"Taehyung...."

Jin was frozed for a moment. He didn't believed Taehyung was standing infront of him. But then he dashed towards him. Jin was shocked to see his blood stained jacket and hands.

"What has happened to you? Are you hurt?", he asked while turning Taehyung to either side.

"Yeah, hyung...I'm fine!"

"When you came from New York? Why didn't you tell me that you're coming? What the hell you're doing here and why you're stained in blood?", Jin profusely kept bashing him with questions.

"Hyung, let me speak...", Taehyung said while raising his hands.

Jin nodded his head but before Taehyung could say anything they were interrupted by a nurse, "Dr. Kim Miss Amber is in OT and Dr. Kang is now operating her. She has been shot.", then she pointed towards Taehyung, " He brought Miss Amber in an injured state."

Jin turned his glance towards the nurse and then again back to Taehyung.
"What???", he frowned his face with shock, "She has been shot but how and why?"

Taehyung let out a deep sigh and then said in a calm tone, "While saving me she was shot by a rogue. But wait...why you're so concerned about her?"

Jin was about to say something to him when the doctor approached to them while removing his mask and gloves.

"We're successful to take out the bullet. She lossed a lot of blood but nothing to worry she is fine....out of danger. We have shifted her to ICU."

"Can I see her?", Jin asked worriedly.

"Not now, Dr. Kim. She is unconscious. May be tomorrow when she'll be awake you can meet her.", Dr. Kang smiled.

"Thank you, Dr. Kang.", Jin bowed.

"Aaaah! No..no..no need to thank me. We're doctors and its our duty. Thank to this young man. He brought her in the right time otherwise it must be near to impossible to save her because of the blood loss."

He patted Taehyung's shoulder. Taehyung bowed to him and then the later left.

"You brought her? She got shot while saving you? What's going on Taehyung? Mind explaining.", Jin said anxiously.

"Jin.", suddenly a voice interrupted them.

They both turned their heads towards the voice and found Namjoon was sprinting towards them.

Taehyung rolled his eyes while Namjoon furrowed his eyes as the later approached to them.

"Joon....Am...", Jin tried to grab Namjoon's attention from Taehyung but he was cut off by him, "What he is doing here?"

"Hmm...me?", Taehyung pouted rubbing his index finger on his chin, "Let me guess!", then pressed his lips together and said mockingly, "Mmm.. saving someone's life."

Namjoon gave him a cold stare.
"Joon...Amy is fine.", Jin again jumped in between just to ease the tension in the air.

"Amy...??", Taehyung raised his eyebrows then suddenly it hit to him, "That means....", he turned towards the operation theatre and chuckled, "Kim Amber.... Amy...Kim Namjoon's sister....woahh!"

Namjoon bite his inner cheek with raised eyebrow. Jin understood the heaviness in the air so he touched Taehyung's arm who was giggling, "Tae....what had happened? How she got shot?"

"Well...", Taehyung sighed,"On my way from airport some rogues attack me and Amber got shot while saving me. She took the bullet which was supposed for me."

"What??", Namjoon was shocked, "Saved you? But...", but then his expression changed and he clutched Taehyung's collar, "Don't tell me you have played your shitty games with her?"

Jin got startled because of the sudden attack of Namjoon but Taehyung didn't even flinched as if he was habituated of Namjoon's this type of behaviour.

Jin immediately separated them, "Joon...please! This is hospital. Leave him!"

Namjoon grunted in annoyance and loosened his grip from Taehyung's collar with a jerk.

"Relax, dude! Why you think the world rotates around you? You must be a famous bussinessman but listen, M not interested to be around you or your sister.", Taehyung said sternly.

"Ohh...really!", Namjoon taunted, "Then the feelings are mutual."

Taehyung smirked and tilted his head as if approving what Namjoon said. Jin let out a sigh while moving his hand in his hair.

After a while Namjoon and Jin were aitting on the chairs outside the ICU. They both have glanced Amber through the glass door after she was shifted there.

Jin turned his gaze towards Namjoon's hand. He was continuously fidelling his fingers. Jin put his hand on Namjoon's hands. Namjoon shifted his gaze from his hands to Jin who was looking at him with an assuring smile.
"She is fine. Dr. Kang told that she is out of danger. She is unconscious because of the blood loss. She'll wake up soon."

Namjoon gave him a faint smile and lowered his head while bitting his inner cheek.
"Why its always her? Why always she has to suffer?"

Jin tighten his grip on Namjoon's hand, "Joon, please don't get upset. Its an accident. Mmm...", he paused for a second then again resume talking, "Its Taehyung who brought her here in right time otherwise she must be in danger."

Namjoon looked at him shocked.

"Coffee!!", suddenly someone grab their attention. They rose their head towards the voice.

Taehyung was standing with coffee cups in his two hands. Jin took both the cups and offered one cup to Namjoon.

"Jin hyung.", Taehyung spoke softly, "Give me the house keys. I don't think there is any need of me to stay.", he looked at Namjoon who was staring his coffee rubbing the rim of the cup.

Jin nodded and took out the keys from his pocket.
"Taehyung, be careful. We shouldn't take these attackers lightly. Officers will be arriving soon. I'll call you if they ask about you for your statement.", Jin stood up while giving the keys to him.

Taehyung pressed his lips together and nodded his head. Jin patted his cheek.
"Take care, Tae. Be safe and take rest."

Taehyung leaned on his touch and gave a faint smile. He turned to leave but stopped when Namjoon spoke.
"Taehyung...thank you."

