Well, I have a sorta overwhelming week ahead...
Combine severe introversion and OCD for a good time with people!
It's a big change in my routine, and... Ack.
I might be visiting some kind of mine on Wednesday, and my OCD was having a field day with that.
"What if they cave collapses and I die a slow death?"
"What if I lose some stuff on the trip, like my glasses?"
Then those lead to OTHER obsessions.
I got so overwhelmed that I started crying a little when I tried to explain the issue to my family...
Welp.
Oh well! I have a therapy visit Tuesday, so I'll ask my therapist about it.

Though the weirdest thing happened before all that... I was trying not to panic over some other obsessions (mostly freaking out over body worries), and my favorite song starts playing.
"I Will Survive"
Then that song called "Home"
Perfect timing, radio!
