Fern is an OC created by this user, -----Fiona----- here is her description.

Fern is a female Human Pokémon. She has an Eevee form and a Leafeon form and is currently a creepypasta.

I don't know much about creepypasta's, but I know the basics so I'll give it a shot!

I'll start with appearance, I did some extensive research on Leafeon to find some very interesting qualities. Im not sure why you picked Leafeon as the Pokémon it would evolve into, all Pokédex entries ever, Bulbapidia, the Anime Show, and other sources say that Leafeon either does not fight or does not like to do so. Though I'm not sure what your OC went through to become half human half Pokémon. If I had to guess I'd say it was a failed experiment on Pokémon genetics when scientists were trying to create Mewtwo. Perhaps they chose an Eevee sense there were so many things it could evolve into and they were trying to force evolution just from DNA extracted from fossils. Yes there are methods of forced evolution that are commonly used on Eevees such as Fire Stone's for Flareon but that is an actual existing evolution and Mewtwo was completely manmade.
Anyway Mewtwo ended up hating the humans and wreaked havoc as seen in the movie. It would make sense that Fern would not like them as well and feel negatively towards humans for the rest of her life. But I'm not trying to create your character here XD.
It's quite interesting that she would be half human, half Pokémon, the way I imagine her kind of seems like a Yo-kai. A supernatural monster from Japanese folklore that many Pokémon designs, such a Mawile, were based off of. If legends and stories of her actions have been spread about Fern, then it would make sense for people to be afraid of her.

The fact that Fern is female is a little rare, considering there is an 87% chance of Leafeon being male, but it's always possible.

Now for the name, I definitely think Fern is a fitting name for this character. Ferns are beautiful like I'd think your character, maybe mystical as well. Leafeon is more plant than animal so they actually go through the process of photosynthesis and the plant name defiantly helps establish the roots of it's kind, no pun intended.

About the creepypasta part, I don't fully know this character's story but it defiantly has potential to be a very dangerous OC. I think Fern might draw people in with her beauty then wreak havoc on anyone who dare get close enough. It's also credible (In the world it comes from). This character is completely possible in the Pokémon world and isn't li an example I saw online of a possessed teddy bear or something like that.

Over all I give Fern a 7/10 Great work!
