She swirled her head towards Jungkook and again back to that person with her wide opened eyes and mouth.

Jungkook felt eyes on him so his eyes unconsciously moved towards the pair of big dark brown almond orbs which were on him all wide open in astonishment.

Immediately, the loving smile on Jungkook's lips faded away and he straighten himself. Clearing his throat, he flickered his eyes everywhere in the room instead of Amber.

When Amber noticed his discomfort, her stunned expression changed completely to a teasing smirk dancing on her lips while a smugy wriggle on her eyebrows.

Jungkook tried to shrug it off but Amber's teasing gaze didn't let him to do so...so he finally let out a defeated sigh and smiled sheepishly.

"Sooo~~~", she sang excitedly, "...you like Yoongi oppa!"

"Hey...shh...shh...", Jungkook immediately kept his glass on the table placed at the corner and put his hand on her lips, "...don't yell out this secret."

Amber removed his hand from her lips and pouted, "Why? Didn't Yoongi oppa know it?"

Jungkook hit her head lightly, "If hyung knew then why it would be a secret...duh?"

"But why you didn't told him?", she asked, rubbing her head where Jungkook hit her.

"Because I'm scared...scared of his rejection. Don't forget he was my senior. What if he thinks about me just as a younger brother?!"

"Woah...the Jeon Jungkook...the most efficient agent of his agency is scared of his crush's rejection. Woah...its a breaking news."

"Amy...", Jungkook held her arm while eyeing the people around him, "...please don't tell him anything. Please...please!", he pleaded and joined his hands infront of his chest.

Amber squinted her eyes on Jungkook but then pressed her lips in a thin line, "OK...promise! I won't say anyone anything. But you also promise me one thing that you'll soon confess your feelings infront of Yoongi oppa."

"Huh...what? No...no way.", Jungkook was about to leave but Amber grabbed his arm, "No...just listen to me. You have to agree with me otherwise I'm going to tell oppa about your secret right now."

Then Amber loosened her grip on his arm and stepped towards Yoongi. But before she could take the second step Jungkook stopped her by stepping infront of her.

"No...no...no...you're not going to say anything to him. Do you want me to die?", he said anxiously with a slight hint of fear in his voice.

"Jungkook, its not happening. You should confess your feelings to oppa. What if he also like you?!"

"Its not that easy how it seems.", Jungkook shook his head, "But if you promise me that you'll not gonna say anything to Yoongi hyung then I also promise you that I'll try to overcome my fear and confess my feelings infront of him."

Amber's face lit up and she grinned widely. She nodded her head as approval of their deal. Jungkook gazed at her and then shifted his gaze to Yoongi who was happily sipping his drink and chatting being oblivion to the deal between Amber and Jungkook. He sighed distressedly.

"Amy...", suddenly Namjoon called her which interrupted their conversation, "...come here, sweetie."

Both of them obliged and stalked near to her brothers who were talking to other businessmen with Mr. Choi. He smirked at her and bite his lower lip while eyeing her from tip to toe.

Amber shifted her gaze from him to the others. She felt disgusted to his sickening stare at her. She cursed herself mentally for wearing that short revealing dress.

"Hello, Miss Amber. Nice to meet you.", she bowed to them, "You're looking stunning in this outfit."

They complimented her to which she smiled awkwardly. Jin understood her discomfort so he simply dragged her near to him and put his hand on her back. Amber glanced at him and smiled fondly to which Jin responded with a light bump on her head with his head.

"Hello...gentlemen, Did I miss anything?", abruptly a familiar deep husky voice grabbed her attention and she snapped her head towards the direction of the voice.

Her eyes popped out of its sockets and she gasped hard, when she saw the owner of that deep husky voice.

"Hello...Mr. Kim Taehyung. What a pleasant surprise?! Thank you for accepting my party invitation."

Mr. Choi extended his hand towards Taehyung and both of them shook their hands with warm smiles dancing on their lips.

"Its my pleasure, Mr. Choi. Thank you for inviting.", then he turned towards Jimin, "He is Park Jimin, my PA."

"Ohh...hello, youngman. So that day I talked to you...isn't it?!", Mr. Choi grinned as he shook his hand with Jimin.

"Its like a family gathering.", he spoke as he turned towards Namjoon and Jin.

Namjoon has his poker face as soon as he sae Taehyung. Jin was also little tensed out but tried his best to cover it and as for Amber...she has immediately hidden behind Jin the second she saw Taehyung.

Taehyung swivelled his head towards his hyungs and smirked at them. Eventually his eyes met with his favourite pair of almond dark brown orbs which were peeking him from behind the well built body of his hyung.

The instant their eyes met Taehyung's smirk changed to a loving smile. He kept staring at her eyes and would have continued staring if Jimin haven't chimed in.

"Hello...Mr. Kim and Dr. Kim. I have heard alot about you two. Today I got the chance to meet you both in person.", Jimin bowed to the Kims couple showing his cute eye to eye smile.

In return Namjoon and Jin also flashed their smiles and they both shook their hands with Jimin which made Taehyung to roll his eyes. Then Jimin turned towards Amber.

"Hello...Miss Amber. Its nice to meet you too."

On Jimin's words everybody's eyes turned towards Amber.

"Amy, what are you doing behind me?", Jin asked while moving aside and pulling her infront.

She smiled nervously at Jimin and bowed to him, fidelling her fingers. She flickered her eyes among all the faces staring at her. But as soon as her eyes met with Taehyung's she immediately lowered her eyes towards her fingers.

