"Lily!" I was freaking out! It was so smoky but somehow I could still see her. I was getting desperate. "Jasleena, come on stay with me!" She fainted and I was struggling to get her up again. I started tapping her face and she in a daze would open her eyes but close them again. "Please Jasleena. Please stay with me." I didn't even know if I was seriously injured. I didn't care, all I cared about was Lily and Lila. The sirens were finally loud enough to know they were there. I was still very close to Lily. There was blood and I was trying not to go insane. "Please help! She's bleeding and she's in and out of consciousness. Please help her!" You could hear the disparity in my voice. Finally someone reached us. "Sir we're going to help as best as we can." Someone else was with him as well they were able to open my door with no issue. They got me out. I didn't realize there were others helping get Lily out. It all felt so weird. I wasn't processing everything, it's as if it all was in slow motion. Or choppy. We were both put in separate ambulances and rushed to the hospital.

At the hospital, because we were both injured we both had to get seen. I called Jake as I waited to be examined. Lily was alone and I couldn't bear it. Jake said he was sending Jenni so that she can stay with Lily until I can go sit with her. A nurse walked in. "Nurse, when can I go to my girlfriend, she's pregnant and I need to know if she's ok." She looked in my direction. "The doctor will be in shortly." Is all she said. I was furious but didn't say anything because I just wanted to hurry up and get to Lily. Twenty minutes later the doctor finally came in. "Hello Mr. Anderson. We need to take some X-rays to see what broken or fractured bones you have and we need you to stay to make sure you don't have a concussion." I didn't let him continue. "I need to go to Lily. She's thirty seven weeks pregnant and I need to make sure she's ok and our daughter is ok." I was getting desperate again. Jenni walked in. "I'll go check on her Luka. For now get yourself checked out. I will let you know everything once I find out." I was a bit more calm but still wanted to see for myself. But I know I also had to get checked. I wasn't feeling anything because my worry's weren't for me. I was just worried for Lily and Lila. Lord, please protect them both. They are my world. I saw Jenni leave the room and a nurse came in with a wheelchair. "I don't need it. I will be able to walk." The doctor and nurse both looked at me. "Sir, I don't think that's possible." I looked at them both very confused. "And why the hell not?" I started moving the blankets to get up from the bed. But I couldn't. My foot looked crazy. How wasn't I feeling the pain? Was the adrenaline of wanting to know if Lily and Lila were ok distracting me from my own pains? They both looked at me with such pity. "Let's get this over with I want to go see my girls." I blankly stared at the wheelchair. Another nurse walked in to help the previous nurse get me off the bed and into the wheelchair. I was still numb. I couldn't feel anything. I just wanted my girls.
