It has been seventy-two hours since he proposed Anika. He thought he could sleep freely after confessing to her but here it was getting more hard. He couldn't focus on anything, let alone sleep. His strong hope reduced. Thinking he should get ready to hear the worst, a No from her. Adding point to his disappointment, Anika didn't speak to him these whole three days. No calls or messages, the last time she spoke was after dropping the girls in their hostel ; "bye" she said. There is no charm in his face. When he call her friends, he get to know that Anika didn't told them anything about his confession. They too inform him that she's too engrossed in her studies these days. That's it, he confirm that she'll definitely will say no. She didn't even share anything with her friends, that means she didn't bother about it at all. Maybe he should follow his friends advice to propose in a grand way, then she might say yes. But it's too late now, he loved someone wholeheartedly, his first love has successfully failed. It was hard for him, he is someone who can't accept failure easily and he didn't notice the tears started to make ways. He just lay down on his bed, sleep was too far now, didn't care to wipe his tears, Shivaay closed his eyes slowly.

Anika was in delima, she did nothing all these days but thinking about Shivaay. She gave up the plan to inform her friends too so that she can be free from their teasing. Sitting in study table, open a random book and she start to think whether she should say yes or no. For other it's really looks like she's studying, never they know her exact situation. Yes she likes him, she love him but why she's scaring away to answer her. She already assume Shivaay's situation. She felt bad for making him wait. But she too need a clear mind before taking a decision. She scared what if she too addicted in love life and left behind her studies? What if her dad get to know, will he be happy or angry? While thinking, she dozed off on her study table itself.

The next day, both went to their respective colleges absent mind-ly. Screaming of lectures was not bothered. They were still thinking about the same thing. Shivaay straight away went to bed more early than usual. Not appetite, he skipped his dinner. Anika was sitting on a chair in her hostel balcony. She had some vegetable soup upon her friends pleading. Enough of this stranger drama, not talking with Shivaay made her restless. She started it and regretting for it. It was almost midnight, with her heart thumping hard, she took her mobile and typed, "Shivaay I'm sorry for making you wait so long. I love you Shivaay, I really do and sorry again" and click send. Signing in relief, she cover herself with duet that's when her phone vibrated flashing Shivaay's name. Her heart again back to previous state, but she couldn't control her smiling face.

She open her inbox and saw his message, "Waiting for you at your hostel back gate. Please don't say no I badly need to see your face". How can she meet him now and how he came here just in few minutes, she have no idea. She too wanted to meet him badly, having no option Anika sneakily went out from her room.

There he is standing, wearing a round neck t-shirt and track pant while anika was wearing a loose spaghetti t-shirt and floral short. Shivaay jogged to her to hold her hand with his cold one. This made shiver run through her spine. The moment he received her message, shivaay was actually wandering around her hostel in his car. Her reply made him scream out loud happily jumping here and there. Helding her hand, he spoke "I'm so happy now, I have no idea how I survived these four days which is real hell. I don't know what made you to respond after four long days but I promise Anika you'll never regret in this. You deserve the best and I'm ready to serve you that. Now I want hear those three words from you. Will you Anika, since I'm going to hear your voice after so many days". This man only make her heart swell in happiness. Anika tell those magical words in his ears only to make his eyes glistening in tears. She gently wipe his tears not minding hers, she mouthed sorry for making him wait. Shivaay nodded his head in no and wiped her tears, kissing her forehead gently he took her in bone crushing hug. It was their first kiss, kiss of assurance. Breaking the hug Shivaay, brought out a ring from his pocket, kneel down he slide into her finger and kissed them. "You're booked as mine" he again pecked her forehead.

Later, both of them roam around the night city in car. Anika couldn't deny when he ask with his cute puppy face. All that time Shivaay never left her hand, holding her hand in his left hand, he drive using right hand. Anika went back to her room at morning and saw her friends still sleeping so she too slept because today they only have one class that too 2pm to 5pm. That wide smile never left her face. They enjoyed this new found feeling, Love, a lot. When they inform their friends, they was so happy and ended up partying in a café bar. Shivaay and Anika started to explore each other, getting to know them more better, equally respecting each others privacy. They decided not to tell their family much to Anika's request. She don't want that unwanted hatred, attention and cursing, after all it's not at all easy to being in relationship with Shivaay, girls dream boy. Shivaay too agreed. Though hiding this from his brothers didn't went well with him but still he agreed for her comfort. For now, only the seven friends know about shivika in relationship.

Their relationship went really well. Day by day it gets more stronger and stronger. Helping each other in both hard and happy days, helping in studies. Sometimes Shivaay will help Anika to do her assignment and vice versa. Giving strength and support to each other. Not forgetting their cute little fights and fake break ups. Whenever Anika went to visit her family, they'll talk through face time. sometimes anika will visit Shivaay in Mathew and Noric's apartment. They will spent their time by cuddling on bed. Both like the changes in their life and accept it happily too. As promised they also went for vacation on their every semester breaks.

But Shivaay and Anika felt guilty for not informing about their relationship to their families. They choose to keep it secret until Anika open her own firm by herself. She wanted to proof herself and she don't want to depend on others. That's why she work as part timer while studying without informing her family. By this she'll look after her own expenses at the same time she can nourish her knowledge on event management too. Shivaay totally agree with her and constantly supported her. It's make him more proud.  Anika too introduce Shivaay to one of her friend cum neighbour, Ashwin. Being Anika's childhood friend he'll come to visit her in Mumbai sometimes. But it only made shivaay irked and jealous watching Ashwin so close to Anika. Although they share a brother-sister like bonding, it didn't went well with Shivaay. It irked him more whenever Ashwin lecture Shivaay to take care of Anika and blah blah blah. It will only lead them to unwanted fight, where Shivaay once ask anika to stop talking with Ashwin. But Anika was clear enough to explain him that she can't give up on her friend for him. Even Ashwin is annoying, but he has been a good friend to her since childhood. Anyone will get angry if you told to sacrifice your friendship for your new found boyfriend right?

