I look up at Issac and it feels like my face is representing a tomato right now at how embarrassed I am. "H-Hi Issac" I smile awkwardly "sorry If I looked a bit weird in the cafeteria earlier" I add, he chuckles "Nah it's okay you always look cute in my eyes" he replies "how does he say that so easily?" I think while I blushed 10 more times I thought I could.

Issac shifts a little where he stands and looks at the ground, his demeanour changes a little too "is something wrong?" I ask, he looks up from the ground "oh no,  no, I was just wondering... If you wanted to hang out now and go to the library and do some work, because I need more help with maths" he says with an awkward smile. I give him a smug look "again?" I chuckle "I just don't get algebra okay?" he replies half annoyed, I giggle at his response, when I look back at Issac he's staring at me I was surprised "is-s there something on my face? " I ask "no I just love your laugh" Issac replies.

I turn into a tomato again "how can someone saw that kinda stuff without breaking a sweat" I thought to myself. "Kiarah?" I didn't realise I zoned out "ah uh yeah?" "so do you want to hang out" Issac asked, I smile "of course I do, and I'll help you with your algebra too" I smirk, Issac glares at me in response I stick out my tongue and ruffle up his hair and start to walk off "well come then, let's go!" I call out to Issac.

Issac jogs up to me then matches my pace. "do you want to go and get something to eat first?" Issac asks, "Nah, I had plenty of lunch and muffins from Hospitality earlier, I still have some left over if you want some" I reply. Issac perks up "what flavour?" "chocolate chip" I answer, "Yes please" he smiles widely and I giggle. I stop walking and I hand my folder over to Issac "hold this" he gladly accepts it and holds it in his arm stopping beside me. I flip my bag to the front of me and I unzip it and reach in to find the bag of muffins. I find them, grab them and hand them to Issac and I zip back up and flip my bag to my back.

I retrieve my folder from Issac and continue walking. "thank you" is what I hear from Issac with his mouth full of muffins, I look over at him and giggle "you're welcome"

While at the library my mind keeps going back to the letter in my bag for the person sitting right next to me and I'm torn. Do I and will I be able to give it to him? I can't decide, well I know for sure I'm not going to give to him now because if I do Lily will kill me if I don't let her read the letter first.

"that's how you do that equation, so do you get it?" I ask, he scrunches up his face "kind....of" he replies, I sigh in response "I'm sorry Kiarah I just can't seem to get algebra, but I'm very thankful that you're helping me" he smiles wide at me. I grab his cheek with my fingers and squeeze his cheeks "well it be more helpful if you could start to understand algebra because I won't be able to do this forever" I reply "ow, ow, ow, I know but still" he pulls my hand off his face "but I seriously do appreciate you helping me" he adds and looks at me and smiles.

The look that he gave me nearly made me die, it was the cutest smile that I've ever seen from him and it made my heart melt. I almost confessed to him right there and then but I still didn't have enough courage to do so and I would continue to beat myself up about that later.

I try to change the subject to get my mind off it so I look at my phone to look at the time "oh um, so it's getting pretty late we should probably start heading home" I explain, Issac looks down to his watch and replies "yeah we probably should, do you want a lift home?" I smile a small smile to myself and then look up at Issac "that would be wonderful" I smile at him.

I notice he stares at me a little too long but I decide to ignore it as he continues talking "well shall we then?" I nod in response and pack up my things and so does he.

Issac and I walk out of the library and walk up to his car, I waited for him to unlock the car and when he does I open the door and sit down in the passenger seat and buckle my seat belt. When I look over, Issac was already buckled in ready to go "all good?" he asks "yup" I reply with a small smile, he smiles in return which made my heart jump a little. "god I love his smile" I think to myself as I look forward again smiling to myself. Then Issac starts the car and drives out of the library which was coincidentally just across from the school.

"can we do this same time tomorrow?" I look over at Issac and smile "yeah sure, I'm fine with that" I reply "Cool, I'll meet you over at the library after school since I finish a little earlier than you do, I have a free period" he adds "yeah that's fine I'll be there at 3:00" I reply back.
Issac smiles "cool, it's a date then" my heart jumps at the word and I quickly look over at Issac surprised, thinking he's caught on to my feelings towards him "he couldn't of, right? " I ask myself slightly panicked.

Issac notices my reaction and freaks out a little "oh no I didn't mean it that way I uh was just saying the phrase you know" I was relieved by his response but at the same time I was disappointed that he didn't actually mean it "i-it's fine Issac, it just took me by surprise, you don't need to worry" I reply with  slight sadness in my voice. "OK cool, that's good, I didn't want to offend you Kiarah" he added I try to put on the best smile I can and reply back "it's fine Issac really" he awkwardly smiles in response.

We've arrived at my house now, I don't live far from school. So I get out and turn back to say goodbye but Issac has already gotten out of the car and jogged over to me "I just wanted to say thank you for the times you've helped me out with school and with life in general, I don't know what I would do without you Kiarah" he says with his cute smile from early which I seem to loose myself in, I knock out of it when I notice that Issac is leaning closer to me and I start to blush profusely, he places his hands on the side of my face and I get so nervous I close my eyes.

Then I feel his warm, soft lips plant a kiss on my forehead, I open my eyes in response. Issac backs away and looks at my face "seriously thank you, I'll see you at school tomorrow, see ya Kiarah" he says I smile at him in response and then he waves at me as he starts to walk back over to the driver's side of the car. I wave back at him like I'm some sort of robot because to be honest I stopped functioning and I was like that till he disappeared down the street, I didn't knock out of it until my mum came out the front door "Kiarah? What are you doing, come inside dinner is ready" I turn around to face my mum "I'm coming!" I reply and run up to my front door and shut it behind.

As I do my mind goes back to Issac, do I really want to give him the letter and risk our friendship altogether?
