"To think that you did it, Seiko..!" Seiko's mom congratulates him as she embraces him in a hug before his dad joins in as well.

"Not to be the buzzkill when you two are proud of me, but even if I cleared the written test part of the entrance exam for the hero course, I still need to do this practical one, which will really determine if I get to be in U.A." He tells them as they both nod.

"Indeed, but I am sure you will make through with. You are a strong young man, Seiko."

"And I can already see in front of me that you will get enrolled in U.A no problem~" His mom cheerfully says while holding her fingers to the temples of her head.

Fumika Kaihatsu - Quirk: Prediction - Can predict a person's near future correctly while holding her fingers to her head and looking at said person. Works anywhere, anytime!

"That will ruin the surprise, Mom." Seiko tells her as he sighs before chuckling. "Thanks though, I will put extra much effort into this practical exam."

"Just remember your limits of your Quirk. You can control it really well already, but U.A will refine it like they did for me back in the day with mine." His dad tells him, cheerful as well. In fact so cheerful that his bat ears wiggles a bit.

Ousuke Kaihatsu - Pro Hero Name: Nightscream - Quirk: Echolocation - He is able to release high frequency screams that works just like an animal's echolocation and as a way of subduing villains in a non-harming way. He also has bat-like features and uses that to his advantage to soar the skies in search of no-gooders!

"Anyway, I am off for now, see you two later once I come home with a succesful result." Seiko says with confidence, even though he is still a bit afraid.

His mom and dad both has Quirks that can help in one way or another, his dad even being a Pro Hero. But he should keep his chin up, it can surely be as good at the school as it is when he uses it in his daily life.

He has been training his body a fair bit at that, because if the students are going to use their Quirks in this practical part of the entrance exam, surely everyones needs to have extra strength for it.

Usually Seiko isn't too motivated to train his body too much seeing as with his Quirk, he gets through either way and don't need too much strength with it. Though it is undeniable that he can't help but to look up to the number one hero, All Might, due to his strength and bravery.

"It's fine now, because I am here!"

His words echoes through Seiko's head as he gets even more determined. He also wants to be there for people.

"I want to be... everyone's hero!" Seiko says to himself as he chuckles before he begins picking up his pace to get to U.A as soon as he can.

Later...

As Seiko makes it to the gates of the school, he looks up at it in amazement. It's a huge school after all, and the shape of the building is unique at that.

"Finally here." He says to himself as other people his age keeps passing him by before a young man with green hair pass by him before stopping and looking up at the school in amazement as well. "Heh, guess I am not alone- Oh what the-"

The young man with green hair suddenly falls over when he begins walking again, but luckily, a brown haired girl happened to pass by as well and goes for touching him, keeping him suspended mid air. Seiko sees this and assume from this that her Quirk is something that nullifies gravity.

He soon walks up to the two, intending on asking the green haired boy if he is okay, even if he did get saved by the girl just earlier.

"Hey there. Got saved from embarrasing yourself, eh?" Seiko tells the boy as he and the girl turn to him.

"O-oh, yeah..!" Green hair replies as he scratches his neck while turning to the girl. "But uhm-"

"Well, I'll see you two later at the practical exam!" The girl suddenly says, continuing on with heading towards the school building.

"I... didn't even get the time to say thanks to her..."

"I mean, you hesitated. Not used to talking with girls?" Seiko asks green hair as he just begins blushing. "Ah well, let's let that go."

"Y-yes, I agree! But, what's your name?"

"I'm sorry, but introducing ourselves to each other maybe isn't the best, considering we might go separate ways already today depending on how we fare in this practical exam."

"True... Well, good luck anyway!"

"Thank you, same goes to you." Seiko replies to him as he soon continues on into the building, not knowing what will await him in there.

Some more time goes on as the location Seiko and the other soon-to-be students are at is still getting filled with a few more people, but it soon sees a stop and the presentation can finally begin.

The teacher holding the presentation is none other than the Pro Hero called Present Mic. Seiko knows a bit about him as his middle school classmates tended to jokingly call him and Nightscream, Seiko's father, twin brothers only due to their Quirks both emitting with the help of their voice and both also being able to subdue a target with sounds.

