For those who follow me on Instagram, this character is one of the 8 characters for my project #reaper_hunt!

His name is Neptune, and is one of the more powerful witches in my universe! He loves astronomy and is very reserved. With him, he always carries his glass wand, family spell book (with their crest on the cover) and his colour-changing ink and quill.

The tattoos on his back are used generally across creation magic users. Depending on what tattoo you have, you are able to summon or 'create' the object/animal. Summoning animals is significantly more difficult than summoning objects. Most Animal Creators can only have 1-2 animals tattooed, but Neptune (after rigorous training by his father) is able to summon 5 animals closely related to witchcraft; a Leopard, a Black Hound/Wolf, a Snake, a Raven and a Butterfly. Along with that, he is also able to use spells from his spell book to do defensive spells and can cast hexes. The crescent sign allows the tattoos to be used by magic users and is most of the time associated with them.
When using his spells, his usually dark blue with gold flecked eyes turn an icy blue uwuwu
