So it's been a hot minute since I last wrote here...
I haven't been having too many issues with OCD, thanks to my depression making me feel emotions a lot less.
But I am going to try a yoga class or something-- My therapist thinks it'd be good to A) exercise, and B) socialize. So that'll probably happen soon???
Everything feels like it's slowly been falling by the wayside, though... My depression makes me not want to do anything to keep fixing OCD, so I'm taking a few steps back in progress. But hey, when depression is sorted, I can get back to OCD.
I also plan on doing the Red Whale challenge, which involves positivity and self-appreciation. It was designed to counter the Blue Whale challenge (involving self harm, hate, and ultimately suicide). If anyone wants to see the RWC, I can send a link via DMs.
