-Kokichis POV-

I thought about it a little more. Well, I guess rantaro DOESNT respect my privacy as much as I thought he did. At least... I think that was rantaro. No one else was looking or following me as I left. It had to have been Rantaro. I made a slightly serious face, but quickly smiled again

If I keep thinking, or acting seriously... they are going to catch on....

Shuichi: .....w-what should we do about the door?

Kokichi: Hmm?

I quizzically tilted my head and looked at him, childlike.

Shuichi: a-ah, well, I was thinking about the door, wh-what if we trapped it?

Kokichi: Ah, well... I guess you could do that.

I could think of over 20 ways that could backfire. These guys really don't think some things through, do they?? I thought he was a detective...

Shuichi: L-like little cameras that t-trigger when movement is made.

Well... I guess that COULD work...

Kokichi: Sure! I'm down!~ Nishishi~....
I might as well play along, I don't wanna be on the suspect list if a murder occurs while I'm away. Plus, I like knowing things before anyone else knows! I mean, come on? It's fun knowing it all, as you leave tracks for them to follow. Even if they don't appreciate you afterwards.

Shuichi: Hmm... I-I saw some motion detectors in the warehouse... as w-well as some disposable cameras.... a-and didn't miu's lab open up?

Kokichi: Correct!!~
Shuichi: I-I guess she could make a c-camera that snaps a photo when it d-detects movement.......

Huh... smart. I have more investigating to do, I guess it can wait! I want to see how this unfolds!~

Kokichi: Okie-Dokie!!!
Shuichi: I-is it ok if I t-tell Kaede?

Wow, I totally never expected him to tell Kaede. Tooootallyyyy.

Kokichi: I guess so! As long as she doesn't stab you in the back!
Shuichi: Huh?!
Kokichi: Nishishi! A lie~ Come on, we're wasting time!

Shuichi: w-wait! We should tell Kaede first.

Jeez, I'm having some serious competition.
Kokichi: tch, fine. I'll get the materials! Meet me at miu's lab!~

I skipped off to the warehouse before Shuichi could protest.
Nishishi! I'll be shuichis best friend, so that the others will trust me. Only then, will I be able to tell them my findings! Man, this is so exciting!

I giggled as I ran down the halls and to the warehouse.

-Shuichis POV-

Shuichi: h-hey wait!

I try to stop Kokichi from going to the warehouse, but, I guess I couldn't stop him..
Sigh....

I adjust my had a tiny bit before walking off to find Kaede. She had to be around here somewhere.

Kaede: Shuichi!!

I guess Instead she found me....

Shuichi: h-hey Kaede.... u-um, could you listen to me for a few minutes?

Kaede: Oh! Sure! I have nothing to do anyways...

A few minutes of exposing the door and explaining the plan laaaayyyterrrr......

Kaede: Really? Ah jeez, we should go meet up with kokichi and get this plan started!

Shuichi: I didn't know you would be filled with such enthusiasm... I-it's just a plan!

Kaede: Ok! Ima make a quick stop at the warehouse! Ok?

Kaede turned to leave with a joyful smile before I could protest.

Shuichi: o-oh ok....

I steadily made my way to Miu's research lab, prepared for anything. Knowing that, well, anyone could be there, including Miu and Kokichi. To be honest, I feel scared for my sake. Miu is a little.... on the crazy side. I doubt we will have a normal conversation.  I mean, it's MIU.

I looked around the entrance, patiently awaiting for my 'partners' to return.
Kokichi: Hey!
I snapped out of my thoughts, looking down at Kokichi.
Shuichi: Did you get the resources?

Kokichi: Nope!

Shuichi: ....
Kokichi: Hey! Lighten up! I got them, that was a lie! Nishishi!
Shuichi: Well, im trying to be s-serious.... we have to do this c-correctly, and, before the t-time limit r-runs out....

Kokichi: tch, laugh sometimes! Okie, we going to make these cameras or what?

Shuichi: I was waiting on Kaede.....
Kokichi: Great, now your in looove arnt you?

I blushed and checked my thoughts, the simple answer no.... I don't think so

Shuichi: w-what? N-no!
Kokichi: Nishishi! Jeez, don't need to get so defensive! I was just joking around!

Again? This was a bad idea to bring Kokichi along.
I growled to myself, but I continued to pretend being friends.. I just need to get this over with, and I'll be free from his grasp. I sighed.

Kokichi: jeez, your a worse buzzkill than Kaede!

Kokichi looked upset, of course, it might be true. But, I'm in the middle of making a trap that has LIMITED TIME to do. Otherwise, our lives are going to be burned at the stake.

After we FINALLY made the cameras, (yes, they were made in one day. FOR THE PLOT.)

Kaede: h-hey guys!

I looked back to see Kaede coming back with her cheerful smile and all. She really was sweet. Kokichi looked a little upset but seemed to smile to himself. I wonder why...

Kokichis POV

Kaede: Hey Guys!

I look back to see a wild Kaede approaching us. I disliked it when she looked at Shuichi and smiled. Completely ignoring the fact I did help! I indeed brought a few items over! I got the cameras and sensors, didn't I?
I slowly looked over Kaede, trying to be a little more helpful.

Shuichi: Hey Kaede! Why were you gone so long?

Now that's a good question.
Kaede: Oh.. just double checking the warehouse!

I saw right past her smile. She clearly showed the signs of lying. I looked right fast her mask. She was hiding something... but what?

Shuichi: Ok! Let's set it up! Come on Kokichi!

Kokichi: got it!
I smiled brightly. I made sure they walked ahead of me, I examined Kaede a little. I obviously looked at her backpack first. It looked like there was something inside.... something roundish? It could've been the monopad, but it looked a little more.... ball-like. I thought about everything in the warehouse...

Before I could conclude my thinking, I hit the wall
Kokichi: Bah!

I held my head and looked at the other two, who looked back at me in surprise.
I cry fake tears.
Kokichi: Wahhhhh! Everything hurts and it's all Kaede's faaaaault!!!

Kaede: w-why is it my fault??

It's true my head hurts, but I could do this a little more easily.
So while she walked over, I ducked under her arm and snatched her backpack

Kaede: N-No! W-wait!

She looked startled, and felt the outside of the backpack where the object laid... that's when I knew.....
A shot putt ball....
I hid my speculation and put the backpack on my back, and waved it around

Kokichi: 'Hai! I'm kayaedae Akamastaou. I like piano and playing with my doll-friends!'

I said in a high pitched voice, she pulled the backpack off me and put it on her shoulders
Kaede: Not. Funny!

Shuichi: y-yeah.. lets just get this trap over with.

I walked behind them again, and thought carefully.
Why a shot putt ball? There's no use for that? Maybe a murder will finally occur!?
That means I should remember the shot putt ball and use it as evidence against her! Man, this will be so much fun already!

I smiled and skipped ahead of them.
Kokichi: Race you to the library! Nishishi!~

I ran off, watching Kaede and Shuichi struggle to keep up. It was pretty funny!

Ah, but... what murder would include a Shot Putt Ball?
