| Cut

Cover Judge: Oh. Ohhhh.

Where did you find that!? Who made that cover?! You have to tell me. That is simply amazing, I love it.

But did you change it slightly? I remember it having a stronger blue filter, which gave it a colder vibe and made it stand out better.

(side note: why is the title called "Cut"? it doesn't seem fit for a dystopian style...and doesn't let too much in either)

[Stuart Gibbs, come in, do you hear me? I have found an Erica.]

Blurb Judge: Ahah, a new SYSTEM? System = evil in dystopia, let's see how this turns out.

They become a "Lower"? Is that just a random label, like "Divergent" or "Faction-less"?

I don't like the name Rebecca. That's just a personal opinion, but from the cover, if Rebecca turns out to be a cliche, butt-kicking, headstrong, ice queen whatever type of girl, I don't think the name fits.

No need for apstrophe.

Bla bla, typical summary while threatening the protagonists, yeah. Let's see.

Ha. Haha. Mil-dood.

Why is that funny again?

Wooh, okay. Very long description right here.

There are the combat boots! Where's the black jacket, ripped jeans, leather belt and gun?

A twin with ginger hair and freckles? That reminds me of something...*cough* Fred *cough* George.

Okay, 2nd chapter is in pretty good so far.

There's a couple eventless, slow chapters but I keep going because I'm hoping for some action.

Some swearing.

Eating soup with fork and knife.

This whole thing is different from what I expected. Maybe it's the cover that's blowing stuff up. I'm still intrigued for some reason.

Why do you sign yourself "da svidahnia"? What even is that?

Rare grammar mistakes; I've corrected them in comments.

Summary: Interesting and frustratingly never what I expected it to be. I don't know if that's a positive thing.
