•a lot of people just see heather as a pretty girl and stop there. she's actually a really sweet girl, and sure, she'll poke fun at you, but never to a point where it hurts, and if that does happen, she'll apologize immediately. she's honestly kind of soft, the kind of person that's pretty much impossible not to like.
•that being said, she does know how to use her looks to get what she wants. she knows she's pretty, and what's the point in having something if you're not going to use it? so sure, she's a little manipulative, but never for anything illegal or super bad. she's also not afraid to say what she's thinking- again, nothing that hurts, and she's quick to apologize- and doesn't let people just push around. sis has some backbone okay?

brief backstory
•heather has a pretty perfect family. only child, two loving parents, upper middle class. they've never really struggled financially or otherwise, have always been super close, and she knows she's extremely lucky. her childhood was normal, she was well-liked at school, never got into any serious fights, nothing out of the ordinary, really.
•her parents got stricter once she was a teenager and started growing into her looks. she'd always been pretty, but suddenly, they were lecturing her on unsafe sex and preventing pregnancy even though she was only about fourteen. heather got tired of their rules and started getting a little meaner at this point, poking fun at classmates, nothing too serious, but enough to get a couple teachers mad, which made her parents mad. that's not to say she ever listened to their rules- she acted like it, of course, but she doesn't understand that they're doing it to protect her, not that they'll tell her the reason is she has a half sister that her mom gave up. they just leave it as my house, my rules.
