Amber's breath hitched when she heard that voice. She knew who was the owner of that deep voice and that made her to fidget on her spot.

*'Why he is here? What does he want? Why he was waiting for me?'*

Those were the thoughts rendered inside her head. Slowly she swirled around and her eyes fell on the most handsomest man of the world, who was staring back at her with a soft smile adorning at his lips.

"Ohh, Mr. Kim...good morning!", Jungkook immediately bowed to him.

"Good morning, Mr. Jeon. Good morning Miss Kim.", Taehyung replied with a smirk.

"Good morning, Mr. Kim.", Amber bowed to him as well.

He scooted closer to them and with a stern voice, he spoke, "Can I hane a word with you, Miss Amber?"

"Ugghh!!", she widened her eyes.

Taehyung's POV:
Her eyes widened in surprise and I felt my heart skipped few beats when I stared at those big dark brown orbs.

*'Shit why I always get hypnotised by her eyes.'*

I cursed myself mentally.

"Aaggghh...I wanna ask you about something. Can we please talk somewhere private?", I repeated after composing myself.

"Huh? Agghh...yes...yes!", she nodded her head furiously making me to chuckle mentally.

Within few moments three of us came to the parking lot, near my car.

"What...what you wanna ask?", Amber queried, flickering her eyelashes.

I shuffled around and took out the pendant from my blazer pocket. Dangling it infront of her eyes, I questioned, "Is it yours?"

Amber narrowed her eyes on the pendant and involuntarily her fingers roamed around her neck like searching of something. She took out her pendant from her frock's collar.

I was surprised to see her pendant with her...still gracing its presence proudly on her neck. Both of us shared a question look among ourselves. That Jeon guy was little confused to see exactly the same pendant of Amber's in my hand.

I felt a wave of relief spreaded all over my body. I was relaxed to see Amber had her pendant with her and that made it clear that she had nothing to do with Choi's murder. I was about to move my hand away, when Amber held the pendant.

"Can I have a look?"

I nodded and loosened my grip. She took it and moved closer to her vision and examined it keenly.

"This pendant was exactly like yours. The design is little bit old fashioned. I have seen your pendant when you have came to my office. As the design is very intricated and unique I remembered. Sorry for the inconvinience I caused.", I appologized but Amber....I...don't know but it felt like she didn't heard a single word of mine as she was completely engrossed in gazing the pendant without batting her eyelashes.
End of Taehyung's POV.

Amber's eyes popped out of her skull when she closely examined the pendant. No doubt the pendant was exactly like hers but that not made her restless instead the fine cravings of someone's name on the pendant made her heart beat two beats faster then normal.

'Amy'...she caressed the name with the pad of her thumb. Tears threaten to spill from her eyes. How could she forget about that pendant? How could she forget the person of whom that pendant belongs to?

"From where you got it?", she asked bluntly ignoring his appology completely.

"Uhhmm...", Taehyung debated whether to tell the truth or not.

Sensing his hesistant, Amber lifted her gaze from the pendant towards Taehyung and again repeated her question in a firm tone.

Taehyung licked his lips and answered, "Choi's murder scene. This pendant was in his hand clasped tightly."

Amber felt her all strength has been drained out from her body in an instant. She gasped hard and stumbled one step back. The pendant too slipped from her hold and fell down on the tiled floor with a 'clank' sound.

Jungkook was beside her so he immediately reflexed and held her strongly in his arms. Amber leaned to his strong arms as if she had no energy left in her body.

Taehyung also got startled for a bit. He was confused to see Amber's reaction to his words. He picked up the pendant and was about to ask but his words got stuck in his throat as Jungkook interrupted him.

"Amy....Amy, what happened? Are you OK? What happened?", he shook her lightly.

Amber was not as herself. Her breathing was abnormal. Small beads of sweat adorned her forehead and her body was trembling slightly.

"Op...pa....Jin...nie op...pa.", she uttered those words, "Take me...take me home, JK."

"OK...OK! I'll take you home. Let's go!", Jungkook was about to take his foot forward to reach to their car but stopped by Taehyung.

"Miss Amber, do you know whose pendant is it?"

Amber snapped her head towards him and stared at the pendant. But before she could spill anything from her mouth, she collapsed. As she was already in Jungkook's secured grip, he immediately held her tightly not letting her to fell on the ground.

"Amy...Amy...", he patted her cheeks but she didn't budge at all.

"What happened to her?", Taehyung asked in panic.

Jungkook shook his head, "I don't know she was doing fine till now."

He was confused as well as worried as Amber didn't told him anything that means she was fine, then what hapoened all of a sudden that she fainted. He immediately carried her securely in his arms and padded towards their car.

"Where are you taking her?", Taehyung was beyond scared.

He also didn't understand what happened suddenly. He saw her chatting happily with the receptionist and was all good until she saw the pendant.

