him. tyler gave him and max a ride.

"wheres dallon and emma?" tyler asked.

"on their way. they were on a date but i think they're done." ryan said. the group just wanted to hang out and have a little sleepover thing, saturday night at brendon's.

"who's all gonna smoke?" brendon asked, sliding out from behind ryan to grab his tray and stuff.

"me." tyler, josh, max, and ryan all said. brendon chuckled.

"dallon and emma will too. all of us." ryan giggled.

"how many is that?" brendon said. "6?"

"seven." ryan said.

"ohhh. i'm gay sorry." brendon shook his head, sitting back on his bed.

"youre gay, so that effects your ability to count?" tyler laughed.

"yeah. it's something i've accepted and you know what ty if you can't then you need to get out of my house." brendon said.

"i accept don't worry daddy i love you." tyler winked, brendon fake got all blushy and blew a kiss back. max giggled.

"you good?" josh quietly asked max. tyler heard him.

"yeah i'm okay." he nodded. josh smiled and grabbed his hand to comfort him.

tyler couldn't help but to get jealous. he loved max and of course he wanted josh to comfort him and stuff, but i mean when the boy you're in...love? with is holding hands with another boy who's in love with him, it's hard.

josh visibly calmed max down. he wasn't so tense now, his breathing was normal. just by the touch of their hands.

brendon and them didn't know the full story, but they did know max was really sensitive right now, and not to joke around too much with him. their main goal right now was to make him feel safe and wanted. and of course to blow up, and act like they don't know nobody.

"i'll roll some." tyler said, picking up one of the blunt papers brendon had set out. brendon reached up and smacked tylers hand, causing him to drop it.

"bitch." tyler laughed.

"don't touch." brendon said. he was very focused right now.

everyone turned when dallon and emma walked in, smiling back at them when they smiled.

"hey guys, how was y'all date?" josh asked.

"wonderful." dallon smiled.

"we went to the park and had a night time picnic." emma said.

"aww that's sweeet." josh smiled.

"hey max, ty." dallon said. he reached out and did the bro shake thing but where it's just with their hands with tyler, because he was right in front of him. they both said hey back.

"y'all gonna smoke right?" brendon said.

"hell yeah." dallon said, emma saying yes also. they set their bags down and sat down on brendon's couch. brendon had three rolled so far.

tyler nudged joshs foot, looking up at him and smiling. josh looked back and blushed. he giggled.

"tyler when's your next game?" ryan asked, tyler playing with the strings on joshs shoes. he was wearing his all white vans.

"next tuesday and then we play friday." tyler said.

"home or away?"

"tuesday is away friday is home. we play harding, and that's like a 3 hour drive." tyler said.

"i wanna go." josh frowned.

"yeah me too." brendon said.

"y'all can come, it's just we're not gonna get home until like twelve o clock." tyler said.

"i'll drive. babe you wanna go?" brendon said, asking ryan.

"i have to go to my grandmas for her birthday remember." ryan frowned.

"is it, ya know, like the grandma we-"

"yes yes ohmygod." ryan cut him off.

"what?" josh laughed. "ryan wait what?"

"nothing nothing no it's nothing." ryan waves
him off. he looked at brendon and smiled, brendon smirking to himself.

"ew wait what did y'all do?" josh said.

"we uhm. we kind of were like ya know fucking in the shower, ya know nothing wrong with that," ryan started. josh remembered getting fuck in the shower by max, and tyler. "and the glass on the door is clear and the bathrooms kind of don't have locks so she kind of walked in on us." ryan said., a blush on his cheeks. brendon chuckled as he licked the side of one of the blunts and closed it. he had 3 more to make.

"ryan!" josh gasped, everyone else was laughing.

"what did she do?"  tyler asked.

"she told my mom and we weren't allowed to sleep together, we had to use separate rooms." ryan said.

"y'all are insane." dallon laughed. they were sitting on brendon's couch, emma cuddled up next to him.

"what'd yall make on that test in biology?" josh asked max and tyler, after the others started their own conversation. tyler scooted down so he was closer to josh.

"i made an 84." max said, josh turning to tyler. tyler giggled.

"what?" josh smiled.

"i made a 69." he said, giggling again. max and josh started laughing.

"tyyy." josh said.

"what'd you make?" tyler replied.

"97." josh said, tyler fake rolling his eyes. josh giggled. "maybe we should start tutoring again?"

"yeah that'd be good. my grades gone down from an 84 to a 62." tyler said.

"how did you drop two letter grades?" josh said.

"i failed that one big test, and then all the other little things. i didn't turn in some stuff." he said. mrs tucker had just given up with him at this point cause no matter how much she tried to help him, he ignored her, because he was too upset about josh. she assumed they weren't tutoring anymore.

"yeah. we'll start back up tutoring. what days do you want to do it?" josh asked. tyler hated biology, and everything about it, but if it meant more time spent with josh, he wanted to do it everyday.

"why don't we do it mondays and wednesday's?" tyler said. "i'll have games tuesday's and either fridays or thursdays."

"alright. we'll start this coming monday." josh said.

"i hate biology." tyler sighed.

"why did you take ap?" josh asked.

"my mom wanted me to." he shrugged.

"anddd done." brendon said, closing the last blunt, making sure it was good and sealed.

"man those are sexy." tyler said, licking his lips. brendon smirked and passed them around to everyone.

"damnit i don't have a lighter." brendon said. "i left it on the counter."

"i'll go get it." tyler said, getting up and heading out of the room.