Nightscream however uses high frequency screams, which differs from the loud and ear bleeding sounds Present Mic can emit.

As Seiko listens to the presentation, it gets interrupted at times by a diligent young man and the green haired guy Seiko met earlier on the day muttering quite loudly about what was taken up on the presentation.

However, the former brings up a good point about that one Faux Villain has not been brought up, yet being in the briefing manual everyone got, including Seiko.

"Well, since it has been brought up, guess no use stalling on that. Yes, a fourth type of this test's Faux Villains is a thing, however, it's merely a stage hazard and would only give you zero points in case you are crazy enough to try to defeat it!"

Though even with Present Mic's statement, Seiko suspected there is still something extra with the zero point Faux Villain. But he decided to let that speak for itself once the test actually starts.

After the presentation is over, Seiko changes into his tracksuit that he was informed about to bring and wear during the test, most likely because all the running and most likely fighting as well he and the others will experience. Soon going alongside the group, they arrive at the training grounds, which looks almost like a whole city.

"Crazy budget to get new heroes out there, huh." Seiko says to himself as he looks to everyone that are still in awe over the training grounds. He smirks a bit at this as he decides to be the first one to head inside.

The diligent young man from earlier notices this and is about to protest, but Present Mic suddenly speaks. "Whaaat, are you all just gonna let the villains destroy the suburbs?! Hero work doesn't have the villains wait for you, go, go, GO!"

All the other teens are now in full sprint to get their points that will determine their enrollment into the prestigious school to become Pro Heroes themselves one day.

Seiko already begins bumping into some of the Faux Villain robots, but he looks around for what he can use. That's when another teen destroys one of the robots and parts scatter.

"Perfect!" He says to himself as he runs over to pick up a sharp part, before looking back at the robots he bumped into that are fast approaching him. "Alright, just like dad taught me whenever we played darts together..."

Taking a deep breath, he assumes a stance, while at the same time pulling his arm back, narrowing down to have his aim at only one of the robot.

As he shoots forward his arm, his pupils dilate a bit before the part is hurled forward at a great speed, easily penetrating the robot's eye, which causes it to cease function. "Heh, bullseye~"

Seiko Kaihatsu - Quirk: Precision - He is able to aim at objects or persons from over at least 10 km and still hit it at the same constant speed and trajectory as when he first threw/shoot with the object in hand. It gets enhanced further when using any sort of magnifying lens that let's him see further away!

Meanwhile, the green haired boy sees that even Seiko has a powerful Quirk, while he himself still don't know how to properly utilize his recently inherited Quirk. "W-what should I do..?!"

Seiko though continues on, even catching the attention of the other teens that sees how he easily destroys robots even if the objects he throws at them aren't too big.

"Easier than I would've expected, thank god for all the darts playing!" He thinks to himself as he continues, before the ground begins shaking.

He stops and looks around, as does everyone else, before someone yells with terror in their voice. "L-look, over there..!"

As they say that, the culprit of the shakings reveal itself, which turns out to be a huge Faux Villain.

"The fourth type! But Present Mic never mentioned how different in size it would be, because this is massive!" Seiko thinks to himself again as he soon spots someone is stuck under some of the debris. It's the zero gravity girl that helped green hair from falling before.

"Crap, she's gonna get squashed by the robot!" He says in his mind as he without hesitation runs towards her, but to his surprise, green hair does the same before he launches high up into the air with one huge leap.

Seiko comes up to the girl and helps her up, before he sees green hair appparently charging up.

"SMAAAASH!" The boy yells as he smashes the robot's head inwards while a great wind pressure emerges from the impact, leaving everyone in awe over the raw power he just released.

But not too long after, Seiko and everyone else sees that green hair is completely helpless, his legs and right arm flapping in the wind as if they were broken while he is hurling towards the ground at a great speed.

"O-oh no, he is going to die!" One of the teens says as the zero gravity girl looks up as well with a concerned expression. But this however gives Seiko an idea.

