Anyway, I don't have an excuse for not updating to be honest ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm just lazy and too occupied to make a chapter (￣ヘ￣)

But, I hope you guys enjoy this chapter even though I had to rewrite this for the 11th time xD

Anger risen up and death was everywhere around them, infront of her was a boy who she loves dearly to the very core of her being.

But what she was looking at is not him, but a person who is brainwashed by her evil counterpart.

"A-Ash? What happened to you?!" Serena exclaimed as her eyes started welling up in tears, the raven head merely smirked and pulled out a Pokeball from his belt and summoned his number one Pokémon besides Pikachu, Greninja.

Like Ash, Greninja also looked different and was acting differently aswell. It was as if their hearts were carved out and was put back by darkness within his soul.

And it was all her fault.

"What happened to me? I just realized that we were fighting for the wrong side, the wrong ideal my dear Serena. Our ideal should have been putting this world back into it's former glory once again!!" The raven head exclaimed with a twisted smile and a maniacal laugh that made her cringe.

'This....this isn't Ash...no, I refuse for him to be like this!!!' Anger continued to rise up from within the girl as she grits her teeth, her eyes glared daggers at Ash and she sent out her trusted companions.

Ash smirked and looked at Greninja, Greninja nods and a water tornado surrounded him and was transformed into the one and only Ash-Greninja.

Serena clenched her fist while Ash continued to laugh in such a wicked tone that it was as if he was a stranger to Serena.

Is this person right infront of her really Ash himself?

"Join me Serena, join me and we can rule the world with Arithn together!!" Ash exclaimed and extended his hand towards her, but Serena turned her back at him while tears run down her cheeks.

"Why should I join you? You're not the Ash Ketchum I know who never gives up!!" Serena exclaimed quickly facing him once more with a pained expression plastered on her face.

Her lip quivered and her body trembled, she was angry and in despair from all of this and Ash wasn't helping from being controlled by the mastermind of this mess.

Ash simply looks at Greninja and with just a nod, Greninja disappears and reappears behind Serena and quickly strangled her by the neck.

"Yeah, the Ash you know wasn't the real person at all!! You have no idea what I'm feeling right now Serena!!" The boy exclaimed with a hint of hurt in his voice which caught Serena's attention despite being choked to death by her lover's Pokémon.

"T-Then t-tell me a-b-about it!! The Ash I know would be an honest person towards his truest friends!! And HE WILL NEVER GIVE UP ASWELL!!" Her words felt like daggers piercing his heart as her voice was both angelic and stern from her serious expression and her angered aura emanating from her, it was clear that Serena had enough of this...

But that doesn't Ash would easily break free from the grasps of the darkened king.

Ash returned Greninja back into its ball and turned away from the girl. Serena fell on her knees and started coughing and panting heavily, she shots her head up and watch Ash walk away from her.

"Ash?" Serena weakly called out as she held out her arm to reach for him, her vision was beginning to blur out and her body was becoming numb.

Ash glances at the girl for the last time with a tear running down to his cheek he said..

"The new world will be my new dream, even if it means erasing you to achieve it my dear Serena"

Then he continued on walking away from the love of his life. Serena weakly sat on the ground fighting to stay awake and chase him to wake him up, but the more she tried the harder it got. The last thing she knew, it was black once again...

And she was back into the chamber of darkness..

With words telling her to never give up till' the end.
