•nina is resourceful, to say the least. her coven puts women on a pedestal, to the point that they don't question their decisions. she's figured out how to use that to her advantage, how to get away with just about everything. she can talk her way out of just about anything, so if you need something done- someone bothering you, you talk to her to get something done about it. no death, of course, just some good... persuasion, maybe seduction. she's not a friend to you without some money though, and she'll deny anything about this.
•her coven is big in the power of seduction, of love, they think it's an art. she's learned to get this art on her side, all through sex appeal. she can get just about anything she wants, can pull out a soft and nurturing side if that's more the person's style. it's simply the way she was raised, told to have as many children as possible, no matter what, she would be a wonderful mother, all the things that her coven preaches to girls. they taught her how to get exactly what she wants, and that doesn't always make nina the best person.
•she can be extremely spoiled too, to the point where she'll lose it to get what she wants. being upper class, she was praised constantly, meant to marry someone else high class to preserve the bloodline, hence the reason she's here, all for power. she's a bit bratty, has rarely been told 'no' in her life, and her attitude reflects that, as she can be extremely condescending and downright bítchy at times.
•that's not to say she's annoying or anything of the such, no, most of the time, nina keeps to herself, keeps her head down and her chin up, lives a quiet life with nobody around except her parents. she knows eventually she'll have to become a mother, have to do all the things expected of her, she just needs some time before that all happens, because she's scared. already an anxious person- though her persona doesn't really give that away- she's terrified of messing up and having the whole coven be ashamed of her.

•nina has lived a relatively calm life in her common, being told she'll grow up to have beautiful children, be an amazing mother since she was a little girl. a few encouraged her to stop her studies because the family is more important, but since her family was wealthy, she was lucky in not doing so like some other girls.
•as mentioned before, her family is quite wealthy, and with that comes a hunger for power from her parents, one that didn't really rub off on nina. she's more content with a quiet life.
•though she's in her "fertile years", after she graduated school, she took a job at the library, somewhere she loves. she helps recommend books and such, and lives in a small house, nowhere near big enough for a family, often her excuse. she wants to live her life for a bit before having any children, after all, she's still technically a teenager. she doesn't always agree with her coven on things- like how extreme the punishments get and the push to have children so early, but she does love them at the end of the day.