He wanted to hold her when she shuttered her steps but Jungkook was closer to her and then she fainted. He wanted to carry her in his arms... wanted to feel the warmth of her body against his but....

He was somewhat feeling dejected and jealous to see Jungkook being so close to her.

He also padded with him upto the car and opened the door. Jungkook smoothly and cautiously placed Amber on the passenger seat. He secured her by tying the seatbelt.

As he closed the door, Taehyung gripped his arm again repeated his question, "Where are you taking her?"

This time his tone was little bit rude. He tried his best to be calm but his jealousy took the best of him.

Jungkook was little bit taken aback from his sudden rudeness but he shrugged it off, thinking that Taehyung must be worried for Amber alike him.

"I'm taking her to Dr. Kim. Didn't you heard she took his name before passing out.", Jungkook answered him calmly, removing Taehyung's hand from his arm.

"I'm also coming with you.", Taehyung spat out and sprinted towards his car.

Soon both of them drove to BH hospital. When they reached the hospital, again Jungkook carried Amber in his arms and took her to the emergency ward.

Taehyung clenched his fist and jaw hard.

*'Can't he just use a stretcher? Is it so necessary to carry her in his arms all the time?'*

He humphed in annoyance.

The doctor who was in emergency ward immediately recognised Amber and sent a nurse to call Jin. Jungkook and Taehyung both waited outside of the ward, pacing back and forth.

Jin came dashing to the ward, as soon as he got the news. Watching Taehyung outside the ward with Jungkook, his steps slowed down and his eyebrows frowned. He was about to approach to his younger brother when the doctor came out of the ward.

Watching the doctor exiting from the cabin, Jin went to him leaving Taehyung and Jungkook behind.

"Dr. Chung, how's Amy? What happened to her? Is anything serious?"

"Relax, Dr. Kim!", Dr. Chung placed his hand on his shoulder.

Jungkook and Taehyung also moved closer to both the doctors.

"She is fine...nothing serious. Her blood pressure shot up suddenly that's why she collapsed. I have given her a relaxant. Now her condition is stable. You can take her home when she wake up. Just make sure she take rest and don't take any stress or tensions.", with a nod he left the spot.

"What happened to her all of a sudden?", Jin asked in a stern voice.

"I don't know, Dr. Kim. She was all happy...giggling and chirping like a bird during the entire ride to academy. But after Mr. Kim asked her about a pendant she got tensed. She even stumbled on her feet and then all of a suddeb she collapsed. Before passing out she took your name with a trembling voice as if she was scared of something.", Jungkook explained the whole scenario calmly.

Jin hummed in response and turned to Taehyung.

"What you were doing with them, Tae? What pendant JK is talking about? Show me!", Jin extended his hand towards him.

Taehyung hesitantly slipped his hand inside the pocket and took out the pendant. Jin's eyes widened as his orbs fell upon the pendant. He took the pendant in his hand and inspected it. Watching the cravings of the word 'Amy' made him giddy. He felt as if all his blood drained out from his body completely.

"I got this pendant from Choi's dead body. He had it clasped tightly in his hand.", Taehyung stated, "I have seen Amber has exactly the same pendant so I doubled that it may be hers but to my dismay she has her pendant with her."

"Jin stared at his brother with utter shock for few moments then again averted his eyes on the pendant.

"She reacted oddly after looking at this pendant and then passed out. Now doctor is saying that her blood pressure shot up. I mean how could her blood pressure rise up like this when I just asked if she knows whose pendant is this?", Taehyung continued rubbing his chin.

Jin couldn't believe what he was listening. The pendant which was in his hand was an unique glow pendant, which only created by the makers on special order. Nevertheless, the maker got order to make only two pieces from the owner of that pendant.

Jin's hand which has held the pendant shuddered a little. He gasped for air, placing his hand on his chest. Taehyung and Jungkook both shared a confused look among themselves and then diverted their eyes back to Jin, who was on the verge of crying.

Taehyung extended his hand to touch Jin's trembling hand but before he could reach to him, Jin turned and dashed into the ward in a lightning speed. Taehyung was left dumbfound. He couldn't process what exactly just happened. He ruffled his hair frustratingly.

"Who's pendant is it? Why they are behaving so insane?", he muttered under his breath but as the vicinity was calm enough to make his words audible to the other flabbergasted male.

"I think they knew whose it is?"

Jungkook's voice grabbed his attention and made him realise that he was not alone there. He lifted his eyeballs towards the bodyguard and gave him a nod.

At that moment, one nurse exited from the cabin and Jungkook immediately stopped her asking, "Can we go inside?", he pointed him and Taehyung.

The nurse stared at both of them. She knew both of them very well so she replied in a soft voice, "Yes...but don't disturb the patient. She needs rest."

Both of them nodded and padded inside the cabin.
