A/N POV --

"Jimin-ah, you should've seen Hobi hyung posing in that hat. He looked so funny!" Tae said and cackled.

"It was a cute hat by the way!" Hoseok protested.

"Hyung it wasn't cute it was funny!" Tae said laughing harder

"Yeah right! It was hilarious!" You joined Tae.

You both laughed as the image of hobi wearing that hat popped in your heads.

The three of went to the mall today. you guys were telling the boys about your visit to the mall and how fun it was. It was almost 9:30pm. After talking to Jimin in the morning you asked the boys, except Jungkook because he already had plans, to go out. Luckily Tae and Hoseok said agreed with you to go to the mall. You left soon after Jungkook left. You had a lot of fun with Tae and hobi. The rest of the boys said they wanted to rest on Sunday.

"Looks like you enjoyed your sunday?" Jimin said.

"Yes I did!" You grinned.

"Well that's good to hear. I hope they took good care of you" Jin said smiling at the younger ones.

You and Tae smiled to each other  and said "Hobi was incharge of taking care of us!" 

"Hyung these two are really hard to handle." Hobi confessed making the rest of you burst in laughter.

"Uh anyone knows where Jungkookie is?" Namjoon asked.

Some of the boys shook their heads while the others said no.

"I tried calling him but he isn't answering." Jimin told everyone.

"But its already getting late." Jin exclaimed.

Jimin nodded and looked at his phone hoping for a call from his brother. He doesn't stay out till late night. Jimin was starting to have this uneasy feeling but tried to think positive. Jungkook wasn't a child anymore. He is a 21 year old boy, a grown adult. But to his Jimin hyung and rest of his hyung he'll always be the little kookie who whines after losing a game or when he doesn't get his banana milk.

"Oppa?"

"Jimin oppa?" You called out when you saw him spacing out. The rest of the boys noticed.

"Jimin-ah" Jin called and shook him a little.

"Huh? What?" Jimin flinched a little as he snapped back to reality.

"Don't worry he'll be fine" Jin assured the younger one. And all Jimin did was nod in response.

"Hyung do you think he's fine? What if something happened?" Jimin asked to his hyung.

"Don't worry Jimin, just think positive." The oldest member patted his back.

Jimin was being all restless over the thought of Jungkook not returning home. It was past 11:30 now. He continuously paced back and forth in the living room trying to
get in contact with their youngest boy.

Jin was worried too. He had to console Jimin to stay strong. You were in your room. They said you need to go to school so you should go to bed. But you weren't sleeping.
You couldn't sleep, you worried about your brother.

Light footsteps were heard by the boys as their heads turned to the direction of the stairs. You came down and went to Jimin with teary eyes. Your head was playing the clip of the night when your mom, dad and Jimin went out and got into an accident. It was getting late that night too. Jungkook was getting tensed that night just how Jimin was getting tensed today. You hated that everything was replaying again.

"...Oppa" you whimpered.

Jimin hugged you and rubbed your back gently.

"Why are you still up? You should be sleeping" he said.

"I'm scared....kookie..." You said as a tear rolled down your cheek.

Jimin bit his lip, he was scared too.

"Don't be scared princess, oppa is here. Nothing will be wrong." He assured you.

Your hands wrapped around his big figure, as you hugged him tightly. He placed his chin on top of your head. His eyes had tears but he couldn't show you that. The rest of the boys just looked at both of you with sympathetic eyes.

"Oppa..?" You called out slowly.

Jimin hummed in response and waited for you to speak. You pulled away from the hug and stared at the floor before speaking.

"Remember when you went out with mom and dad that day and me and kookie were alone." You started, your eyes were pinned on the marble flooring of the room. Jimin and the boys were silent, only the breathings were heard when you paused. "We kept waiting for you, but you were taking too long. Kookie was continuously dialling your numbers hoping anyone of you would answer. But none of you did. I was scared, So Jungkook suggested watching a movie. He thought it would divert my mind. And it did. I fell asleep. But when I woke in the morning there was no Jungkook."

You didn't know yourself as to why you were telling them this. But you just thought this would help them understand that you're scared and don't want anything bad to happen. So you continued...

"I read his text...you, mom and dad had gotten into an accident." You sniffed and a tears brimmed your eyes. Jimin also had tears, trying hard not sob. The boys sat there like a statue. No one else dared to speak. You continued this time looking in Jimin's eyes "I felt like everything inside me had collapsed. I wanted it to be a bad dream but it was true... unfortunately. Then I came to know mom and dad passed away and you were injured. I  was so scared when I saw you lying on the hospital bed, I can't describe it in words. But I'm feeling scared right now...like I felt that night." You broke down, letting the tears flow.

Jimin was fast enough to capture in his warm embrace. He cried too. The boys were also in tears.

"I don't wanna feel like that again oppa." You said between sobs.

"Shh... Everything will be okay." Jimin said, trying to comfort you.

After a few minutes of Jimin whispering comforting words and gently rubbling your back, you finally calmed down. Now you were sleeping in his arms with your head placed on his chest.

That's when Jimin's phone vibrated. He mentally prayed it to be Jungkook. 

"Hyung can you please take it for me?" Jimin almost whispered to Yoongi who was near the table where his phone was. Jimin's hands were busy holding you, so he couldn't take his phone.

Yoongi nodded and answered, keeping the phone on speaker.

"Hello?" Yoongi spoke.

"Hello, am I speaking to Jeon Jungkook's brother Mr.Jimin?" The man asked.

As soon as he mentioned Jungkook's name, the boys attention grew 100% towards the voice.

"Yes I'm Jimin, and you are?" Jimin asked while he slightly shifted you to his side so that he can easily lean near the phone which Yoongi was holding.

"Well, Mr. Jimin I'm officer Choi and your younger brother is here with me in the police station." The man said.

'police station?' the boys thought giving each other confused looks

"Sorry?" Jimin didn't know how to respond to that.

"Yes Mr.Jeon, your brother is caught in a case of Drunk-driving with his friends, which has created some problem" the man paused for a second and then continued "and I don't like saying it but there's more to why he's here. I would highly appreciate if you could make it here and clear things off."

"Yeah sure I'll be there as soon as possible. Thanks for informing me." Jimin said

"That's our job Mr.Jeon."

And he hung up.

Jimin looked at his hyung as he kept the phone back.

"I'll come with you." Yoongi said.

"Yeah that's a good idea." Jin said.

"I think Namjoon should come to." Yoongi added.

Jimin nodded. Then he remembered about you. He glanced at his side, you were sleeping peacefully. He sighed and carried you bridal style to your room.

"Hyung please take care of her if she wakes up." Jimin said to Jin with trusting eyes.

"Ofcourse chim. Don't worry." Jin assured him.

"Go now." Tae said.

Jimin nodded and headed out with Yoongi and Namjoon.

The car ride was unusually quiet. Jimin was worried thinking if Jungkook was okay or not. Namjoon kept glancing at Jimin from time to time. Yoongi's eyes were fixed on the road in front of them as he drove to the police station.
