Y/n Li was on a boat from Foshan, he was moving to Vale to live independently and to open up a martial arts school. He looked out at the sea as he heard then ocean roar, he then look out and sighed

Y/n: "Don't go to far Raphtalia!"

A raccoon faunus stomped towards Y/n, she had some casual clothes and had a sword hanging from her hip. She pouted

Raphtalia: "I can go off on my own!"

Y/n: "Look, we're off to a city that we have no clue about so we have to be careful"

Raphtalia nodded as she sighed, Y/n just smiled and bent to her face level.

Y/n: "Tell you what, how about after we settle in I get you something from Vale and go out for ice cream later"

Raphtalia smiled as she nodded, Y/n pat her head

Captain: "Land ho!"

Raphtalia and Y/n ran to the front of the ship and looked out, they saw Vale and the lights of the building shining in the night.

Y/n: "Let's get our things and get ready"

Raphtalia nodded as they walked to their bunk, Raphtalia picked up her luggage and some equipment while Y/n also picked up his luggage, equipment and weapons. The ship then stopped at the docks and Y/n and Raphtalia got off the ship

Y/n: "Remember to stay with me at all times, okay?"

Raphtalia: "Okay!"

Y/n and Raphtalia walked to find a place to rest for the night, he then felt something off.

Raphtalia: "What's wrong Y/n?"

Y/n stayed silent as he looked around, he placed his items on the ground gently. He then saw something shift forward at the two of them.

Y/n: "Duck!"

Raphtalia ducked as Y/n blocked a punch from what looked like to be a thug, a female thug more specifically; she had some large bracelets on her wrists

???: "You're quick, but are you quick enough?"

Y/n threw a side kick at her torso creating some distance, he brought his hands up in front of him making a Wing Chun stance

Y/n: "I don't know who you are, but you stay the hell away from me and my sister!"

The woman looked at Raphtalia who was standing near Y/n with her sword ready, she smirked

Yang: "That's your sister? I might just take her with me after your out cold"

Y/n tightened his hands into a fist going into his Muay Thai stance, the girl tried to punch him again but then Y/n misdirected it and threw a knee at her stomach making her hunch back. Y/n threw a haymaker at her knocking her to the side. Yang growled as she got into a stance as Y/n got into a boxing stance, Yang threw quick jabs and powerful hooks but Y/n bobbed and weaved passed all of them and threw an elbow at her chin. Yang's eyes turned red as her bracelets extended into gauntlets and of course Y/n took out his bladed gunfas

Yang: "I'm gonna beat you until you-"

She then blocked a step up side kick from Y/n and tried to shoot him with her gun part of her gauntlet, Y/n blocked it with his tonfa as he continued to jab and slash at Yang. Yang then threw an uppercut that connected to Y/n's chin and flung him backwards.

Raphtalia: "Y/n! Are you okay!?"

Y/n: "Get back!"

Y/n rolled away from Yang's attack and shot her with a stun round, it electrocuted her and put her in paralysis. Y/n panted as he looked at Yang.

Y/n: "What the hell was that for?"

Yang: "This is our turf damnit! Our-"

She was then kicked in the face by Raphtalia, Y/n looked at her with "the look"

Y/n: "That wasn't lady like Raphtalia"

Raphtalia: "I-I'm sorry Y/n I-"

He then pat her head and smiled

Y/n: "But that was pretty funny"

Raphtalia smiled a sweet smile at Y/n that would make anyone's heart melt, he picked up his luggage.

Y/n: "Now let's go to our new home"

-15 min later-

They finally make it to a roomy apartment and get settled it, then they washed up and got ready for bed. Y/n pat Raphtalia head as she was under the covers

Raphtalia: "Are you going to teach me Wing Chun tomorrow?"

Y/n smiled as he nodded

Y/n: "Yes Raphtalia, yes I will"

Raphtalia smiled as she hugged her big brother figure

Raphtalia: "I love you big bro"

Y/n: "I love you too little sis"
