~PHILS POV~

"come on Chris!" i shouted from the other side of the flat.

(Chris has been my best friend since 7th grade and hes lived with me ever since his parents died)

"What is it Phil?!" he yelled back, a hint of annoyance in his voice.

"lets go to the park, there's a ton of new victims there!"

i heard a lock click and then a door open. Chris peeked his head out, his hair still a mess and his voice hoarse. "Phil its too early can we do this later!" he wailed

"come on man! its only 10:30 and all the people are walking their dogs and shit this early!"

"No" was all i heard him say before he waddled back into this room and locked his door, probably going back to bed.

"FINE! i will just go alone" i called out before grabbing my coat and walking out the door.

i still live with my parents, i know crazy right?! I'm 18 a legal adult and i still live with my mum and dad, even though they keep trying to kick me out of the house. My mom was out for her morning run and my father was at work.

When i arrived at the park i saw a ton of people walking their dogs, having picnics, reading or just running.

"perfect" i thought to myself..

There i saw a girl about 16, wearing dark skinny jeans, a Black Veil Brides t-shirt and blue hair. She seems to be one of those emo band obsessed chicks...perfect...

She was sitting at a picnic bench reading, so i walked up and tapped her on the shoulder.

She looked up and furrowed her eyebrows..."um may i help you?"

her face was covered with piercings, 2 on her nose, an eyebrow bar, snake bites and 2 on her cheek.

"is that Harry Potter? i love Harry Potter!" i sat down next to her

her face lightened a bit and she smiled, "yea i read all of the books they are so interesting" she said putting a bookmark in her book and shutting it.

"so whats your favorite book in the series...um...Mr.?" she trailed off.

"oh my name is Phillip but you can call me Phil and my favorite book would have to be the second one...um...Mrs.?" i trailed off just as she did.

"my name is Reesandrialyah but you can call me Reese" she extended her hand for me to shake.

i smiled and shook her hand "nice to meet you... so about Harry Potter"

we continued to talk about Harry Potter for over an hour, this is taking too long i need to do something now...

"Hey um Reese, would you maybe want to go get some coffee?"

she looked at me and smirked "oh you mean like a date?"

"yea i guess... here i need to tell you something" i gestured for her to follow me.

i led her to an alleyway.

"what are we doing here Phil?" she asked, a hint of annoyance in her voice.

i smirked and held her hand. "can i have your phone number Reese? so we can go out?"

"sure id love that, she dug around in her bag until she fund a pen and paper, she wrote down her phone number and handed it to me.

little did she know, i wouldn't be needing her number...

"well i guess I'll see you soon Phil!" she called out to me and started to walk away, but i grabbed her wrist and pushed her up against the wall. "your not going anywhere" i said and started to kiss her neck roughly

"oh my god Phil get off me! we haven't even started dating yet!" she was squirming around widly trying to get out of my grasp.

i then grabbed her bag from her shoulder and let her go, running out of the alleyway.

"HEY WHAT THE FUCK GET BACK HERE!" she screamed at me running after me

god dammit this bag is heavy...

she kept running after me, i was halfway out of the alley when i was stopped by a woman at the end of the alleyway. i stopped dead in my tracks, dropped the bag and stared wide eyed at what was in front of me.

"h-hi mum..."

(A/N): sup fam! how did you like the first chapter? it was kinda short i know but i promise the next one will be longer... well it seems that little Philly is in trouble 0_o...oh well you'll just see what happens NO SPOILERS! i hate spoilers, and i know you guys are probably confused... well i said i was going to write a story called 'a sea in your eyes' well guys im gonna put that story off until i finish this one i know i know but i didn't really have a whole plot planned out for that one but for this one i do, i promise this ones more interesting... anyways stay tuned... new update coming soon!
