Third Person

Months have passed and it's early March. The baby is due any day now and the girls at Fairy Tail are getting anxious. Lucy had requested that Loke notify the girls once she went into labor, and now that moment was coming very soon. Well, now to be exact.

Lucy's POV

I'm laying there on my bed reading a novel when I feel a ripple of pain go through my stomach. What..? Then it clicks. Contractions.

"Open gate of the Lion, Leo! Loke I'm going to the hospital, aka I'm having contractions. Notify the girls to get here sooner or later, or they're going to miss out!" I yell slipping on my shoes and grabbing the hospital bag.

I walk out the door, and I head towards the hospital.

Loke's POV

I close my gate and I reopen it in front of the guild hall. I open the doors up and I walk in towards the four girls. As I'm walking I receive questioning looks and the random, "What's he doin' here?"

I sit down and I look up towards Mira nodding.  She looks at the other three and they nod. What type of freakin system do they have going on like what even?! Mira runs up towards master's office. She slyly enters and you could hear an excited cheer. She slowly walks out and heads toward the request board. The other three follow and they pick one up and leave.

Luckily Natsu isn't here.

"Hey guys I'm just dropping I because I'm apart of the guild still, and I ain't tellin ya where Lucy is."

Third Person

Following the four girls

"OH MY GAWD I CANNOT WAIT! EEEEE!" The barmaid yells standing up from her seat on the train.

The other three stand up and exit the train heading in the direction of the hospital. Soon they're standing at the front of the hospital. Erza opens the doors, walking towards the receptionist.

"We are wondering where Lucy Heartfilia is staying currently?" She questions.

The lady pulls out a file and looks through the 'H' section, "Ah yes, Labor and Delivery. Floor  7. Room 777."

The four smile and head towards the elevators, entering one that had just opened and pressing the 7.

The elevator opens revealing a counter with glass spreading across it with a lady there looking through papers.

"Hi, we are here for Lucy Heartfilia. Room 777," Erza says approaching the counter.

The woman looks up, "Yes her room would be that way," she says pointing the left.

The squad of four girls trample down the hallway and are eventually standing at the door of room 777.

Erza knocks on the door.

"C-come in..." a faint voice trails off.

Erza opens the door to see a tired, sweating, Lucy with a small pink bundle in her arms.

Lucy's POV

I had given birth only an hour ago and it had been just little Nashi and I waiting for the arrival of girls. Im about to drift off to sleep when I hear a loud, thundering knock.

"C-Come in..." I say clearly exhausted.

Four smiling girls walk in.

"OH MAW MAVIS!" Levy yells clearly excited.

"THAT DAMNED OLD TRAIN TOOK SO LONG!" An angry Mira yells.

Nashi starts to stir.

I panic, "Guys shhhhh! You're going to wake Nashi!"

They all make an 'o' shape with their mouths.

"C-Can I old her Lucy-San?" Wendy questions.

I smile and nod, "Yeah sure, just be careful, which I know you will."

I hand her over. Wendy smiles so wide that it reaches her ears. She rocks Nashi back in forth humming.

"I bet Natsu would be so happy."

That sentence brought me to tears. I missed everyone, everything, every moment at the guild. I left so many people behind without a reason. I'm just glad that I have these girls here for me.

Wendy hands Nashi back to me. Everyone else comes up to me wanting to hold her. They each get a turn sooner or later. Eventually they leave and go to a hotel to stay the night. I hold Nashi tightly in my hands, succumbing to the darkness of sleep.

I wake up in the morning hearing a loud knock at the door. The girls?

I call out letting them in. This time it isn't the girls. It's the nurse.

"Ms. Heartfilia, you are able to leave now," the nurse rolls around a wheelchair and has my hospital bag in the other hand.

She comes over to help me up into the wheelchair, "Do you have anyone that can help you?"

Right as she says that the girls come trampling in.

"Are these the people who have been visiting you?" She asks.

I nod and she pushes me toward them.

Erza looks downward at me, "Are we needing to take her home?"

The nurse nods and Erza pushes me out.

At Lucy's House

I sit Nashi down in her crib and wrap her up in the Fairy Tail blanket Wendy got. All of the girls have been staying here for a few days now and have been helping. Today they're going back and I'm excited for some alone time with just Nashi and I.

"Lucy we're heading back to the Guild now!" Mira calls out.

I rush into the living room, "Bye minna! Arigatō for everything."

They wave goodbye and I close the door. I walk back to Nashi's room. Smiling down on my precious little bundle, I think of how I'm going to confront Natsu. I know I'll do it in a few months so he doesn't miss out on her life.

I get up and I walk to my room also my office. I begin to work on my newest novel. The girls will be back in two weeks. Which is fine with me. I haven't told them this, but there are bandits after me. Wanting my keys.