"max bro, you look so hot today." brendon said, max laughing.

"thanks baby you look good too." max said through laughing. brendon blew him a kiss and winked before cleaning his stuff up.

"y'all wanna stay in here or go outside?" brendon asked. "i have blankets."

"why don't we go outside. that way you don't get smoke in your room and stuff." ryan said, kissing his cheek.

"you're so smart." brendon smiled, kissing him on the lips. ryan giggled. his door opened, tyler walking in.

"yo we decided to smoke outside." brendon said, grabbing the lighter from tyler.

"alright chill. do you have blankets it's cold as fuck."
tyler said. brendon grabbed two oversized ones out of his closet.

"there's another one downstairs." he said. they headed down stairs. "josh you and max and ty can all share one right, there's only one more.

"yeah that's fine." josh said. he grabbed the other blanket, and followed brendon on the patio. max tyler and josh sat on the couch, josh in the middle. ryan and brendon sat in the wide set chair, and dallon and emma sat in the other one. they all passed around the lighter.

before tyler sat down, he held his blunt out and took a picture, all of the rest of the guys and emma in the background. he sat down next to josh after, and posted it to his story with nothing as his caption.

josh blushed, as all three of them were under the blanket. he's never been more confused in his life. he was happy, so happy that he was on good terms with both of them, but at the same time it was weird not kissing on either of them. mixed feelings, he was having very mixed feelings right now.

josh opened snap on his phone, taking a video of him blowing out a puff of smoke and sucking it back in, before moving it to max who smiled, then to tyler to smiled with his blunt hanging down from his mouth, and then flipping the camera around and showing ryan and brendon and dallon and emma. he put it on his story with "gang" as his caption.

josh put his phone in his lap, before lifted the blanket all the way up so it came to right under his chin. the couch had a thing at the end of it, to put your feet up on so it was kind of like a bed at the same time. all the boys had their legs out. the blanket was huge, like the size of a queen sized bed, so it covered all of them. if tyler stretched out all the way though, his feet would hang out.

"hang on guys, i wanna get a pic to post on instagram before everyone gets too comfy. maybe set the phone up or sum." tyler said.

"let's all sit on the couch. here." brendon grabbed tylers phone, setting it up where it was a good angle. he started the timer on snapchat, and got to the couch quickly. dallon and emma sat beside tyler under their blanket, and ryan and brendon beside max. they all cuddled up and smiled.

"sweet. alright we can get all comfy now." tyler chuckled, examining the picture. "let's take a pic. i'll post it too." he said to josh.

he opened his snap and put it on front camera. he fixed his hair a bit so it was more messy, and he closed his eyes and smiled. josh leaned over and smiled with his mouth closed, his eyes all bloodshot.

"you like it?" tyler asked.

"yeah. send it to me. the other one too." josh said. tyler did so, before he opened instagram.

"what should my caption be?" he said.

"maybe like, hmmm." josh thought. "something about squad." josh said. tyler chuckled. he thought and decided on "can't really see another squad tryna cross us" as it. he posted it.

"the sky is so pretty right now." emma said, everyone looking up. it was covered in stars, and the moon was very bright.

"what was it the dude said in lion king?" dallon laughed.

"oh oh fuck he's like 'it's a bunch of lighting bugs stuck on that big blue black thing.'" ryan giggled.

"ohhh yeah i remember that that was funny." emma said. brendon bluetoothed his phone to the outdoor speaker, and turned it down so they could still talk peacefully, just with some background music. he played his calming relaxing playlist.

"sing to me." ryan said. brendon softy started singing, ryan smiling and closing his eyes. everyone smiled. brendon's voice was just so angelic when he wasn't joking around.

"you relaxed?" max asked josh. josh smiled.

"i love these kind of nights." he said, smoke flowing out of his mouth.

"i'm glad i get to share them with you again." max said, josh blushing a bit. he turned back forward.

tyler was, jealous to say the least. he wanted to say something sweet like that to josh.

he didn't know why he did it. he didn't mean to, it just kind of happened. their legs were already touching, as all three boys were kind of cuddled up close anyways to stay warm. tyler slowly slid his hand over, setting it on joshs thigh and squeezing it. he let his hand rest on his mid thigh.

josh tensed up at first, but then relaxed. he was scared, he didn't want max to know, but he really didn't want to remove his hand. he blushed hard when tylers thumb started softly stroking his leg.

"bren your voice is so beautiful." emma said, everyone agreeing.

"thanks." he smiled.

"don't stop, keep singing." josh said. ryan nodded. he had finished his blunt, and was now straddling brendon, his head in his neck. he looked like he could go to sleep at any second.

brendon continued to sing, a little bit louder now so everyone could hear him. he had his eyes closed also, so he didn't get too nervous.

tylers hand squeezed josh's thigh harder. josh moved his hand so it was on top of tylers. he didn't move it, just let it rest on top of it.

the unthinkable happened, as maxs hand came to rest on his other thigh. he didn't have as tight of a grip as tyler. joshs didn't know what to do except make sure his legs were spread enough so their hands didn't accidentally touch.

he thought for a moment, before an idea popped up. he grabbed maxs hand, lacing their fingers together and setting their hands beside his leg.

max squeezed his hand, josh smiling a bit to himself.

brendon's singing was beautiful, ryan was asleep in his lap. dallon and emma were kissing.

josh was stuck inbetween his two ex boyfriends, holding each of their hands in secret, all at the same time not trying to get a boner from tylers hand.
