Jasleena

I woke up just a few hours after I had fallen asleep. My stomach was in knots. I was nauseous, light headed, and just overall drained. I felt as if I was the one who drank the night before. I slid out of the bed and rushed to the bathroom. I threw up. I brushed my teeth and washed my face and went into the kitchen. I went to make myself a cup of coffee. As I sat there drinking my coffee, I started feeling a bit better. I loved me some coffee. After my coffee, I went back to the room. Luka was still asleep, so I went to go get myself ready. If I didn't then I wouldn't at all. It was time to go see Paola.

As I finished getting ready, Luka was still asleep. I mean I don't blame him, we were up pretty late. And it was still pretty early, it was only 9:30 am when I was completely done. I went to the bed and kissed Luka on the lips gently. I sent him a text so he'd see when he wakes up. "I'm going to go see Paola... I'll be back soon." I grabbed my jacket, wallet, keys and headed for the front door. "Leena?" I turned. "I'll be back Ma." I turned back and walked out the front door.

At Paola's driveway I stood in the car torn between leaving or facing reality. But what do I say to her? How do I even say anything at all to her? Where do I start? Where do I end? I was just so confused. I pushed every emotion away and got out of the car. I went and knocked on the door. I heard someone yell out something from a distance. I heard footsteps. Then the door knob twisting. "Leena?" It was Tia. "Hey Tia. Is Paola here?" She looked so shocked when I asked. "Ye-Yes. Come in. Give me a second." I walked and waited. A few minutes later Tia comes down. "Go ahead." I went to head up and pass her. She held my hand lightly, "Thank you Leena." I nodded and continued. I went to Paola's door and knocked. "Come in." I heard. I walked in, "Hello Paola." Her eyes went huge. "Leena?"
