Self-care is a crucial ingredient to your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. People tend to focus on actually doing self-care activities as being the difficult part. And yes, actually doing it can be difficult! But sometimes you have the motivation and the will to take care of yourself but you have no clue how to go about doing that. That's okay! I feel like that pretty frequently, and while I've found some go-to activities over time, maybe you're completely new to the concept of giving a shit about yourself, or maybe you're just looking for new ways to give a shit.
