Do We Have To?

"Since our supplies are destroyed-" Hookfang whined slightly. "No it's okay. But we need to go back to Berk to get some more." Toothless' eyes widened. He then growled as if to say, 'Do we have to? You just got away from that hell-hole and you wanna go back?! You're insane!' Hiccup sighed. "We need to get some more stuff. We can head of at Sunset that way we get there when it's dark and when everyone is asleep. Is that okay?" He asked. Toothless hugged but nodded. So they prepared. Hiccup put on a hood incase anyone saw him.

As the sun set they headed off, but not before telling the Terrors and Hookfang. They flew off in the direction of Berk. The sun had now fully set as they saw Berk. They landed quietly incase anyone was out. "I'll meet you in the cove." Hiccup whispered. Hiccup snuck to the Grand Hall and saw the towns people and Stoick there having a meeting and from what it sounded like, it was about the nest and... him?! 'No. They wouldn't care if I left!' He then ran to his old house. He got to his room and saw that his dad had put new blankets and a pillow out. He grabbed them and stuffed them into a basket. He then saw something in the corner of his eyes. He looked over and saw an axe.

There was a note that said,

Hiccup,

I know you won't return but this was made by Astrid with the help of Gobber. She wants you to have it. Please take care. And I know I wasn't much of a father to you.

Hiccup smiled at the note and grabbed the axe. He clipped it to his back and left, but not without taking another basket, a few more tools and some more clothes that his dad put in his wardrobe for him incase he came back. He quickly left. He ran to the forge and grabbed some more leather. He noticed Gobber's old hand and leg on the side. That made him smile to know that his gift was useful. He then grabbed a lot more iron and even grabbed a bunch of buckets incase that incident ever happened again, he could set up a trip wire so that trees would be doused in water. He stuffed it all in the basket. He then thought of all the food in the Grand Hall. He couldn't go there until the meeting was done. In the meantime he grabbed more iron and stuffed it in the basket. He quietly left the forge, making sure to not make a sound. "Hiccup?" Someone said. He turned around and saw Astrid holding her axe. The one he gave her. "Hiccup!" She hugged him tightly. "I'm so glad you're back!" He put a finger to her lips. "I'm only here to get some more supplies. I... uh... lets just say they were destroyed." He said. Astrid grew sad. "Well I'm coming with you." She said determined. "What about Berk and your family?" He asked. "Don't care about Berk or my family. They don't like me since I lost dragon training." "Yeah sorry." "No it's okay. Oh and I live the axe you gave me. So light I thought it wouldn't work but it's better then my other one!" She said happily. E smiled. "Okay then. Grab what you need and meet me at the cove. Toothless is there. I will meet you in a few minutes. I'm just going to grab food from the Grand Hall." He snuck off and Astrid ran to her house grabbing everything she could fit in her basket. She ran back to the cove and saw Toothless. "Toothless!" She said happily and the dragon smiled. "I'm coming with you. Don't worry. Hiccup knows. I'm gonna go see where he is. I'll be back." (Puts on terminator glasses. No? Just me?)

I hope you enjoyed. See y'all later! Bye!
