Chapter Three

Katherine should of won an award for the amount of times she rolled her eyes at this guy.

"I'se seen ya pretty face before I just know it." He said coming closer to her. It was a small enough space as it was but having three people in there at once made Katherine feel to close for comfort

"I don't know you and you don't know me. So leave me alone, shoo!" She said making a sweeping motion with her hands.

"Fine I'll go, but not until you tell me ya name." He said smiling at her, his eyes were a deep blue and was the exact shade of the ocean thousands of feet below.

"Katherine... Plumber." She said grabbing a last name out of thin air.

"What's da matter ain't ya sure?" He asked propping an arm on the wall behind her making her roll her eyes.

"Oh I'm sure." Katherine lied. "Now go away."

"Ok, I'm Jack by the way." He said stretching out other hand to her.

"I know." She said shaking it.

"You know?" Jack asked smirking. "Ya been followin' me?"

Katherine rolled her eyes.

"Um, no. I've been talking with your friend David over there and he told me who you were." Katherine said shifting her weight. She could feel the blue paint on her shirt starting to dry and she hoped who ever was in the bathroom would get out soon. The blonde woman was still waiting patiently in front of her and Jack.

"Davey? I neva would a guessed it. He actually got through a conversation with a girl with out passing out? Wow, cheers to him." Jack said leaning against the wall next to her.

"Weren't you leaving?" She asked annoyed. She could already tell what kind of a guy he was and she knew she didn't want to be alone in a room with him.

"He is, sorry Katherine." David said coming up behind Jack.

"Davey! We were just talking about you!" Jack said slapping his best friends back and making David wince. There was a deep apology in David's eyes and he seemed to be saying to Katherine 'please forgive my idiot best friend. He can't help himself'

"It's ok David." Katherine said giving him a sweet smile.

"Hey I jus' wanted to talk to her." Jack said defensively.

"You just want to talk to every girl you see."

"Don't you want ta talk to em'?"

"No I'd rather take the time to distinguish the good ones from the bad ones." David replied and with that the two launched into an argument.

Katherine backed up farther into the tiny space getting dangerously close to being a pancake.

"Excuse me mam but your standing on my dress." The blonde woman said politely.

"Goodness I'm sorry." Katherine apologized and got off her dress. Poor girl, all she probably wanted to do was go to the bathroom and here she was smashed against the wall with four people in a tiny space while two of those people argued.

"What's going on?" A voice called from behind the two arguing boys. It was the blonde kid with the crutch.

Katherine was smashed farther into the wall as Crutchie wormed his way in too, she was now uncomfortably close to Jack but he seemed to occupied in fighting with David to notice. Katherine felt something stab her side and she looked down to find a door nob, she quickly reached down and opened it up to find an empty cabin. She gladly stepped into the cabin then frowned when the boys followed her in... still arguing. Crutchie smiled at her and limped over to an empty seat and sat down, she glanced out nervously at the other five people in the main cabin. There was a young couple holding a baby and another elderly couple the older woman's head proper on the mans as they slept. The sight made her happy but she was still nervous about someone finding them back here.

"Remember that time you made me wait for you for a whole hour while you tried to flirt with that manager lady?" Katherine heard David ask Jack impatiently.

"What dose that have to do with anything?!?" Jack asked sounding annoyed.

Katherine was just about to interrupt with their argument when all of the sudden the plane shuttered under there feet. All conversation seemed to stop instantly as they felt the plain shutter and splutter again. Katherine heard the piercing cry of the baby from in the main cabin and her heart jumped into her throat. David, Jack, and Crutchies eyes were fixed on Katherine as a voice came on from over head.

"Everyone remain calm and make your way back to your seats. Please be sure to strap yourselves in with the-" The voice was suddenly cut of as the entire plain seemed to smash into some invisible force coming from outside. Katherine stumbled into the seat next to Crutchie and smacked her head against something hard. The blonde woman who had been waiting in line got the worse end of the fall, her foot caught on her dress and she was practically thrown over two rows of empty seats. Screams sounded from the main cabin as yellow oxygen masks fell from the celling.

"Katherine!" David shouted and grabbed her arm. Jack was hoisting Crutchie back to his feet as the plane shuttered again, Katherine's head span as she got back to her feet. "We need to get back to our seats!" He said frantically.

"But what about that woman?!" Katherine said desperately looking for the blonde woman who had been tossed over the seats.

"I will go get-"

But before he could finish his sentence the plane jerked again and she too was tossed over the seats like a rag doll. Her vision tunneled as the bullet proof windows burst open.

As soon as she felt the pressure change she blacked out.
