⋆ambitious- as a member of imperium, elane is naturally ambitious, going to great lengths to get what she wants, as far as stomping all over people. she learned early that life is a game of survival, with traitors and twists you will never see coming.
⋆social- every aspiring leader needs the support of the people. she actually befriends very few, wary of those who may hurt her chances of success.
⋆skilled liar/actor- she's very good at gaining enemy's trust for her own benefit.
⋆power hungry- there's a need within her for power. due to being an imperium, this is like a calling, a need of sorts. she has to have power, regardless of the type or how much.
⋆elane is actually a very nice person. she's very sweet mannered and generally polite to people- until they make her angry or attempt to contest her.

-BACKSTORY-
⋆she was raised by her father. her mother, from another kingdom, froze to death one night getting food. she doesn't remember much about her, nor does she grieve for a woman she never knew.
⋆elane's father raised her to be strong and independent. a largely respected man, her was very powerful, contributing to her ambitions.
⋆when she was thirteen, an emotional, impulsive version of her kissed her best friend. they both ended up being so shocked by it that they never spoke of it again. elane suppressed all feelings of love to girls she had ever felt, closing herself off in shame. when she was eighteen, she met a woman called lily. elane fell hard for her, only for lily to reject her. since then, elane has craved a relationship.