Taehyung stared at her completely awestruck. He chuckled mentally on how nervous she was. He glanced at her from tip to toe with a grin.

Taehyung's POV:
She was looking stunning in that black short tulle dress. The sweetheart neckline was revealing her milky white smooth skin of her neck and shoulder areas, exposing her collar bones to its full glory.

The dress has hugged her body perfectly and displayed her perfect curves. She was looking so sexy and hot in that dress but with her cute almond eyes she was looking so innocent.

*'How can be someone so adorable without even trying to be?!'*

I was seriously beholding myself from sprinting to her and engulfing her in my tight embrace. Just wanted to hide her from everyone so that no one would be able to see her and it'll be just me who would be able to see her innocent beauty.

She was constantly moving her eyeballs everywhere but me... continuously fidelling her fingers. Hyung has kept his hand on her back and the moment when I noticed it I don't know why but a wave of annoyance ran through my body.

I clenched my fists to restrain my strong urge to yank his hand from her back.

Suddenly I heard her giggling to something that Jimin said.

*'Aishh this mochi...sometimes I just wanna kick his ass. Waah...cracking jokes...OK...just let me get back then I'll also hear those jokes.'*

I glared him with dagger in my eyes.

*'Showing new talents to my girl...huh?!....ohh...wait...what m I thinking? Aishh...I think I need a drink.'*

Thinking that I excused myself from everyone and was about to turn away when my eyes fell on Mr. Choi.

He was staring at Amber from tip to toe and bitting his lips. His eyes were full with lust. He was watching her like a predator watching its prey.

I scrunched my face in disgust.

*'Bloody scoundrel!'*

Staring her with such hineous look. And this girl also what was the need to wear that revealing short dress, exposing so much skin. She should have left her hair open. It must have covered her exposed part.

I knew it already that Choi was a disgust man but he would lay his henious eyes on his business partner's sister, who is almost half of his own age, I have never imagined it. Seriously, this dude has got some guts to even think like that about someone like Kim Amber.

I thought to cover up Amber from Choi's lustful stares but before I could act I saw Amber's bodyguard, that Jeon guy stood infront of her and blocked her from Choi's view.

Again a wave of anger or jealousy ran in my body. I clenched my jaw hard.

*'Why I'm feeling like this for her? Why I'm getting annoyed when someone goes near to her? I'm going insane. I should get some drink to keep myself in place.'*

I stalked to the drink section and asked for a cocktail. The waiter served me my drink and as I took my first sip of the drink. I saw Amber's bodyguard came there.

He ordered his drinks and the waiter left the counter to get his drinks.

"Hello...myself Kim Taehyung.", I extended my hand to him for a handshake.

"Hi...I'm Jeon Jungkook.", he clasped his hand with mine and shook, "I'm Miss Amber's bo....", I cut off his words before he could finish, "Bodyguard. I know...", his eyebrows crimped, "...everybody in corporate world knows it. After all Kim Namjoon is a quite famous name in the corporate world.", I spoke as I gaze my drink while twirling the glass.

I glanced at him through the corner of my eyes. He twitched eyebrows ironed out on hearing my words.

"By the way, you're good in your job. I mean I saw how you covered her by standing infront of her and protected her from the lustful glares of Choi."

He snapped his head towards me with surprise. I chuckled and sipped my drink.

"I have also noticed Choi's lustful glares and trust me it disgusted me to the core but before I could do anything you got into action."

He grinned and lowered his head, "What would you expect from a bodyguard, Mr. Kim?! Its my duty to protect her from anything."

"Here's your drinks, sir.", the waiter interrupted our little talk show.

He nodded with a smile and was about to turn with the drinks when we both heard giggles near to us. Both Jimin and Amber has came to us and to my dissatisfaction both of them were giggling. I sighed rolling my eyes.

But Amber immediately stopped giggling the second she noticed me sitting on the tool beside Jungkook. She instantly reacted to my gaze and hurriedly scurried besides Jungkook.

*'She'll be my death...did you all hear that?! If you ever get the news of my death then just remember that she is the reason...her cuteness is the reason...Kim Amber has killed me with her cuteness.'*

I couldn't believe a girl who was wearing such a revealing short dress, looking so sexy but yet so innocent.

One part of me wanted to drag her to the corner and kiss her like there is no tomorrow but another part wanted to protect her and keep her in the shield of my embrace.

Jimin nudged me with his elbow on my tricep, breaking the strings of my confused thoughts.

When I came back to the present, I found Jungkook and Amber were not there. I was all alone with Jimin.

"She's a nice girl. No doubt why she helped you even if you were a stranger for her.", Jimin sipped his drink.

Ohh...with that I remember how he made Amber giggle.

I croocked my eyebrow and tilted my head slightly. He watched me with confused look.

"What??", he shrugged his shoulder.

"You got a new talent, Jimin and you didn't told me?", I mocked at him.

"New talent? What are you saying?", his was clueless about what I was saying.

"Yes...new talent. Cracking jokes and making girls laugh.", I glared at him with fire in my eyes, "You never told me any joke to make me laugh...not even to Hoseok hyung. Can I know why the hell you were getting too comfortable to her?"

In this chapter we got some yoonkook....btw do you all like this ship or not??? I think its the most underrated ship...I feel yoongi and jungkook has a mutual bonding between them because both of them hates to study...lolz...n both of them accepted that fact openly infront of the armys...Yoongi undrstnd what Jungkook has gone through as being an idol in a very young age so he always supports him and encourage him.
Aaahhh...I just love this ship alot infact I love to ship all bts members among themselves...🤭