"Hey, I am sorry if I don't know your name yet, but care to be an hero?" He asks the girl as she looks back at him.

"E-eh?"

"I will fling you upwards so you can hit him with your zero gravity before he hits the ground, it will at least not result in a fatal impact for him then."

"Ah, good idea! Let's do it!" She replies as she prepares herself while Seiko begins spinning her around before his pupils dilate once again and soon hurls her upwards with a great speed so she can hit green hair with her Quirk.

She just manages to do this with a slap to his face before she soon begins falling back down herself, but Seiko catches her no problem. "Amazing job, gravity girl."

"A-ahaha, it wasn't mu- HURK!" She suddenly gags and soon throws up what almost looks like glitter.

"Ah, the limit to your Quirk I see. Don't worry, just, uh, let it all out." Seiko tells her as the loudspeakers signals that the practical test is now over. "I for sure got enough, hopefully."

Everyone soon walks out from the training grounds, before getting told they all can go home for the day and for now wait in the results if they will get accepted or not.

"Hey, wait up!"

Seiko turns around and sees that it's zero gravity girl coming up to him before giggling. "I just wanted to thank you for both rescuing me and helping me rescue someone else. We did a really great team!"

"Heh, that we did. Well, wish you luck with getting your results later this month." He replies to her as she giggles again.

"Oh, by the way maybe I should tell you my name-"

"I don't think there is no need to introduce ourselves yet, but I have faith in that we will meet again, gravity girl." Seiko tells her before waving her goodbye and turning around to start make his way home.

"Hehe, he's really cool..." She says for herself as she can't help but to blush a bit.

A few weeks later...

"Seiko, Seiko, a letter from U.A just came!" His mom, Fumika, says with excitement as she hands it to her son who at once brings it to his room to open it up.

A holographic device is inside, which he puts on his desk, before the recorded message pops up. And the one in the messsge is none other than... "All Might!"

"I am here! As a teacher of U.A, here to present you a very special message from yours truly!" All Might says as the scores pop up. "Seiko Kaihatsu, we are applauding you for truly going on the path of a hero, because you got great scores in both combat, but also in rescue!"

"So the zero pointer was for something in the end, I see." Seiko says with a smile as he continues watching the message.

"I think it goes without saying that this is what we at U.A truly want to see in our future selfless Pro Heroes!" All Might continues before reaching out his hand towards the camera. "Seiko Kaihatsu, I welcome you, to your hero academia!"

Seiko beams up as the message ends and he soon looks at the actual letter, being a proof of his enrollment. "I can finally do it..! My dream to wanting to be everyone's hero!"

He soon goes to the living room to tell the news, which has his mom in tears of joy while his dad hugs him very tightly.

It's a wonderful day and start on Seiko's journey to becoming a Pro Hero, something he has dreamt about since he was a small child and looking up to his dad and All Might as his idols.

...But he would've never realized that this also soon leads to one of the biggest turning points in his life, for the better or worse.

Meanwhile, somewhere else...

"And so it begins. New, ripe Quirk users will begin at U.A this coming month." A deep voice comes from a TV located in a bar.

In the bar, sits a man in his early 20's with strange accesories equipped on his face and body, while the bartender is of undeterminable age due to his inhuman look, only seeming to consist of a purple mist for a body and two sharp, yellow lines looking like his eyes.

"Kids will be easy to meddle with, as long as we bring this 'Nomu', with us and some other Villains willing to lend a hand as pawns." The hand man tells the voice in the TV as it laughs.

"Indeed, we can both get our hands on some extraordinary Quirks while we also achieve our primary goal."

"To kill... All Might, the 'Symbol of Peace'!"

"Yes, indeed. Make yourself prepared, Tomura Shigaraki, our time to reap will soon arrive!"

Tomura stands up before he looks to the mist man. "Kurogiri, let us begin preparations."

"Right away, Shigaraki." Kurogiri replies before he conjuctures a portal that they both head inside, disappearing into thin air as does the portal.

...And that turning point for Seiko will only be approaching faster and faster.