Two years and plus in relationship, shivaay started to work under Oberoi Corporation officially. He was under hard training to be the next CEO. First, shivaay ask to join their partners company in England for training for 9 months. But he denied, first reason he don't want to stay away from his family. Secondly he's too addicted to Anika and staying away from her is impossible. Anika tried many ways to make him accept but shivaay gave her deaf ears. He don't want to leave her. He became too addicted to her.

He remember how excited she was to go back home last time so that she can open up about shivaay to her dad. Gaining all her strength Anika told her father, first he was upset but after knowing about Shivaay's character he was happy. But he told he'll only decide his answer after meet Shivaay having a man to man talk. Anika let Shivaay talk to her father. Shivaay instantly liked the man. He is strict yet friendly, the concern about her daughter clearly visible on his tone. He too assured the elderly man that he'll always take good care of his daughter. Finally they decided to meet on December where it will be long holiday for Mr Harshvardan.

Anika and Shivaay was so happy. They decided to tell everyone after meeting with Anika's dad. So the only family member who know about them is Mr Harshvardan. Anika should be back after 2 days sending off her dad but she didn't. It has been 5 days but she didn't back too, her phone was switch off. Shivaay was restless, she was all okay when he spoke to her a day before she suppose to be back. But what happened to her suddenly is she safe, he wonder. He couldn't keep calm, her friend chandna too not picking up her phone. That's when Mathew inform about Anika father's death. Meera informed Mathew and this news made Shivaay freeze. He can imagine Anika's condition now. He need to meet her, take her in his arm and share her pain. But he's helpless, he couldn't go there just like that and more worst he don't have her house address. After a lot of pleading, chandna gave Anika's house address, without wasting a second Shivaay went to Delhi.

Chandna brought Anika to the terrace. Once she saw Shivaay, she ran to him and jumped is his arm crying vigorously. She was strong infront others but not anymore. Shivaay too let her cry until she got calm, caressing her hair, peppering kisses and telling sweet things to her. He too convinced her to comeback to Mumbai. She obeyed and return to hostel still mourning of her Father's death. Her dad might be strict at times but he is her first best friend. Lost her mother in young age, his dad still manage his two daughter at the same time serving the country. This always made her proud. But the news came as a Strom. No one expect it and Anika was still couldn't get over from the shock. Practically she and gowry are orphan now. She still have her uncle and aunty but she cannot claim them as her. Shivaay handle her with patience until she get back to normal life. Shivaay wanted tell and ask her many things but with all the fiasco he didn't get proper time. They hardly spend time together since Anika started to visit her family more often.

Then, anika too enroll into a company for practicals/internship. Shivaay insisted her to work in Oberoi Industries but Anika denied. Shivaay was already frustrated over the prank calls. Yes he was getting calls from random numbers when he trace for the numbers the list goes like hospital reception, café, hotel reception or someone's borrowed number. He couldn't figure out the real culprit, what all the person will tell him was that anika will leave him soon, they going to break apart. He couldn't come to a conclusion, he don't know what the person is referring to, is Anika in danger? Is someone stalking her? Why they going to break apart? He have no idea. He tried hard to keep Anika around him so that no one can hurt her. On top of that, Now Anika's ignorance didn't help either. She'll reason him with office workloads. This always will lead them to unwanted arguments. Little he didn't notice the changes in Anika's behaviour.

All the emotions that Shivaay bottled up come out bursting. His brand new glass table shattered into pieces due to his hard bang. All the credits goes to the videos he received. Video of Anika being intimate with someone. And that someone is none other than her brother Ashwin. The person he hate the most. Still he waited for Anika, he still trust her, maybe he (Ashwin) might plan all this. But the video tell different story it never looked like forced. Connecting the dot to the unknown calls, he finally understood. The person was trying to say that Anika is cheating behind him. His heart and mind started to battle between good and bad. While his mind ask him to believe, his heart opposed. He try to meet Anika many times but her lame excuses only made Shivaay to lose his hope.

Finally, Shivaay forcefully made Anika to meet him by dragging her from her hostel. Integrating about the video, Anika kept silent. This angered Shivaay a lot, he hold her jawlines tightly make her winch in pain. That's when he notice something on her neck, teeth mark!, he immediately left her and stumble back. He roared to her to answer him. Anika just remained in silent posture. He roared again and started to punch his car window. "Do you trust me Shivaay?" Came more like a wishper from Anika. Shivaay didn't answer her, he kept numb. He couldn't answer her, the video content and the bite mark on her neck triggered him. Did she really cheated me? He asked himself. "Just answer me first Anika, it's true or not?... Tell me all these are fake. Just say Yes, I'll take care the rest. He took you there by force ryt? you..." Before he finish, came her reply in low voice "No shivaay, I went there on my own, bu..." Before she talk further, an angry Shivaay grab her neck tightly made her chocked to breathe. He was so aggressive that didn't listen to her pleadings. He felt cheated, what if everyone get know about it, they might tease him, an Oberoi being cheated by a girl? and what if Oberoi's name fall? His strong grip made anika breathless, her already weak body didn't help her either. He harshly pushed her down. " You will pay for it Anika" Shivaay hissed dangerously. Not bothering her pleadings and begging, he shrugged off her hands which is holding his and drive back to home harshly. Let alone Anika on the empty road, having no energy she closed her eyes on her messed up life. When Anika open back her eyes, she found herself in her buamma house (Mumbai). While the other side, a devastated Shivaay packed his things to left to England for his CEO training, not forgetting his revenge for Anika.
