Song- Feel Something

The blood drained out of his father's face.

"Now get. The hell. Off my chair."

Two guards grabbed Lucius' arms, pulling him off the chair and into a wooden chair sitting on the floor ten feet away from the throne.

"Good morning, Mother," Draco said as he sat down on the throne.

His mother's mouth had fallen open, and she was staring at him with a mix of fascination and horror.

Harry smoothly sat on the prince's throne that Draco usually occupied, giving Lucius the coldest smile Draco had ever seen.

"We are here today to discuss the circumstances of Lucius Abraxas Malfoy. Seeing as the royal member usually sitting in as king is indisposed, the crown prince of Durmstrang, Draco Lucius Malfoy, will be stepping in to represent the king's position. Her Majesty the Queen Narcissa Druella Malfoy will be acting as our second judge. Under the circumstances of an inability to produce a third judge, the closest person to the representor for the king, Harry James Potter, will be acting as our third judge. Our audience to witness the trial today consists of Hermione Granger, Ronald Weasley, Neville Longbottom, Ginevra Weasley, Luna Lovegood, Padma Patil, Cedric Diggory, Parvati Patil, Remus Lupin, Cho Chang, Millicent Bulstrode, and Sirius Black. The trial will be transcripted for future reference by myself, Pansy Parkinson."

"That's unfair!" Lucius shouted. "The audience is biased! And you have no evidence against me for any crimes!"

"You yourself allowed the law that said the king, or representative thereof, holds the power of the people in the audience and the outcome of the trial will be decided by opinion," Draco replied.

"I- I didn't know-!"

"Lucius Malfoy, you are hereby convicted of fraud, of assisting in the attempted suicide of Blai- of Blaise Zabini, of conspiring the attempted murder of Blaise Zabini, and of conspiring in the murders of Seamus Finnegan and Dean Thomas. How do you plead?" Draco asked.

Lucius sputtered for several seconds. "Not fucking guilty!"

"Use of explicit language is not allowed in the courtroom, Mr. Malfoy. Please refrain from using such language again."

Pansy opened a piece of paper. "The sentence for said crimes is death. Do our judges need time to discuss?"

"Yes please," Narcissa said, speaking for the first time since they had come in. She turned to Draco, eyes pleading.

"Draco, you cannot sentence your father to death. Please lighten the sentence, or I will be forced to plead him not guilty."

Draco looked at her, studying her panicked face. She had never had to think of the day Lucius would be gone, and now it could be here.

Draco sighed heavily. "The judges have come to our decisions," he said loudly.

"What is the conviction from Mr. Harry Potter?"

"Guilty," Harry replied easily, his cold eyes watching Lucius' mouth fall open.

"What is the conviction from Her Majesty the Queen?"

"Not guilty." Narcissa's voice shook slightly.

"What is the conviction from His Royal Highness?"

"Guilty." Draco's voice rang out around the silent room.

Harry smiled at him supportively. Narcissa inhaled sharply. Lucius glared harshly.

"I'll kill you!" he shouted, standing from his throne, only to be grabbed by the guards.

"Shall I add threatening of the new king of Durmstrang to his list of charges?" Pansy asked, eyes sparkling.

Draco grinned at her, before allowing his eyes to rest on his father.

"Your execution shall be performed at sundown. You have a choice of beheading or firing squad."

"Firing squad," Lucius said coldly.

"Your execution shall be performed at sundown by firing squad. The court is adjourned until our next case of Tom Riddle."