He turned and saw Namjoon who was still focussed on his coffee.

"No need to thank me because its your sister who saved my life. How could I leave her there?!", he said in a calm tone but then he changed his tone and spoke in a stern voice, "But don't think that I'll forget everything and forgive you and your sister. You two are still on the top of my Hate list."
With that he left the place.

Namjoon looked him leaving and then hung his head low, "Will he ever understand us?"

Jin sat and chuckled dryly, "He'll never understand us, Joon. You know that how much he hate us."

Namjoon nodded in accepting what Jin said.

"But how these two met and how Amy saved his life? Who are the rogues those attacked them? They're still roaming outside free...it'll be dangerous for both of them.", Namjoon said rubbing his forehead, "I should call Yoongi to dig out all the information about this attack and attackers."

Namjoon slide his hand to his pocket to take out his phone and went outside of the hospital.

Jin let out a deep sigh and went near to the door of ICU. He gazed at Amber through the glass door.
"Get up, Amy. Don't make us worry alot. You know Joon...I can't handle him all alone. He won't be able to bear your pain anymore. Just wake up, cutie...open you eyes.", he whispered.

Meanwhile
Taehyung's POV:
I came to my mansion. Its been a quite long time since I came here last time. I don't come here often because of my hyung only. I don't hate him its just I don't like being with him. After what had happened 5years ago I can't forgive him for that.

It hurts how he left me all alone without giving a second thought. These 5years I spent without him....enduring all the pain alone. It made me so strong in my life that now I don't need anyone.

But he is still my hyung whom I loved more than my life. I still love him alot but I think my grief...my despair of not having him in these 5years has overshadowed my love for him.

With these thoughts running in my mind I took a warm shower and put on some warm clothes. I made something to eat for myself. After eating I went to my bedroom and layed on my bed.

I closed my eyes but the scenes of my accident and of the attack started playing in my mind. I grabbed my phone from the side table and messaged to my PA, Park Jimin.

'Jimin...today on my way from airport to home I was attacked by some rogues. My trip to Seoul was secret and noone knew about it. There must be someone in office so find out who knew about it and also find out who's behind this attack.'

After that I kept the phone on the side table and again closed my eyes. Then suddenly I saw HER...her perplexed face when she saw me inside my car...Her dazed face when attackers started to fire...Her concerned face when I leaned from the wall and...Her innocent face with her shining angelic eyes.

I opened my eyes and unconsciously a smile crept on my lips. I ascended from my bed and went to the bedroom porch. I leaned on the steel railing resting my elbows on the top of the railing. For the first time I let the cold breeze caresses my face. With closed eyes I felt the calmness of the breeze and the soothness of the tranquilled ambience.

I was amazed of myself because I never spend my time like this enjoying the serene beauty of the surroundings. I never stay put in one place for longer. It makes me feel restless. In these 5years without Jin hyung I understood one thing....if you want to make yourself strong then just keep running...don't stop. If you'll stop somewhere then your memories will make weak and this world is not meant for the weak people.

But after meeting her...staring at her innocent and clear eyes I wanted to stay put in one place surrounded with hushed ambience with her. Her eyes are so perfect and so beautiful that I felt like getting lost in her eyes.

I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn't even realised when the moon descended and slowly the sun was sneaking out in the horizon to spread its warmness.

I rufled my hair with a sheepish smile. But then in the next moment I realised something.

*'What are you thinking, Taehyung? You didn't sleep thinking about a girl? But don't think so much about her...she may have saved your life, but she is Kim Namjoon's sister and both of them are the reason of your pain. They are the cause of your broken family...today if you're apart from Jin hyung its just because of them. Don't make any imaginary castle with her. Don't let her invade your mind. She's not worth it.'*

I came inside. There was still some time left so I decided to take a nap. I layed on my bed and drifted to sleep.
End of Taehyung's POV.

Early in the morning Amber regained consciousness. She slowly opened her eyes but the strong light of the room made her eyes shut from the hurt. Her sight was blurry but after flickering her eyelashes she was able to see clear.

She saw the white ceiling and could hear the beep sound of the heart rate monitor which is attached to her. She tried to move her head but she couldn't do it. She slowly moved her fingers and tried to speak something.

The nurse who was there to check her vitals heard her muffled sound and she rushed outside screaming, "Doctor, patient is conscious."

Namjoon and Jin who were sitting and dozzing on the chairs outside the ICU got startled and stood up. The doctor and nurse came darting towards the ICU. They saw Amber was lying still staring at the ceiling. The doctor approached to her and after a through checkup he pressed his lips in a thin line. He removed his stethoscope from his ears and placed around his neck.

"Now you're totally fine, Miss Amber. Your brothers were waiting outside. They didn't left the hospital. They were so worried last night. Now they'll be relaxed to know that you're all fine. I'm calling them inside."
With a warm smile he left the room.

After few seconds Amber heard her brothers voice.
"Amy...", Namjoon came near to her and pecked her forehead, "We're so worried for you. Thank god you're fine now."

He said with tears in his eyes but a weak smile on his lips. Jin also smiled with tearful eyes.

Amber stared at them and then spoke softly, "Is h...he O...K?"

Namjoon looked at her amused but Jin put his hand on Namjoon's shoulder and before later could say something he answered, "Yes..cutie! He is fine. Don't worry. You just relax and take rest we'll talk later."

After staying for few hours Jin went home to freshen up but Namjoon stayed there with Amber.
