"What are you doing today, Tea?"

"Uhh, just working. College research, directing classes... that stuff." She seemed occupied, occasionally glancing over at Nettie.

Nettie came over and gave Tea a smooch on the cheek. "Cool. My responsible babe. I'm going to the gym, and I'll be doing some college research myself when we get back, so we can't hang out today. Is that okay?"

"Yeah, that's fine... just remember what we say if some guy tries to hit on you."

"My girlfriend will run over here and beat you up." Nettie recited with an amused smile.

"Good girl." Tea winked and looked back at her laptop. "See you soon."

"Bye, love ya!" Nettie waved to Tea and walked out the door.
