As time passed by I felt more and more disconnected from the path and the boy I was obsessed with, like it had all been a dream.

I tried making new friends in school, but that turned out to be a lot harder than I thought, because I found it difficult to connect to people.

Except with the guy I met a few days ago. I saw him everywhere, and we had a conversation every time, about schoolwork or movies that he liked and I had never seen before.

As weeks passed, I became good friends with the guy and it turned out we had a lot in common. We could talk for hours and hours straight and for the first time ever, I felt like I had a best friend with whom I could share everything.
